Izuku was ready for this exam he made sure to wear his custom dark green trench coat and had mentally prepared for anything that could happen. The written exam was a piece of cake so now he was just waiting for the practical to begin. He looked over his deck while waiting for the announcer to show up. It wasn't long before a man in black pants, a black long sleeve shirt and yellow goggles walk up on the stage. He couldn't help but fanboy when he realized who it was. It was the pro duelist Erasure who specialized in negating his opponents cards.
"Here are the rules for the exam, you all will be let out into the make-shift city and once their duel has many people has you can. Everyones life points will be set to two thousand to make the duels short. Points will be awarded base on a few factors the first being winning the duel, second based on the combos you perform and third on sportsmanship. You can also challenge multiple people at once so if you want to work with a friend to gang up on multiple opponents you can. If you beat multiple opponents you score will go up more than beating people one at a time. Any questions?" he asked.
Multiple hands were raised but the pro just said good and told them where to go before crawling into a sleeping bag. Everyone just walked to the testing site. Izuku looked around for Kaachan but didn't see him. He did however notice something that gave him a bad feeling, a short guy with purple hair and five other guys were huddling together. He also saw a group of girls talking which could be a problem.
They were shook from their thoughts when some robots escorted them to their starting spots. After a few minutes the exam was started and people began rushing around. It wasn't long before he was approached by three others.
"We challenge you to a duel" the only girl of the group said.
"Bring it on" he said.
"Let's duel" the four said.

"I'll start this duel by summoning Battlewasp - Pin the Bullseye in attack mode, then since I control an insect monster I can special summon another Pin the Bullseye in defense mode. Next I use their effect to deal you 400 points of damage" with that the bees shot their stingers at Izuku.

"It's my move" Random Guy 1 said.

I activate the spell card Pot of Greed to draw two cards. Next I send one card from my hand to the graveyard to special summon The Tricky in attack mode. Then I'll set one card facedown and call it a turn.

"My turn now" Random Guy 2 said.

"I set one monster and set two cards facedown and will end it their" he said.
"Alright I draw" Izuku said.
"First I summon Masked Chopper in attack mode"

"Next I equip him with Axe of Despair giving him 1000 extra attack points"

"Now I attack Pin the Bullseye" with that Masked Chopper sliced one of the bugs in half.
Random Girl 2000 - 900 = 1100
"Big deal I still have 1100 life points left" she said.
"Guess again because since Maked Chopper destroyed your monster you take 2000 points of damage" Izuku said has Nasked Chopper sent a blast and knocked out the girls life points.

"I'll set two cards face down and end my turn"
"You're going to get it now"

"I draw now Tricky attack his monester" The Tricky lunged at Masked Chopper.
"I activate the trap card Bark of the Dark Ruler, I pay 1000 life points to lower The Trickys attack by 1000" Izuku said.
The Tricky Atk 2000 - 1000 = 1000 Def 1200
Izuku Midoriya LP 1600 - 1000 = 600
Masked Chopper quickly turned the tides and destroyed The Tricky. Once done an energy slash was sent and took out the guys life points.

"You're done for, I draw" the last guy said.
Random Guy 2 LP 2000 hand 4 -> 5
"I tribute my face down monster and summon Summoned Skull"

"And I equip him with the spell card Mist Body so he can't be destroyed by battle, now attack that Masked Fiend" Summoned Skull shot lightning at his target only to be interrupted by a barrier.
"I use Negate Attack to save my monster and my life points"
"I end my turn"
"I draw" Izuku said.

"I set two cards face down and end my turn" Izuku said.
"My move" his opponent said.
"It's time to end this"
"I agree which is why I am activating the card Battle Mania and Swicharoo" Izuku said.
"I have never heard of Switcharoo before"
"Let me tell you when we have the same amount of monsters Switcharoo exchanges your monster with mine" Izuku explained has Summoned Skull and Masked Chopper swapped sides.
"Plus Battle Mania forces you to attack me" with that Masked Chopper lunged only to be taken out by lightning destroying it and Axe of Despair.

