Simon smiled as he watched Nahyuta. "I'm just saying, Taka, what if that's not true?" The bird shook his head. "Are you saying that you don't believe them?"
The samurai frowned. "What are you two squawking about?"
Nahyuta sighed. "Taka thinks that the government is trying to replace wild birds with drones."
That made Simon look around, making sure that no one was near. "That's true, though. That's why I have to make sure we keep Taka close." The monk blinked a bit. Simon and Taka laughed. "Sad monk, we're just messing with you. Taka likes to play that joke on people."
Nahyuta smiled. "Oh, well," he laughed. "that was fantastic acting."
