[You have unlocked a new skill!]
['Favorability' Stage One can now be activated!]
['Favorability' Stage Two can now be activated!]
Han Sooyoung grins at the screens that popped up before her.

The group had recently cleared out a museum, making it their temporary base to camp in. And as they were scouting out the inside, Han Sooyoung sees a book stuck between a fallen pillar and the floor. Out of pure curiosity, she pulls out the book and examines it. A screen pops up in front of her regarding info about the book.
Name : Random Skill Book
Grade : ???
A book that grants a random skill.
*This item can only be used one time.*
That was it.
With no other basis and no other information, Han Sooyoung made a decision. To use it. She hurriedly glances around her surroundings before using the skill book.
[Item 'Random Skill Book' has been used!]
[You can no longer use the item.]
[You have unlocked a new skill!]
['Favorability' Stage One can now be activated!]
['Favorability' Stage Two can now be activated!]
Han Sooyoung blinks before pulling up more info about her newly acquired skill, wondering what the hell a skill called 'Favorability' could do.
Turns out, it was pretty useless. And as the name suggests, it was all about favorability.
Stage One of the skill could be used to find out how much a person favors you. You had to be a few feet away at most, a certain understanding towards said person, before you would be able to use it. Like how she uses it right now, sitting next to Kim Dokja while testing out the Stage One of the skill.

A little box appeared on top of his head.

Ohhh~ Han Sooyoung didn't expect Kim Dokja to like her that greatly. She grew smug about herself and breathed out a puff of air. She next uses it on Yoo Joonghyuk a couple steps away from them. Her eyes glinted a slight pink before returning to its original color when it was done calculating.
[30%!]
Sweat dripped down the side of Han Sooyoung's neck. At least she has enough favorability from him to not warrant a blade on her chest while she sleeps.
She continues on using Stage One of her boring skill, that is seemingly only useful for a boost of ego or the downfall of it. Most of the others felt neutral about Han Sooyoung, but she thought Yoo Sangah was a bit weird considering she had a favorability of 93% towards the writer. She shrugs the thought away, however, when she starts to figure out whatever Stage Two of her new skill would do.
['Favorability' Stage Two has been activated!]
[Touch the target with your right hand and another person with your left hand to see their favorability towards the 'target'!]
Seems easy enough.
She pats Kim Dokja's shoulder with her right hand and stands up, going to find another person to find out their favorability towards the suicidal man. Thankfully, Kim Dokja doesn't question the sudden physical contact.
[Target A set to Kim Dokja!]
She heads over towards the sleeping Jung Heewon and pokes her arm with her left index finger, the woman continuing to sleep peacefully.
[Target B set to Jung Heewon!]

So that's how it was!
Han Sooyoung grins and continues to mysteriously touch each member, finding out how they truly feel towards another. Now, to satiate Han Sooyoung's final curiosity, she must touch the very prickly protagonist also known as Yoo Joonghyuk. She breathes in and thoroughly oversees through her thought out plans. She stands up, gathers her courage and shamelessness, and stomps over to Yoo Joonghyuk. She gulps the accumulated saliva in her mouth before raising her hand and tapping the protagonist's arm lightly.
[Target A set to Yoo Joonghyuk!]
She used her right hand. Damn. She meant to use her left hand but whatever. She'll take it.
Yoo Joonghyuk opens his eyes and stares at her questioningly. As if to ask, 'What the hell do you want?' Han Sooyoung grins before sputtering out a horrible, ad-libbed question. "How're ya holdin' up… Big guyyy…?" Terrible. Absolutely horrendous. Han Sooyoung could only awkwardly smile as she looked up at Yoo Joonghyuk, who seemed seconds away from popping a vein. "I'm fine. Leave."
Well, sheesh! He didn't need to be so grumpy when Han Sooyoung was only trying to ask how he is! At that moment, Kim Dokja comes towards them asking what's happening, the writer not noticing the way Yoo Joonghyuk's face ever so slightly became softer. Han Sooyoung took that opportunity to place her left hand on his shoulder.

Han Sooyoung's jaw slackened as she stares at the screen in front of her, the message as clear as day.
[Error! Number too high to be calculated!]
Han Sooyoung knew that Kim Dokja had some type of affection and held favor for the protagonist, but she didn't expect it to be to this extent! She pressed 'yes' on the screen when it had asked her if she wanted a simplified and recalibrated version.

This was just too much.
"Oh right, Yoo Joonghyuk! Look at this cool necklace I found!" Kim Dokja says, showing the regressor a silver necklace with a black pendant. It was an item necessary for the protagonist to complete a scenario, luckily he was able to find it. "Yes. How nice." Yoo Joonghyuk answered coolly, only staring at it and not making a single move. "Well, what are you waiting for, then? Take it!"
Yoo Joonghyuk stops for a moment before gently picking up the jewelry, lifting it up slightly as the sun's rays glint off of the metal. He unclasps the necklace and, before neither Han Sooyoung nor Kim Dokja could react, he wraps the necklace around Kim Dokja's neck and secures it into place. His hands stuff themselves into his pocket after slightly caressing Kim Dokja's nec- Ahem! New necklace. "It looks better on you. So you should take it." Kim Dokja blushes at the compliment, playing with the necklace's pendant. "Oh, okay. Thanks…"
A newfound wonder manifests itself into Han Sooyoung's brain, and before she could regret it, she held both the reader and the protagonist's arm, ruining the moment but at that point, she couldn't care less.

Oh.
Fucking tsundere sunfish.
Han Sooyoung leaves the scene, looking back when she deems herself far enough. She watches Kim Dokja speak enthusiastically about something to the man, though, gets interrupted by the two kids fighting over something again and pesters Kim Dokja. The man wearing white tries to resolve whatever the children's problem was, a perfect time to see Yoo Joonghyuk's reaction and oh. Yoo Joonghyuk's face was the softest Han Sooyoung had ever seen. And his sickly, sweet gaze was directed to none other than Kim Dokja. Han Sooyoung turns around with a hmph, a bit angry (but not disappointed) about the results.
And here she thought Kim Dokja's favorite was Yoo Sangah.
But seafoods' gotta love seafood, right?
