    In the post-guild era, a new threat has come to the city. And Atsushi fears that the ADA and Port Mafia, in their uneasy truce, might not be enough. The Port Mafia used to whisper of Soukoku, but the dissolution of the power duo left a gap in the city which Atsushi, Akutagawa, and Kyouka fear might be their only hope.
