◈◈◈◈
A repetitive alarm broke a groan out of the sleeping men as they stirred awake.
“What the fuck? Turn that off,” Denki groaned.
“For fuck’s sake, Shouto, why do you have an alarm on our off day?” Hitoshi grumbled.
Shouto grunted and sat up rubbing at his messy hair. “Wha?”
He fumbled over the nightstand before grabbing his phone. He squinted at the screen before turning the alarm off. He struggled to read the words before his vision finally cleared. An arm reached up and pulled him back down. Shouto blanched before smiling at his half-asleep boyfriend. Hanta leaned down and pressed a kiss to his scar.
“Mornin’,” He mumbled.
Shouto smiled and kissed his forehead. “Morning, baby.”
Hanta smiled, eyes still closed. “What’s the alarm for?”
Shouto sighed. “Wow. Thanks Hanta for being such a considerate boyfriend.”
Hanta snorted.
“Fuck off,” Hitoshi retorted.
“There is absolutely no reason why you should have an alarm on our off day,” Denki spat.
Shouto sighed. “My brother gets out today.”
It was silent for a moment. Hitoshi sat up, leaning on his arm as Denki turned and looked at Shouto. Hanta glanced down at Shouto who was absently fiddling with his phone.
“Really?” Denki asked.
Shouto nodded his head.
“Do you want us to go with you?” Hitoshi asked.
Shouto smiled and laid on his back, glancing up at Hitoshi who stared at him with one eye open. “That’s sweet of you, but no, I’ll be fine. It’s a family thing.”
“Your whole family is going?” Hanta asked.
“Even your dad?” Denki added, incredulously.
Shouto snorted. “Yes, even my dad is going. I’ve visited him a couple of times.” He frowned. “He’s different.”
“Good different?” Hitoshi nudged.
He nodded his head. “Yeah. Good different.”
“That’s good right?” Denki pouted.
Shouto smiled and kissed him. “Yes.”
Without another word, Shouto crawled over Hanta and walked away. All three men simultaneously groaned.
“Nooo, come back!” Hanta complained.
“You were keeping me cool,” Denki pouted again.
Shouto shook his head. “You’ll be fine without me. Go back to sleep.”
About 10 minutes later, Shouto emerged from his bathroom fully dressed and feeling like a person. Hanta and Hitoshi wolf whistled at him in unison. Denki snorted. Shouto smiled and faced the bed.
“You like?” He teased.
“I love,” Hanta growled.
Hitoshi subtly bit his lip practically eye-fucking him. “Come here.”
Shouto snorted. “As if. If I go over there, I won’t be leaving for another 2 hours.”
“Exactly, so come here,” Denki grinned.
Shouto rolled his eyes and walked away. “I’ll see you guys later.”
“Wha- Hey!” Denki yelled.
“No goodbye kiss!?” Hitoshi yelled.
“Come get it yourself!” Shouto responded, tugging his shoes on.
A thunder of shuffling, thumping, and cursing could be heard throughout the entire flat as the three of them hurried to the front door. Shouto stood to his full height in amusement as Denki corrected himself.
“You guys are a mess.”
“But you love us anyway,” Hitoshi grinned.
“That I do,” Shouto leaned over and kissed him.
“Me next!” Denki shoved him and stood on his toes.
Shouto laughed and pulled him flush against his chest. Denki blushed under his intense gaze and looked away sheepishly.
Shouto smirked as he sensually rubbed the expanse of his back. “You still get so flustered looking into my eyes.”
“Shut up, Shou,” he pouted.
“Cute,” he leaned down and kissed him deeply. Denki moaned and melted in his arms.
“Quit hogging the human heater.”
“Never,” Denki mumbled, breath ghosting against Shouto’s lip before kissing them again.
He let him go and Hanta reached forward and snatched Shouto into his arms. Shouto yelped as he twirled him around and dipped him. He clung to his back as Hanta smirked down at him.
“You’re so dramatic,” Shouto huffed.
Hanta leaned down and trailed kisses up his neck making Shouto laugh. “And proud of it.”
Shouto pressed a hand to his cheek and rubbed their noses together. “Baby, I gotta go.”
Hanta groaned, pulling them upright. “Fine,” he leaned against his forehead and closed his eyes. “You’ll call us if you need us right?”
“I will,” Shouto smiled, fingers lightly tracing his cheekbones down to his lips. “Promise.”
“Good.”
