Kristoph looked up as he heard the door to the office open. "Hello, I'm Kristoph. May I help you?"
The man looked at him and smiled. "I'm here to see my son, Apollo; he said he worked for you."
This was Apollo's dad? What had happened back in Khura'in? The man had a make-shift sling and was wearing an eye patch. He could still, most likely, beat Kristoph up, though. "Of course, Apollo! You have a guest."
Apollo entered the room. "Wh-Papa Dhurke!" He hugged him.
