Chapter 1 : Hola Casita
"Pedro, NO!" Alma cried. Her husband's life ended right in front of her. She was still holding her children, but she felt great sorrow.
Her cries were not yelled in vain, for a miracle happened just before the men came for her. The magic lashed out at them, and a village with a huge casa appeared.
Alma cried. She and her babies were saved. Her village. And it was all because of the candle. "Gracias. Gracias vela!" Alma thanked the candle. Though, her heart still ached. Pedro. His sacrifice would never be forgotten.