Hanta tugged Shouto’s head back and kissed his breath away. Shouto grabbed his arms for balance before Hanta pulled away and watched smugly as he slowly blinked open hazy heterochromic eyes. Denki and Hitoshi snickered behind him.
“How much you wanna bet Shouto’s gonna beg to bottom tonight?” Denki whispered.
Hitoshi grinned. “I’ll bet you 50 bucks he won’t make it past the front door.”
“I bet he’ll sext him the moment he gets in the car,” Denki nudged his side.
“You’re on.”
“We can hear you,” Shouto glared despite the bright blush on his face.
Hitoshi gave him a shit-eating grin and shrugged, sliding his hands in his pockets. “Oops.”
“Asshole,” he grumbled as Hanta laughed.
“Go ahead,” Hanta kissed his cheek. “Say hi to Fuyumi for us.”
“Just Fuyumi?” Shouto smirked, grabbing his keys.
“Your mom too!” Denki beamed.
“Wow. Way to pay favorites,” Shouto snorted.
Hitoshi shrugged again. “Natsuo doesn’t like us and we don’t like your dad. Only leaves two options.”
“Plus,” Hanta rubbed his neck. “We haven’t really met Dabi as Touya .”
Shouto’s eyes softened as he faced his boyfriends. “You… you want to meet my brother?”
“Whenever you’re ready, yeah,” he smiled.
Shouto glanced at Denki and Hitoshi for confirmation and they both nodded in agreement.
“Look, no one’s perfect,” Hitoshi offered. “I mean, Oboro was in the league too. Granted, he was kind of a puppet but even after we got him back, he still struggled with his mindset and actively thought he was a villain.”
Hitoshi stepped forward and cupped his cheeks. “None of us are gonna hold anything against your brother. If you’re taking time out to see him, then we’re also willing to give him a chance.”
Denki leaned against Hitoshi’s hand. “We just want you to be happy. We know how much your brother means to you.”
Shouto furrowed his eyebrows with glossy eyes. Hitoshi shook his head and kissed his scar.
“Don’t cry, you big baby.”
“‘M not a baby,” he sniffed, letting Hitoshi wipe his tears.
“Sure.”
Shouto collected him before smiling at his boyfriends. “Thanks for wanting to try with me. I love you guys.”
“We love you too, Shou,” Hanta smiled.
“Now go!” Denki shoved him. “Go make up with your brother and bond over how shitty your dad is.”
Shouto laughed.
“Make sure to bring back leftovers,” Hitoshi added. “We all know Fuyumi loves to cook.”
“Will do.”
Shouto closed the door behind him before he could change his mind and cuddle back in bed. Gathering his courage he got in his car and drove away.
Just as he was pulling up he got a call from his father. Shouto made a face but answered it.
“Yes, Father?”
“Are you still coming?”
“I’m coming. I’m about to pull up now.”
“Oh. Good. Um…”
Shouto frowned. “What is it?”
“Have you talked to Haw- Takami?”
Shouto made a gagging face at the longing sound in his voice. “No, I haven’t. Why?”
“He’s not here and he’s not answering my calls.”
I’d ignore your calls too if I was him, Shouto thought, rolling his eyes. “Alright. I’ll see if he’s coming or not.”
“Okay. Thank you.”
He hung up the phone and Shouto gagged again.
“Oh, that’s so gross~” he groaned, leaning his head against the steering wheel. “When will he get over this stupid crush?”
Sighing, Shouto called Keigo and waited. It rang once before he answered.
“Keigo?”
“I can’t do it.”
Shouto blinked. “Huh?”
“I-I can’t do it. I can’t do this. Shouto, I am terrified right now. Please just-”
“Keigo, slow down,” Shouto parked his car and turned it off. “What’s going on? What do you mean you can’t? Why’re you so scared?”
“What do you mean why am I scared? It’s Touya! I- fuck! How am I supposed to face him?”
He blinked. “Um. One foot in front of the other?”
Keigo snorted. “You are such an aloof asshole.”
Shouto smiled. “Thanks. It’s natural.”
He sighed and cleared his throat. Shouto could hear wind in the background and the sound of chirping. Wait, chirping?
“Okay. I need you to listen to me.”
“Got it.”
“I’m already here.”
Shouto turned and glanced around the parking lot. “Uh. I only see my family.”
“No shit, halfie. I flew here.”
“Oh.”
“I’m in a tree. Can you come here?”
“Alright, I’m coming.”
Shouto went to hang up but paused at the sound of a girl’s voice.
“What was-”
“Just come here please!”
