Watt Pokemon Headcanons

Summary:

This is just a collection of headcanons involving the We Are The Tigers characters and their Pokemon companions

Chapter 1: Riley and Vulpix

Chapter Text

Riley Williams has had a Vulpix named Giles her entire life

Riley is torn over whether to evolve her or not!

On the one hand she wants Giles the Vulpix to evolve into Ninetails to be able to reach her full potential!

But on the other hand, Giles the Vulpix has been by her side her entire life.

Through her ups and downs, Riley finds comfort in her fire Pokémon’s warm fur. Giles is always there for Riley, ready to comfort her trainer.

Giles knows that she doesn’t want to evolve until her trainer, Riley, is truly ready. So Riley keeps a fire stone in a locked box that can only be opened by Riley and Giles working together. That way Giles can evolve when they both are ready.

And eventually the day will come where Giles prevents Riley from making her biggest mistake ever at the annual cheer sleepover.

One Riley heals from the events of that night, that's when Giles will be ready to evolve. From then on, Riley and Giles are unstoppable.

Chapter 2: Eva and Kirlia

I feel like Eva had a rough upbringing, she had to learn how to be independent from a young age and help in her house. One day she breaks down crying because she has too much pressure to do well in school and take care of her siblings. A Kirlia walks up to her and the Psychic Fairy Pokémon senses her emotions and helps to take some of the burden off of her. She names the Kirlia Smiles because she was at her lowest point and the Pokémon made her smile

Hi everyone! I know that this is different from my usual type of fics. I've been trying to think of Pokemon headcanons for all of the characters from We Are The Tigers, and realized that I wanted to assemble them so I don't lose them. All of them will be short and sweet, but I might use these as the base for something bigger down the line.
