The young blonde girl walked down the wretched and stinking alley of the undercity. Why would Jinx never wanna see her in Piltover? It’s always just in her hideout. Sure, it was nice and comfy and when Jinx was around her, she didn’t mind where she’d stay, but still. Walking down this path towards the old wind turbine that her girlfriend called her home gave her the creeps. She never knew what would wait around the next corner.
“Hey hey, Lady. Got lost?” a voice echoed behind her. The young woman turned around in a whimp and stared into the eyes of a 6 foot, muscular behemoth of a man. He was tattooed from head to toe and the street lights were shimmering in the blank spot on his head.
Luxanna gulped, “N… No. I’ll just be on my way.” she said, before turning around again and walking away. Much quicker than before.
She heard the man picking up the pace as well and so did she. The footsteps behind her became quicker and quicker and soon she heard an audible grunt and an order for her to stop, “Blondie! Stop! why don’t you wanna talk?!”
Luxanna, being the nice and thoughtful person that she was, tried to get away from him nicely, one last time, “Please leave me alone.” she said in a calm voice, while almost running now.
The man didn’t let go of her. Before she knew it, she was running down the lanes in a desperate attempt to get rid of the strongman following her. She turned around and saw him still giving chase. Panic started to settle in. Why me? She thought. Why?
She ran and ran, hoping desperately to reach her girlfriend’s hideout before the man could catch up to her. But when she turned another corner, she ran straight into another man, who was just walking down the street, not noticing her.
The blonde girl fell over and slammed into the ground badly, scratching open her hands and knees. While on the ground, she turned around and looked up to her follower, who now towered over her, ordering the bystander, who she ran into, to get lost.
Tears started to form in Luxanna’s eyes, when a wretched smile creeped up on the man’s face. She shook her head and pleaded one last time, “Please, just let me go!”
“Why let you go? It’s rare to have such a nice treasure down here.” He said, almost laughing while grabbing the young girl by her shoulders and lifting her up, like she was nothing.
He threw her against a nearby wall and stepped so close that there was no chance for Luxanna to escape his grasp. She looked up, into her attacker's eyes, who gleamed with joy for what he was about to do.
Luxanna trembled in fear.
He moved his face closer towards her and took an audible sniff at her hair, before kissing her neck softly. The girl was paralyzed. Even though she wanted to punch him, push him away, bite his fucking ear off, she couldn’t. Her limbs wouldn’t move, no matter how hard she tried to order them to do so.
“Don’t worry, blondie. I’ll be gentle with you. Don’t wanna ruin that pretty face of yours.” He chuckled out, while softly touching the young girl's bosom with his right hand.
This can’t be happening, she thought, panicking at the man’s touch. Please don’t…
But her soft cries and whimpers hit on deaf ears. The man just continued to touch the young girl. Fondling her breasts, and even moving his hand lower and lower until…
BANG!!!
A gunshot.
Jinx waited patiently on top of her bed for Lux to arrive. She was so happy to see her again. She couldn’t think about anything else but her for the last week. And today was finally the day. She had planned out everything. First, some snacks. Then, she’d show her her new inventions. And then, in the end… Some private time between her and Lux. Jinx learned some things she would like to… Try out.
The blue haired girl smiled, thinking about the other woman. She couldn’t wait for her to get here! She just couldn’t!
Maybe I could meet her in the city. Make it a surprise? Jinx thought, while rolling around in her soft bed.
A bright smile grew on her face, before jumping up, “LUXIE!!! I’M COMING!!!” she decided instantly, before rushing out of her hideout.
The young girl skillfully maneuvered through the busy streets of Zaun, searching for the blonde woman, when suddenly, a young man ran towards her.
She raised an eyebrow, when the boy ran past her, his face branded with fear. Out of curiosity, Jinx asked the young man what happened.
He stopped in his tracks and turned around, before giving a quick but fear-inducing answer, “He threatened to cut out my tongue, if I talk!”
This sparked Jinx’s curiosity. She needed to know what the man saw.
“And I will shoot you here on the spot, if you don’t.” the girl threatened back, pulling out her trusted handgun.
The man had a visible inner conflict, while deciding what he should do. But after a few seconds of thinking, he finally decided to tell Jinx what he saw, “Big man, young woman, he will do something to her and I don’t want to get involved!” he said, before wanting to run away again, but Jinx ordered him to stay in place.
“Young woman, you say? How did she look?!” she asked, fearing for the worst.
“Y.. Young, blonde, wore clothes that I’ve never seen anyone wear in these parts of Runeterra. I don’t know anything else, I swear!” he explained.
Jinx’s eyes got bigger and her heart rate increased substantially. “Get lost.”, she ordered the man, who didn’t need to hear that twice.
Jinx turned around and sprinted into the direction the young man came from.
It only took a few seconds before the blue haired girl arrived at the scene of the crime. A tall, bulky man held a woman in place and was touching her. But that woman… Jinx took a step closer, trying her best to get a glimpse at her face, but she ultimately didn’t need that. When she heard the girl crying out in a whisper, she instantly recognized her voice. It really was Lux.
Without thinking twice, Jinx pulled out her handgun and pulled the trigger.
BANG!!!
The bullet shot through the man’s throat. Sending blood gushing out everywhere and covered both of the girls in the red liquid. But that didn’t matter to Jinx. This sick man, who tried to do unspeakable things to her girlfriend, was dead. Bleeding out on the ground, like the dog he was. With a heavy breath, Jinx looked towards Lux.
Her heart fell into a bottomless pit.
Lux held her own throat and struggled to keep standing up, while the blue haired girl could see blood flowing out between her fingers. Her blood.
Jinx threw away her pistol and rushed over to her girlfriend, who finally fell down to the ground.
The bullet that Jinx shot, pierced through the man’s throat and hit Lux. This was the madwoman’s fault. And she knew it.
With tears streaming from her eyes, she pressed against the wound of her girlfriend.
“No no no no no…” Jinx cried out, while looking into Lux’s beautiful eyes, who calmly looked back at her.
“Flashlight, I didn’t.. I’m so sorry… I’ll get help!” she screamed, before jumping up, but her arm was grabbed by the dying girl.
“Don’t leave.” Lux said with a rough voice. “Please stay.” Every word she spoke sent agony through her body, at an intensity she’d never felt before. But it was worth it. To keep Jinx with her.
Jinx leaned down towards Lux, who was losing strength with every passing second. “Please don’t go…” Jinx begged. “Please don’t…”
“Please don’t leave me…”
“AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH” Jinx shot up from her bed, her entire body covered in a thick layer of sweat. Her heartbeat reached unprecedented levels and her breathing was faster than ever before.
Behind her, she could hear a soft grunt, “Jinxie? What’s wrong?”
It was Lux.
The blue haired girl turned around and pulled down the thick blanket her girlfriend was covered with. She inspected her throat and the rest of her upper body in a panic. Nothing.
“Jinxie, you know I like it when you play with them… But does it have to be at three in the morning?” Lux asked with a tired voice while Jinx was inspecting her breasts for any wounds.
Still, nothing.
Sweating intensely and trembling with fear, Jinx threw herself at her girlfriend. But this wasn’t her usual big spoon, little spoon hug. This was deeper. Much deeper. The blue haired girl clung to her half awake girlfriend like a baby monkey to her mother, while whispering softly, “You’re alive…”