He hung up the phone and Shouto stared at nothing for a minute. He knew Keigo’s annoying voice like it was his father’s screaming his godforsaken name. That was not his voice.
“Oh fuck,” he sighed, leaning against the steering wheel. “Maybe I should’ve at least brought Hanta.”
Shouto contemplated calling him before deciding against it and getting out of the car, eyes trailing to the tree and catching a small flash of red.
“Shouto! Over here!”
He faced his mom and sister and smiled. “I’ll be there in a minute!”
“Okay!”
Putting on his hero face, Shouto subtly walked over to the tree, sliding his hands in his pockets. He stopped, staring at the trunk before lifting his head. Just like he said, Keigo sat on a large branch with his wings wrapped around his torso, a pair of small pink shoes dangled by his legs. Shouto sighed again.
“He doesn’t know, does he?” he asked.
Keigo finally met his gaze and slowly shook his head.
“Right,” he nibbled on his lip before grunting.
Shouto worked his way up the tree and plopped down next to him, brushing off his hands. Keigo stared at him with worry in his eyes, wings subconsciously tightening around her.
“First,” he glanced at his wrapped wings. “What’s her name?”
Keigo turned and glanced down at her. “Her name’s Airi.”
Shouto smiled. “That’s a beautiful name.”
He gave her a fond look. “Yeah. I picked it because her hair reminds me of the white jasmine flower.”
“I don’t wanna assume so what’s her age?”
Keigo sighed. “She’s 6.”
“6?” Shouto frowned. “Okay. Um. I’m not sure how that works but none of this makes sense anyway since…”
“Men can’t have babies?” Keigo cracked a grin.
Shouto blushed.
“It’s alright. You can say it,” he smirked.
He rolled his eyes. “You know what I mean.”
Keigo gave him an airy laugh with a small trill and let his wings fall. Shouto let out a breath he didn’t know he was holding as he stared at her.
To put it simply, she was beautiful. Airi had Touya’s sharp eyes, turquoise with specks of gold glistening as her eyes shifted towards Shouto. Keigo was right. Her hair looked like white jasmine. The roots were a pale blond pooling out to a blinding white that stopped by her waist. A small pair of white wings fluttered lightly behind her.
“Wow,” Shouto breathed. “She’s… absolutely gorgeous.”
Airi blushed and hid half her face into Keigo’s chest who chuckled, running his hand through her hair. Shouto hesitantly lifted his hand and waved at her. She waved back before hiding her entire face from him.
“Shy.”
“Very,” Keigo told him. “Not sure how she’s gonna react to him.”
“Have you talked about him?”
He nodded his head. “A lot. She’s curious about him, I know that. She does want to meet him, but wanting to meet him and actually meeting him are two completely different things.”
“I get it.”
Airi lifted her head and leaned back, holding out her thumb, pointer and pinky fingers and pushing them into his chest.
“She signs?” Shouto blanched.
“Yep,” Keigo signed back, telling her he loved her more.
“Wow.”
Keigo grinned. “You said that already.”
“I’m… I’m just shocked right now really,” he tugged on his sleeve. “Did you know you could have kids?”
Keigo shook his head. “Nope. You’d think I would’ve known considering all the shit I’ve been through with the commission, but no.” He shrugged. “Got symptoms about 2 months after I slept with him.”
Shouto made a face and Keigo snorted.
“What are you making that face for? We’re both gay here and you have 3 boyfriends.”
“Yeah but that’s my brother we’re talking about.”
“Oh, you’re such a baby,” he rolled his eyes.
Shouto sighed then turned to Airi as she waved his attention.
‘Yes?’ He signed.
“You sign too?” Keigo asked.
Shouto shrugged. “Yeah. Katsuki lost most of his hearing due to his quirk so the class learned how to sign so he wouldn’t feel left out.”
“Cute.”
‘Are you my dad’s brother?’ Airi asked.
Shouto nodded his head. She sat up straighter in interest before shifting in his lap and fully facing him.
‘I can tell because of your eye. I have the same color,’ she smiled. ‘Does he have the same color?’
‘Yes, he does,’ Shouto smiled back at her. ‘Well, kind of. Both of his eyes are blue.’
‘So does he have white hair too?’ She leaned forward in excitement.
‘Yep,’ Shouto smiled brighter at the small chirp she let out. Why can’t all kids be this cute?
Airi faced Keigo with a blinding smile. ‘Can I meet him now? Please!’
