Daddddy”, you whined. Severus looked at you in the rearview mirror - slightly concerned at the fast change in your mood as you seemed bubbly and excited just a few moments ago. “What is it, baby?”, he patiently asked - smoothly turning the car around a corner. “Have to pee”, you whined out again - using your leg to kick the back of the seat to emphasize your upset. It was Lucius who spoke up next, “Don’t kick the seat, love it’s not nice and you can use your nappy for now as we will be at a rest stop soon to change you”. You pouted at that statement - you hated your stupid diaper. “Don’t want nappy”, you huffed out “want to go in big girl toilet”. “We’ve told you, love” Lucius responded so Severus could focus on driving “You’re too little too use it” - at seeing you open your mouth to respond - he quickly said: “And as we’ve told you before your brothers are older which is why they can use it”. You pouted again - you have had this argument so many times with your daddies and they still insisted you use the diaper. You were a big girl, not some stupid baby. You huffed and kicked your Papas chair - ignoring the warning that he gave you after you did that and turned and stonily stared out the window - ignoring your daddies attempts to soothe you and get you to use your nappy.
Severus soon pulled into the rest stop parking lot and he worked on waking up Harry and Draco and helping them out to the bathroom. Lucius came around and unbuckled you and lifted you up - slipping a finger into your diaper and frowning when he discovered it was dry. “Go in your nappy, baby - we are at the rest stop now so I can quickly change you”. You stubbornly shook your head no - ignoring his sigh as he carried you into the family stall - hoping to convince you in there. Lucius laid out the changing pad on the table and then placed you sitting up on it. “You need to go love, this is our last stop for a while” You shook your head no again - ignoring your Papas stare at you. Lucius sighed - getting you to use your nappy - has become something of a battle lately - you always wanting to use the toilet and claiming you are a big girl. He and Severus have tried to talk to you and reassure you that it’s okay to be younger than your brothers and use a nappy but to no avail and they have had to resort to giving you tummy massages until your bladder gave in which resulted in a lot of tears from you and feelings of guilt on their part. You’ve used your nappy just fine before so he doesn’t understand why it’s such a big deal now. Lucius tried to convince you one more time but after you again stubbornly shook your head no - he easily laid you down on the table - ignoring your squirms and whines of protest. After cleaning the changing table strap with a quick cleaning charm - he started to massage your tummy - gently applying pressure until you were forced to go. He gave you words of praise as he quickly changed you and once you were in a fresh diaper he picked you up and kissed the top of your head while he bounced you - soothing you a bit more.
Soon you were buckled into your car seat again - a last kiss placed on your head and a stuffed animal placed in your lap. You could see the brief worried glances your daddy was giving you as he talked to your Papa but you ignored this and snuggled up with your stuffie - getting ready for the long journey ahead.