"I'll set one monster and call it a turn"
"I draw, and I summon Ebon Magician Curran in attack mode"
Ebon Magician Curran Atk 1200 Def 0
"Now attack Summoned Skull" with that order the fiend destroyed the face down monster
"Now Ebon Magician Curran attack him directly" with a blast of magic his opponent was defeated.
Random Guy 2 600 - 1200 = 0
*Meanwhile with the U.A staff*
"What an interesting group of applicants this year" a woman with long purple hair said.
"Yes although it is sad that many are only getting points by bringing multiple people to face one person" a blonde in sunglasses said.
"But we told them they could" said a confused blonde man.
"We said they could but that itself is a test after all most duels are one on one. Plus those who win duels against multiple opponents are truly skilled" a short man with snow white hair and a scar over his left eye said.
The screens they were watching showed a blonde with red eyes blasting through opponents with a Red Dragon Archfiend, a guy with bronze hair and big lips using Madolches and a kid in a dark green trench coat and green hair using what appeared to be a random deck.
"Looks like we have a group of trouble makers at site b Nedzu" a guy with orange hair said.
"What's going on at site b?" the short man now named Nedzu asked.
"It seems some students are stealing the other students decks right after their duel disk is offline" he answered.
"I will go get them" Aizawa said.
"You may want to hurry because that green haired boy is confronting them" the teacher looked at the screen before running off.
*with Izuku*
He was having fun at the exam, he made some friends, dueled so many people but then some jerks had to ruin it. Who just steals decks from people it is just so wrong so now he had to deal with these idiots.
"Let me ask are all 20 of you idiots or are most of you cowards following one person?" Izuku asked.
"You got a lot of nerve to insult us, my name is Mineta and I run this gang" the short guy with purple hair from earlier said.
"I will give you one chance to return all the decks you stole or else you will face me" Izuku said activating his duel disk
Five of the gang members stepped forward and activated their duel disk.

"I summon Vorse Raider and end my turn" thug 1 said.

"I summon Axe Raider and set two cards face down and end my turn" thug 2 said.

"I summon Dark Blade and equip him with Mordschlag and end" thug 3 said.

"I special summon Linkslayer and summon Lady Debug, using her effect I add Backup Secretary now I line summon link 2 Code Talker. Next I special summon Backup Secretary and link summon Decode Talker finally I use Monster Reborn to bring back Backup Secretary and end my turn" thug 4 said.

"I summon Machina Soldier and using his effect special summon Machina Sniper and end my turn" the last thug said.

"I draw first I summon Volcanoc Rat in then I use the spell card Inferno Reckless Summon so now we all summon has many copies of the monster we have on the field which gives me three Volcanic Rats"
"Your wasting our time with these weak cards of yours" one thug taunted.
"Next I use the spell One for One which let's me send a monster from my hand to the graveyard to bring a level one monster from my deck to the field welcome Shadow Specer. The Dotscaper I sent to the grave returns to my field and I use it to link summon Link Spider. Now I use Link Spider's effect to summon Ancient Jar to my last monster zone. Next I activate the spell card Triangle Power this makes all level one normal monsters gain 2000 attack points, finally I activate The Law of The Normal, I can only use this card when their are 5 level 2 or lower normal monsters on the field. Now all cards on the field and in all of our hands are sent to the graveyard except level 2 or lower normal monters"
"WHAT THE HELL" "ARE YOU SERIOUS" "IMPOSSIBLE"
"With everything gone I have all five of my monsters attack and remember they still have the boost from Triangle Power, now attack them" with that all five of Izuku's monsters attacked.
Thugs LP 10000 -12400= 0
"He took them out on the first turn with that pathetic deck" one spectator said.
Before Izuku could react a strange whip like thing grabbed his deck from his duel disk and brought it to the leader.
"Well I must admit you are good but what are you going to do without your deck now" Mineta said.
"Unfortunaly for you I love duel monsters alot" Izuku said.
"So what?" Mineta asked.
"It means I am always prepared" Izuku said opening his coat to reveal the inside of the coat had 40 deck holders sewn in and that he had a vest with ten deck holders on it.
"I have over 50 decks and each one is enough to beat you" he said.
"What do we do Mineta?" a terrified thug asked
"It doesn't matter their is still 15 of us" the leader said.
"Guess again" a tired voice said.
Everyone looked and saw the guy who announced what the exam was. Behind him were 13 of the other thugs.
"You all are under arrest for theft" he said before dashing and cuffing the last two.
"The exam is over grab your decks and leave" he said.
It didn't take long for everyone to get their decks and to start heading home.
*With the U.A staff*
"This Midoriya boy has a real talent wouldn't you say" Nedzu said.
"He's reckless and nice to a fault but he will make a good student" Aizawa said.
The others were making similar statements agreeing about the boy.
"Then it is decided he will be accepted, although I do get a strange feeling from that boy" Nedzu said confusing the others.
*With Izuku*
"Why didn"t you use us to beat those idiots" a very annoyed voice asked.
"Yeah we wanted to help to" a shy voice said.
Izuku turned and looked right at the source of the voice, which was Ebon Magician Curran and White Magicain Pikeru floating in the air.
"Sorry but I didn't want to risk them getting you two and throwing you in a fire" he answered.
"What fire?" Curran asked.
"In the corner of the room they had everything they needed to start a fire, if I had to guess they planned to burn everyones decks so their would be less compition for U.A" he said.
"That's just aweful" Pikeru said.
"Whatever just remember why you're going to U.A don't bother with other people's problems" Curran said.
"Quit being rude Curran" Pikeru said jabbing Curran with her staff.
"You are so going to get it" with that Curran began chasing Pikeru.
"Izuku help me" Pikeru cried out while Izuku chuckled.