Keigo’s breath hitched. Shouto reached over and grabbed his hand before he could panic. He met his gaze with a twitch of his wings.
“It’s okay,” Shouto squeezed his hand. “I’ll be here with you. I know you’re scared but trust me when I say this.” He glanced at Airi. “Touya is not going to hate you or Airi.”
Keigo made a face but Shouto shook his head.
“He’s not. He’s going to love Airi just like he loves you,” Shouto stared at him with determination. “He’s going to take one look at her and decide that he’ll do absolutely anything to make her smile. I know he will and you know it, too.”
Keigo’s lip wobbled as tears fell down his face.
“You know Touya, who he really is. He’s a good man and he’s going to give you both the world. I’d say he’d burn down the world for you but uhhhh.”
Keigo laughed and wiped his face. “Yeah, okay. I got it, kid. Thanks.”
Shouto smiled. His phone vibrated in his pocket and he took it out, glancing at the messages. He sighed.
“Alright. He’s coming out,” Shouto shifted. “Wow, this is not comfortable.”
Keigo laughed again.
“I’m gonna head down there and see him. Maybe warn them about the new addition?”
Keigo nodded. “Please. The most I can do right now is hold her and maybe make eye contact with him.”
Shouto snorted. “Who’s the baby now?”
“Shut up!”
Shouto jumped out of the tree before Keigo could hit him with his wing. He landed like the pro he is and sauntered off, Keigo calling him a coward behind his back. Shouto noticed the gates move and jogged over to his family.
“Hey,” Rei smiled, sliding her arm around his.
“Hey, Mom,” Shouto kissed her forehead.
She closed her eyes at the feeling, clinging onto him and smiling. Enji cleared his throat and Shouto glanced at him.
“What were you in the tree for?”
He shrugged. “Talking to Keigo.”
“ What ?”
Oh, I am so gonna enjoy the broken look on his face when he sees Airi, Shouto thought smirking.
“I see him!” Fuyumi perked up. She glanced back at them excitedly and waved at him. “Hey, Shou.”
Natsuo glanced back at him as well and huffed, rolling his eyes.
“Natuso,” Rei warned. “Don’t start.”
Natsuo scoffed and faced the gates, crossing his arms over his chest. Shouto glared at his back before noticing bright white hair. Enji tensed next to him, heat slowly rising in temperature as Touya walked closer.
He looked healthy, really healthy. His skin flushed against the early spring cold, the purple scars were now faded to a healthy red like Shouto and Enji’s. They didn’t seem to be as prominent as they used to due to the many healing quirks he’s been under. The burns that once spread up his cheeks towards his eyes were gone, except for the ones under his eyes. They had given him a fading pair of sweatpants and a baggy gray shirt. The scars were gone on his arms but they stayed splayed across the back of his hands.
Touya stopped in front of his family with his hip leaning out to the side. He lifted his head and smiled shyly.
“Hey.”
“Touya!” Fuyumi ran forward and crashed into his chest.
“Fuck, watch it. Tryna kill me,” he smirked, wrapping his arms around her. “Missed you, too, sis.”
She let out a wet laugh and hugged him tighter. Rei let go of Shouto and gently walked up to him. Touya watched her warily before she lifted her hand and cupped his face.
“My baby.”
He chewed on the inside of his lip before leaning into her touch, holding back tears. “Hey, Ama.”
Rei choked at the sound of his old nickname for her and broke down crying. Fuyumi switched with her and Touya gently collected her into his arms, resting his head on the top of her head.
“Ama, don’t cry. You’ll make me cry,” he chuckled. “Not that I could, you know, actually cry real tears, but still.”
Rei snorted and hugged him tighter. “Shut up, Touya.”
Touya smiled and buried his face in her hair. Rei fussed over him for a good 10 minutes before letting him go. Natsuo hugged him without saying a word. Touya tried to get him to say something but he just grunted at him and walked away. Rei sighed as Fuyumi glared at the back of his head.
“Ignore him, Touya. He’s just being a brat,” Fuyumi huffed.
“It’s alright. I don’t expect everyone to be happy to see me,” Touya noted, eyes slowly meeting his father’s. Enji fidgeted where he stood.
“Um,” he cleared his throat. “H-Hi.”
Touya stared at him with a blank expression before bursting into laughter. “What the fuck was that ? What are you, 12? Fuck’s sake.”
“Touya,” Rei hissed.
He laughed again before coughing into his hand. “Sorry.”
