The man groaned in pain as he was dragged from the back of a horse. His wound was still bleeding. He was brought steady to a cave. The man groaned looking trough the small opening in his eyelids he noted his sight was hazy. Yet when the entered the dark cave there was light. A slightly one in the back of the cave the source was coverd by leaves and rocks. But the bigest light came from beside him and the light was unnaturaly and it was green. The man wanted to stugle but he made one unexpected move what made the person gasp but it made him scream in agony. He was carefully put down. The mask what covered his face for years was cut of. The fabric of the mask was trown in a pile of wood. The person who took him lit the pile on fire taking away the unatural light. The person searched for something. The man looked around. It looked like he was at a standard camp for one person. Suddenly food was forced into his mouth. He swallowed in reflex. Like a miracle the pain left him. It felt like his injury was gone. He felt tired he was losing fight whith sleep. He looked at the person who was helping him. The person was thin and young and had dark curly hair. They met eyes and for a moment he was lost in memory. He rembered a baby he once held after hours of stress. His daughters where born fast after eachother but the last took its time. The last turned out to be a boy. But what he always adored most of his boy where his eyes near deep brown and green not yet official brown or green. He drifted off lost in the memory. Bruno looked down at the man who just drifted off in front of him.
He looked at the leaves wich covered the candle thinking back to how he got into this mess.
How it all started
The night was quit as the priest hurried to the room of the last madrigal who was not in the town that night . He had grabbed the candle of the miracle and put in a candlecase making it a laturn. A few weeks before the verry night there was an earthquake and one of the mountains split in the two a day after strangers showed up. It was a small group of men at first they where verry peacefull and kind folk. They were curious about town Alma welcomed them to town. They stayed for a week.
They left two days ago now they where back with an army. Inquistodors that where they. They wanted the miracle use the gifts for war. Alma and the girls where already captured. The priest knew it wasnt the best change for the miracle to be saved by leaving it to the youngest of the gifted triplets but he had no choice. He opened the door entering the sand dune to the old priest luck bruno did not sleep in his visoen cave. The priest hurried to the young man who was sleeping in a hammock shaking him awake hand over the mouth.
Bruno woke up with a jolt. A hand was over his mouth it was the priest. Stand up we dont have much time grab what you need for a long journey. So he did the priest looked scared it could be that he would be banned for his visoens but he had the feeling that this wasnt the case he put on his boots his mother got him he rather wore sandals but he needed boots for long journeys at least that was what his mother said. As he was finished packing his bag with clothing. He looked around and to his suprise the priest was filling a wine bottle with his sand. And he had the candle. Hey what are you doing with the candle? Its al about it boy come with me we use the secret tunnel the inquistidors want your gift they have your mother and your sisters. He followed the priest to the kichen a bag with food was prepared by casita itself. Most of it was from Julieta. He grabbed the bag too. He followed the priest into the dark. Somehere in the woods the priest opended a trap door. It lead to tunnels this leads to the horse stables here . The man pulled a dark travel cloak from the tunnel. Put this on. Grab the fastest horse from the stable then run leave encanto find the rebbelion and keep the miracle save dont use your gift in the open keep the candle save. Before you go take this map and hurry run! . There was shouting in the direction from casita. Bruno was torn but didt that was told. He was so stupid he had not looked into the future since the earthquake. Now his family was paying for it no the whole town. But why him. He reached the stables there was a weapon belt with a sword and a gun he shivered with the idea to use it but the magic in him prodded him to take them they would save his life. As he entered the stables he grabbed a saddle and saddled Felier. A grand black stalion. Unlike the most of the village wich Felier hated the horse liked him. Plus it was the fasted horse they got. As soon he got on he made the horse as fast as it could running to the oppening. He pulled the reigns coming to a stop. He looked back to see the people of encanto being held in the square he noted the growing thunder and the wind pick up pepa was upset. Then he heard the shouting the seer where is the seer he was not in the cave or the other rooms!!! where is he!!! search for him. Brimg him to me!!!! Bruno looked at casita and his family again then he tried to steel him self. As scared as he was he turned a urged the horse to run. He reached a river and with a chill he realised this was where his father had died. Would he be proud of him or look down on his 17 year old son with shame because he was fleeing. He had just grossed the rivier as he heard shouting there he is follow him capture him!!! He made the horse go faster riding into the jungle and into the unknown.
Alma pov
She looked around in fear. The miracle pedro died for was in danger her children where in danger. But where was her son.? Where was bruno ? Then she heard the shouting the seer where is the seer he was not in the cave or the other rooms!!!!!!! where is he search for him. Bring him to me. !! Bruno was gone from the casita where was he?? Mom what is going on? Pepa asked she was already thundering. Your brother they are searching for him soon he would be here too. There was a ruckus near the they looked as the priest was thrown into the square the man always took late walks. He looked like he got a rough treatment. The priest crawled to them. Mis Alma forgive me. What ? what is it she wispered? I took the candle gave it to your son told him to grab a horse. And to run. There was a lot ruckus at the rock split soldiers on horse back where leaving. Then she realised they where after her son. It was to much She fainted there too her daughters horror
Bruno pov
He was running nearly blind it was so dark. He was as least followed by ten soldiers or more. He didt know . He rided trough ruins of a town an with a jolt he realised this was the town he was born in. Sudenly somthing wized past him. He realised they where shooting at them. He kept going til he reached a huge river it was filled with rapids he led the horse in hoping for the best. Holding the laturn above water it was deeper as he thought he was getting wet but Felier kep pushing on. He rode into the jungle again after the made it across with the manra just keep looking ahead dont look back in his head. He kept going not noticing that he lost his chasers at the river because they were swept away by the rapids. He kept going for the rest of the night. But he kept going for the rest of the day till his powers proded him to stop at a deep cave there was sand in it too. He put Felier in the back of the cave and hid the candle even deeper he used foulige of the jungle and rocks of the cave to do so so the light wouldt give it away. He fell asleep near the candle wraped in his ruana and travel cloak.
Later with ????
He looked at the camp filled with conquisidors he looked at his partners soon they would strike. He adjusted his mask. He started to wear it after his wife and children died. Then he joined the rebelion.They where about to strike but something unexpected happened. A man rode into camp. I got a message from casto. We have to find a seer he wears a green ruana en got a black horse.we must capture him alive. He looked at his parters they kept listening that a young man managed to escape his town named encanto unseen and that he was a seer a man who could see the future. Lets go he wispered to his parters. They killed the man the massenger was the last to go he used four bullets one for alma one for julieta one for pepa and one for bruno. Lets ride back to camp pedro told his partnerss and lets look for this seer but keep it a secret those powers could easely be abused. Tell the others to look for a man with a black horse and a green ruana. We make sure that my family and many are avanged but we are not so low as them to use a seer for his powers. They rode in to dark his thought elsewhere.
