Chapter Text
The flames were huge reaching lengths that some wouldn't even dare to imagine and to think that his family had almost been caught in it sent shivers through the young child's spine although making sure he held tight onto the bundle of human that lay in his arms. His brother, Sammy, who his father had screamed at him to hold and run out of the building with to make sure neither of them got hurt and thats what the fluffy haired boy had done now outside of the large burning office building at the dead of night which had been disrupted by alarms going off and firetrucks unloading their men and hoses *would his parents ever come out?* the young boy thought as he stared at the orange and red flames *would he ever get to see his mother or father again* the child shook hus head he couldnt think like that his mother always told him that angels were watching over them and they would save his family no matter what. so he moved his green eyes away from the hot flames but not for long when they caught a glimpse of ragged brown hair and a leather jacket in the midst of the flames holding a.... body Yes. His father was holding onto a body which the young boy could only think to be his mother. So in concern the child ran towatds the flames making sure though not to drop his baby brother until his father put a hand up yelling "DEAN STAY BACK"
And the boys legs faltered was he really going to leave his father in the middle of the red hot flames with his mother. No Sir. So again Dean started to run even closer to fire when his father yelled (even louder this time) "DEAN DON'T COME OVER"
This time the child trying to reply with the loudest voice he could "BUT- BUT MOM!"
And within the hot orange red of the flames dean could see his father shake his head "SHE'S FINE DEAN, SHE'LL- SHE'LL BE OKAY. JUST PROMISE TO STAY BACK WITH SAMMY"
So Dean stayed back moving backwards slowly from the flames because who would ever break a promise, promises meant everything..... right?