Enji sighed. “I… have nothing to say except that I’m sorry, truly. I have no excuses. I was a bad father and you deserved better.”
Touya smirked. “Damn right I did.”
“Touya,” Rei lectured again, slapping his arm.
“What? I did,” he shrugged.
Her eyes leveled and he sighed, holding his hands up. “Okay okay, I give.”
He rolled his eyes, muttering, “Time to put 12 years of therapy into good use.”
He faced Enji. “I’ll be honest. I seriously hate you.” Enji grimaced. “I can say that now without you know wanting to murder you, which is great progress, I’ll have you know.”
Shouto snorted but coughed after receiving a glare from his mother and sister.
“I’m also never gonna forgive you. You don’t deserve my forgiveness at all, but you know, I’ll behave I guess. Say ‘hi, how are you?’ when it’s necessary at family dinners and shit. Do you guys still do that?”
Fuyumi and Rei nodded their heads.
“Cool. Noted.”
Shouto smiled brightly and Touya gave him a sly look. “Why you lookin’ at me like that?”
He shrugged. “Nothing. It’s nice to have you back.”
Touya smirked, wrapping his arm around his neck and pulling him into a choke hold. Shouto let out a squawk as he rubbed his knuckles into his skull. He abruptly let him go with a satisfied look on his face.
“Always wanted to do that,” he nodded.
Shouto stared at him. “Never do that again.”
Touya laughed as he fixed his hair, pulling it out of its now messy bun.
“Here let me,” Rei lifted her hands.
Shouto shrugged and bent down. She ran her delicate hands expertly through his strands, braiding the sides around the back and rolling it into a bun.
“There.”
Touya gave an ugly snort. “You look like a granny.”
Shouto glared at him as Fuyumi nudged him playfully. Touya calmed down but couldn’t hide the huge grin on his face before it slowly slid off his face in realization.
“Shouto.”
“Hm?” he hummed as Rei undid the braids and played with his hair again.
He watched different emotions wave over his face, eyes darting around the group.
“Oh! Before you ask,” Shouto gave him a shit-eating grin and gestured behind him. “He’s in the tree.”
Touya blinked. “He’s what?”
“Shouto!” Keigo shrieked.
Rei and Fuyumi flinched as Enji frowned at the tree. Touya laughed in disbelief before taking a step toward it.
“Wait,” he grabbed his arm.
“What?” he frowned.
“Uh,” he cleared his throat. “Before he comes down here, there’s… there’s something or someone you should know about.”
Touya’s frown deepened as he stared at his little brother. “What the fuck are you talking about?”
Shouto puffed out his cheeks before running a hand down his face. “Why me? Okay, so Keigo learned a new thing about his quirk.”
“And?” Touya lifted his eyebrows.
“And…” He took a deep breath before rushing his next words in one breath. “You sort of got him pregnant and now you have a 6-year-old daughter named Airi who looks like the exact replica of the two of you.”
Silence.
“You’ve got to be fucking kidding me,” Natsuo muttered.
“A… daughter?” Fuyumi frowned.
Rei’s face flushed in realization. “Oh, my god. I have a granddaughter.”
“Fuck,” Enji huffed.
Shouto frowned. Boo, lame reaction. He flinched as Touya yanked him closer. He stared into his eyes with an unreadable expression on his face.
“Shouto, if you’re fucking lying to me right now, I swear-”
“He’s not lying.”
The family froze. Keigo stopped in front of them and opened his wings, showing Airi who lifted her head off of his chest and glanced at the family. Fuyumi and Rei stared at her with watery expressions.
“Oh, my,” Rei covered her mouth with her hands.
“Look at her,” Fuyumi breathed. She lifted a shaky hand and waved at her with her friendly teacher's face. “Hi, beautiful.”
She blushed but waved back at her. Fuyumi and Rei squealed, holding onto each other. Shouto knew from that moment on that they were going to spoil the life out of her. Shouto’s gonna help, of course, he’s not dumb. Keigo seemed to realize that as well, shaking his head in slight regret.
Touya refused to move, his heart hammering in his chest. Shouto faced him again and frowned at the slight panic and fear in his eyes. Shouto slowly lifted his hand then poked his cheek hard. He flinched and slapped his hand away.
“What are you-”
“You’re gonna make him think you don’t want him or her just standing there looking like you’re about to run with your tail in between your legs.”
Touya glared at him. “I’m not gonna run.”
“Then face him, coward,” Shouto smirked.
"'M gonna kill you.”
“I’d love to see you try.”
