• Her lineage: Sakura’s parents are both from the Senju on her mother's side, and the Haruno from her father's. Following Konoha's founding, the Senju Clan was formally dissolved by Hashirama and married into the general populace, though many remained within the Senju compound up until the Second Shinobi World War and beyond. Sakura's maternal grandparents are both wholly Senju descended from Tōka Senju, which is why Sakura is a prolific Genjutsu-type. On her father's side, Kizashi's parents were members of the Haruno Clan and bore the Uchi Naru kekkei genkai inherent to their clan that Sakura maximized the potential of.
• Her prowess: Although Sakura's parents are descended from the Senju and Haruno, both sides were largely at a civilian level and didn't bear extraordinary traits like most of their contemporaries. Though Sakura has above-average chakra and vitality, it still pales in comparison to Naruto and Sasuke.

• Nature Releases: Although she isn’t shown using elemental nature styles commonly, Sakura possesses Earth, Fire, Lightning, Water, and Yin and Yang chakra natures.
• Intelligence: Though seen as the weakest member of Team 7 at first, Sakura’s strength was foremost in intelligence. Extremely analytical and observational, she can scan a battlefield to guess an opponent’s tactics or pick up on inconsistencies in conversation. With a nigh-photographic memory, she can piece several pieces of information together to form a hypothesis. She’s also talented with obfuscation and letting her opponents believe they’ve gained an upper hand, only to use it against them. After the war, she demonstrated a keen ability to cheat and count cards after a mission in Redaku with Sasuke. 
• Chakra Control: One of Sakura’s hallmarks is her affinity for perfect chakra control, allowing her to cast jutsu without wasting chakra. Because of it, she’s well-suited as a genjutsu-type and gifted with genjutsu and immune to it. Through training with Tsunade, Sakura became gifted with medical ninjutsu and chakra-enhanced strength and accrued it into Yin Seals like the Byakugō.
• Superhuman Strength: Augmented by her precise chakra control, Sakura is able to build up chakra in her hands and feet to unleash in monstrous offensive attacks that enable her to destroy buildings, structures, and upend the earth. By the end of the war, she’s classed as being potentially stronger than Tsunade by Hashirama himself. However, Sakura has excelled it to the point that she can use it to harden her body to withstand blows, repel and nullify elemental attacks, lift immensely heavy objects, free herself from formidable constraints; later on, she developed it further with Shape & Nature Transformations that allow her to add nature releases to her CES to uniquely imbue in her body or super-strength attacks to make them even deadlier.
• Medical Ninjutsu: Second only to Tsunade and likely excelling past her, Sakura is extremely proficient in medical ninjutsu and can do everything from healing wounds, performing surgery, extracting poisons, and much more. 
• Biomedical Knowledge: Sakura’s medical knowledge extends to standard practice as well, able to perform autopsies, and examine cells with a knowledge of genetics. Tsunade taught her to be able to make chemical weapons like sleeping gas, while Shizune taught her how to make poisons and on her own she developed Military Rations Pills to accelerate healing when consumed. 
• Shurikenjutsu: One of the areas of expertise commonly overlooked is Sakura’s proficiency with shurikenjutsu—entailing kunai and shuriken—to even the use of booby traps. In her earlier years, Sakura depended on shurikenjutsu more than she does now. Though the breadth of her repertoire has expanded drastically, this nonetheless is an area Sakura is still highly well-rounded in. 
• Genjutsu: Initially, the extent of Sakura’s expertise with genjutsu was limited to identifying and dispelling it from herself or others, releasing many levels of illusive grades. However, during the Interlude, she received training from Yūhi Kurenai and became extremely proficient in it. Additionally, she also uses techniques she developed. 
• Inner Sakura: Sakura’s alter ego once began as a means of internal self-expression due to her repressed personality, gradually she developed a ‘consciousness’ of her own fueled on Yin Release, Sakura’s affinity. Growing up, Sakura recognized her usefulness, and from her, developed her as a means of defense against genjutsu and psychic/mental attacks. Otherwise, Inner Sakura is used in taijutsu, genjutsu, and clone attacks offensively. Over time, she discovered it was a kekkei genkai of the Haruno Clan.
• Fūinjutsu: Sakura’s experience with seals is most demonstrable in her ability with creating and maintaining Yin Seals. Under Tsunade, she took three years to develop and accumulate chakra for a Byakogō Seal. Additionally, because Tsunade is Mito’s descendant, Sakura learned exhaustive amounts of general fūinjutsu before the Yin Seals and is the expert of it in the Neo-Sannin.
