Chapter Text

Chongyun staggered step by step because of the thick snow on the ground, excitedly photographing the snow fox sleeping soundly with its flock next to a dry tree.

"Don't go too far." A resident living in the group's accommodation nearby, burning a campfire, spoke from afar. He knew Chongyun wasn't here for the first time, but he was still worrying.

"Alright."

As soon as he finished speaking, seeing him go away, Chongyun quickly went deeper into the forest. He wanted to photograph many other species.

The trees were bare and bare, but he liked it, liked the feeling of the cold running through his hands. He's been here a few times with the tour group, and this place is like his second home. Chongyun clearly remembered the route he used to take, so he quickly exited the forest, only then could he clearly see the majestic high mountains in the distance.

"Still the same." Chongyun mumbled taking out his camera. He intends to take it every time he comes here. Then quickly switch to photographing cold-dwelling creatures as before. He had heard that there were wolves and bears living here, but he had to go a long way to meet them, and he didn't like risking his life, so he didn't need to walk that far.

While Chongyun wandered around looking at the snapshots he was holding in his hand, he saw the wind start to get stronger, and it snowed, but only covered it with his hat and continued on, completely unaware of anything. After walking for a while, Chongyun stopped in front of a rather high snow-covered slope that led to another forest. He always wanted to try going downstairs, but it was safer to go with someone else later, so he just sat at the top of the slope and shot down, not noticing the snow began to fall heavily on the camera.

When Chongyun was about to get up and move away, he started to see his surroundings blurred, the wind was so strong that it blew off the hood of his shirt. There is a blizzard. At this point, Chongyun realized the situation, got up quickly, but missed a step while standing right at the edge of the slope.

In the brief second before he tumbled down the slope, he knew he was going to die.

"Ouch..."

Chongyun fell face down in the thick snow, trying to get up but couldn't. Just felt the pain in the legs while around the snow started to fall harder.

Maybe that was not enough to make me "go to heaven", Chongyun thought, because he was also dressed from head to toe, until he saw something in the snowy mist coming, not too tall, dark fur.

It got closer and closer to Chongyun while his eyes slowly blurred. After that, he didn't remember anything.

**

Chongyun stirred a little, realizing that under his back was not a thick layer of snow but a cold stone floor, beside him there was also something warm clinging to him, plus the existing warm clothes, so Chongyun turned comfortably hugging that thing and goes to sleep. It appeared to be a human, with long flowing hair....

Wait!

Only then did he realize something was wrong, and quickly got up, his eyes wandering around. He remembers falling in the snow, but now he was in a cave-like place, warmer than before, and a weird human lying next to him. Chongyun touched hizz face and breathed a sigh of relief. He was alive. This gray haired man must have saved him. This grace will last a lifetime.

When the blue-haired boy was about to wake up the other person for fear that he would catch a cold when wearing a few layers of warm clothes, the other person stirred a little, his hands reached for something in front, and touched Chongyun's thighs, who were sitting there, then open his eyes, wake up, stretch his arms out. He has red eyes and a scar on his left cheek.

"You..."

Chongyun was about to ask about the other one, when suddenly, the gray-haired boy jumped into his arms and hugged him tightly, making a confusing "grrr" sound, like the "prrr" that cats made when they were comfortable.

"Are you cold?" Chongyun was about to give him a layer of his coat, but the other still hugged him tightly, leaving him unsure of how to react. Truly a strange person.

"No, not cold." The opponent mumbled with a hoarse voice. "You're warm."

"Yeah I'm warm, but aren't you really cold?"

The other person nodded, also quickly letting go of the other's hug and looking at Chongyun with starry eyes, the tip of his gray hair was shaken by the wind and looked like wolf ears.

"You saved me?" Chongyun asked.

"Um, saved you, after falling."

"Thank you very much. What's your name?"

"Name? Name..." The other one hesitated. "Razor? Is that the name?"

"Razor? And I'm Chongyun."

"Your name!"

"Yes, Chongyun."

For some reason, this Razor was acting so childishly excited, making Chongyun also smile. But they couldn't sit here forever. "Razor, are you in the tour group? I don't see you."

"The towur group?"

"Maybe not, so you're a resident of the place where I'm staying?"

Razor tilted his head and looked at the other with a puzzled look. Then Chongyun didn't say anything more, tried to get up, but forgot about the leg he injured after falling. "Argh!"