“Smug little shit,” Touya muttered.
He huffed, stood up tall, and turned around… before tripping over his feet and sputtering at the sight of her.
She was beautiful, absolutely beautiful. His eyes darted from her turquoise eyes to her white and blonde hair to the wings flapping behind her back to the stupidly cute white jumper dress she wore with a pink shirt under it that matched her shoes. He didn’t know what to say except- “Holy fucking shit.”
“Touya! Language!” Rei shrieked.
“S-Sorry! I just…” his face burned as he continued to stare at her in amazement. “Wow, she’s gorgeous. I- What the fuck ? H-Hi?”
Shouto snorted again. “Who’s the 12-year-old now?”
“Shouto,” he growled, glaring back at him.
Shouto cackled wholeheartedly, completely ignoring his mother’s glare. Keigo watched with his heart in his throat as Touya walked forward and bent down to her height. Airi chewed on her lip in excitement as she vibrated from purring. She waved at him and he waved back, tears forming in his eyes because he could do that now apparently.
“Holy shit you’re really my kid,” he let out a wet laugh and glanced up at Keigo for the first time. “She’s ours?”
Keigo nodded his head hesitantly, heart clenching as Airi also stared up at him in wonder. “Yeah,” he croaked. “She’s ours.”
Before he could think better of it, Touya stood to his full height, grabbed him by his waist and kissed him, tears falling down his face. Keigo whined and held his face, kissing him deeper. Airi shrieked and hugged Touya’s legs, giggling. Keigo laughed around a relieved cry and Touya smiled against his lips.
“Kei,” he breathed, rubbing their noses together. “ Fuck , Keigo.”
Touya carded his fingers through Airi’s hair as he showered Keigo’s face in kisses.
“Stop,” Keigo laughed. “Your old man’s gonna blow a gasket.”
Touya growled, grinning wildly. “Fucking let him. You’re mine .”
Forgetting where he was, Keigo let himself coo and purr at him, hands shifting from wiping the tears on his face to tracing his jawline to running through white strands. Touya let him as he stared at the man he’s annoyingly in love with.
“I missed you,” he admitted.
Keigo gave him a small smile. “I missed you, too.”
Touya frowned a bit. “Kinda bummed you only came to see me once.”
He grimaced. “Sorry. I… When I came to see you, I just had Airi.”
Touya smiled again. “That’s a beautiful name, by the way.” He glanced down at Airi who was still tightly hugging his legs, purring contently. “It fits the hair.”
Keigo blushed. “Thanks.”
Touya finally let go of him and reached down to pick up Airi. She flapped her wings once before settling onto his hip. They stared at each other for a moment before she lifted her hands and started to sign.
‘Hey, Dad. What’s your real name?’ she asked.
Touya tensed, slightly freaking out. Oh, my god she just called me Dad. “Touya.”
Keigo stared at him with wide eyes as he watched them interact.
‘Are you gonna stay with us now?’
He smiled, nodding his head. “That’s the plan, baby bird.”
“Seriously?” Keigo snorted.
“What? She’s a baby bird,” he shrugged.
Fuyumi and Rei laughed.
“Who would’ve known Touya-nii is a softie,” Fuyumi grinned.
He glared at her. “Shut up.”
He faced his daughter again and sighed, signing with one hand. ‘They’re annoying, right?’
Airi giggled before nodding her head. ‘Very.’
“Hey, what did you just say to her?” Fuyumi glared.
“It’s a secret,” Touya smirked.
Airi laughed again and pressed her face to her neck. Touya glanced at Keigo and blushed at the fond look on his face.
“What?”
He shrugged. “Nun. Didn’t know you could sign.”
“Eh,” Touya played with Airi’s hair. “It hurt too much to talk for weeks after they healed the burns on my neck so I just learned how to sign.”
“Huh. Okay then.”
“So,” Touya smirked, pulling him closer. “Hiding from me in trees, are we?”
“Wha- I wasn’t hiding !”
“You were totally hiding.”
Keigo groaned. “Shut up, Touya.”
“Not to interrupt this beautiful moment but we should get going,” Fuyumi smiled.
“Huh?” Touya frowned.
“We’ve got dinner plans,” Rei smiled, clapping her hands. “We’re gonna cook for you.”
“Oh. Isn’t it a little early?” He frowned.
“Kinda,” Fuyumi shrugged. “We’re gonna hang out beforehand.”
“Right,” he faced Keigo. “You coming?”
“Yep.”
“Lead the way then.”
