(Scene: A rooftop. Stacey is leaning on top of the railing in a daze, face clear with doubt. Suddenly, the form of Nada appears next to him)
Nada
You’re Stacey, right?
Stacey
I am. And you are?
Nada
Nada. Now why are you down there at the party with the others?
Stacey
It’s nothing. It’s just-
Nada
You don’t feel like you deserve to be love.
(Stacey turns to him)
Stacey
How do you-
Nada
Trust me kid, I know how you feel.
(Nada leans against the railing)
Nada
I… died once. And I was given a test for me to revive. They said I… had to believe I was worthy. And I didn’t… at first. But throughout that time… I kept being visited by someone. Even when I felt like I wasn’t worthy of his love… he still kept coming back.
(Nada shakes his head with his fond smile)
Nada
My advice? If there’s someone you love that thinks you’re good enough… than you are.
Stacey
Makes you feel like you’re good enough…
(Scene: Aboard Zox’s ship. Stacey is currently cuddling Zox and Kaito on a couch)
Zox
You seem awfully cuddly today, Stacey. What’s the matter?
Stacey
It’s nothing. Let’s just say…I’m so glad you guys love me.
Kaito
Aw. And we’re glad you love us too, Stacey.
(Kaito tries to pinch Stacey’s cheek, but he push his boyfriend away before that could happen)
Stacey
Don’t even think about it, Kaito!
Kaito
Aw, but you’re acting so cute…
(Stacey sighs)
Stacey
God, I hope Nada isn’t in love with an idiot like you…
(Scene: A bedroom. Nada and Koh are cuddling on a bed when the latter suddenly sneezes)
Nada
Are you okay, Koh?
Koh
I am. I just have a strange feeling that someone is insulting me now…