"What happened?"

Chongyun rolled up the leg of his pants, seeing a bruise on his ankle. Maybe sprained.

Suddenly, the gray-haired boy pressed his face close to the opponent's wound, then stuck out his tongue. Of course, Chongyun was shocked. "What are you doing?!"

"Healing."

"Oh, using saliva? But this bruise can't be cured by it."

Razor made a disappointed face, only helping the opponent to slowly walk out the door of the cave whose light had dissipated from the blizzard ever since. Chongyun looked in the distance at the familiar shabby forest, glad it wasn't as far away as he thought it would be. "Come, they'll take care of you."

"Come?"

"Yeah, go back to the village, then find your parents."

Chongyun grabbed the other's hand and pulled him away for a while, but Razor pulled away, leaving the blue haired boy standing there with a confused expression on his face. The other one didn't say anything, suddenly ran back into the cave just now.

"Eh?" Chongyun widened his eyes in surprise. There were warm house, food and drink, but he chose to run away? There was no way he could leave him alone!

The boy kept calling out "Razor" as he staggered through the thick snow, thinking that when he looked deep inside the cave, he would see the strange gray-haired young man, but now it's just a four hairy-legs creature with their backs to him. It was a wolf. Chongyun was able to calmly sneak out of his sight, but remembering that Razor ran in here, and now he was nowhere to be found, made Chongyun's heart skip a beat.

The wolf turned his back, noticing someone so it began to move faster. Chongyun didn't take his eyes off it, stepped back, then turned sideways to the side of the cave entrance out of its sight. Where was Razor? Chongyun kept asking questions in his mind. Just now he didn't see the blood or clothes of the other person on the ground, is there any reason why he was hallucinating the other person entering the cave?

Seeing that the wolf didn't seem to be going out of the cave, Chongyun was about to sneak away to find the opponent, but was startled by someone touching him from behind. "Aaah!"

"Chongyoon!"

Razor suddenly appeared in a strange way. Apparently he wasn't there just now, but now he was happy as if nothing happened.

"Are you okay? There was a wolf!" Chongyun panicked and touched the other's face and hands to make sure there were no injuries.

"It was me." Razor bewildered said.

"What did you say?"

Chongyun was starting to find this person a bit strange, was he high or something...

"Um, Razor." Chongyun pinched his temples, looking tired. "You have to tell me where you went just now?"

Razor pointed to the cave next to him. "You saw me."

"I didn't see you? I only saw a wolf. Maybe it's still inside."

"The wolf was me."

"Nice joke. Do you know what you're talking about?"

Razor frowned, suddenly using his teeth to grab Chongun's shawl, both hands slamming into the opponent's chest.

"Are you a dog or what!" Chongyun panicked and tried to separate the object in his mouth, only then did he realize that there were round holes in the shawl that he didn't know about, while Razor was clearly just slightly biting.

"Wolf!"

"Okay, you're a wolf! As soon as you want to return to the village, go to the end of the forest, okay!"

Chongyun took off his coat over the other person, and walked home alone. Razor, seeing that he was left behind, panicked and ran after him. "Chongyoon!"

"What else?"

The moment the green-haired boy turned his back, he found himself pushed back behind the thick snow by a hairy creature. He closed his eyes waiting for him to be eaten, constantly lamenting his fate for meeting so many wolves today. However, the wolf did not appear to growl at him, on the contrary, wagged its tail, repeatedly sticking its nose into the opponent's face. On top of it was the jacket Chongyun had given Razor just now.

He felt like an idiot for saying this, but it was obvious. "Razor?"

Hearing that, the wolf howled a few times, wagging its tail even harder. Chongyun hoped he was just mistaken. "U-understand human language?"

The wolf quickly howled again. "

Really..." Chongyun laughed because he suddenly went to talk to the wolf. "Turn back into a human, okay? Then I'll believe."

It seemed to really understand human language, walking into the cave, Chongyun nervously lying on the snow, never did he secretly wish he would see what came out was a wolf, not Razor. The blue haired boy chuckled. Indeed, Archon wants to make fun of him.

Razor came out from that cave, his face swaggering as if he wanted the other one to see that this was true. Chongyun stood up and almost fell behind the snow.

"Really?" Chongyun asked.

"Yes."
