It was raining and as raindrops fell tears from Ellie's face starts to drizzle as well she just got out of work and her knuckles are bright in red as blood drips down on her hands to the ground she was wet from the rain and cold with the pain as she bites her lips who was now bleeding because of the act. She makes her way to the rainy streets of downtown Seattle to her apartment which was at the dark and unseen place of the city. Once inside the redhead sits down on the couch not minding if it gets all wet. she looks at her still bleeding knuckles flinching at the contact when she tries to touch it memories from earlier flooding back in her head

The lights in the whole bar was bright and changing blinding Ellie but her eyes were more focused on the woman not so far from her, Dina, The two are now apart and free for about three months now and now Ellie was surprised to see her ex girlfriend back at it again in her old way why she's here drinking and drowning herself in alcohol
"So are you gonna stay still and mourn because you lost your girlfriend or are you gonna go get yourself a new girl" Jesse said as he sits beside his best friend
"I'm not mourning I just want to get drunk" Ellie said as she drinks the whole components of her drink
"Still worth a shot, there's a lot of hotties here. Do you not mind if I take 'em all home tonight?" Jesse said and Ellie looks at her friend before shaking her head
"I don't care" Ellie responds, her eyes finding her way back to the jewish girl who was now with this guy whose hands were all over her waist. Ellie shivers at the sight memories of her hands on Dina's started playing in her head

"DON'T FUCKING TOUCH HER" Ellie said
her knuckles getting into contact with the guys face
"ELLIE STOP! STOP!" Ellie heard Jesse say but still she continues
she wasn't able to control herself everything went to black as soon as she saw Dina getting uncomfortable

Ellie found herself punching the wall outside of the bar knuckles bleeding and Jesse trying to stop her
"Dude stop" Jesse said but Ellie didn't listen
"El-"
"JUST FUCKING LEAVE JESSE" Ellie shouts and Jesse raises his hand in surrender
"Are you sure? I'm not gonna leave you like that man" Jesse said concerned and Ellie just looks at him and Jesse took the hint and he leaves

Ellie was inside her apartment shivering she still hasn't changed her clothes and her anxiety is building up, she fucked up, she was lost, she couldn't think straight she's panicking and no one was there until

her door sounded but still she didn't answer

there it was again but Ellie couldn't barely hear it because she was crying

it was like the person didn't wanna stop 'til Ellie shows herself

that was it Ellie was furious as she stood up walking towards the door
"WHO THE FU-" the redhead stops at her words to see who was at her door
Dina stood there still in her clothes from earlier and still is beautiful as ever. The Jewish girl upon looking at the redhead wasn't able to speak
"My God Ellie are you alright?" Dina asked and the redhead scoffs
"why don't you ask that boyfriend of yours" Ellie said as she tries to close the door before Dina stops her and going inside
"he's not my boyfriend"
"then I don't fucking care" Ellie said as she made her way to the couch and laying down avoiding the Jewish girl
"It looks like you are" Dina said and Ellie looks at her
"Thank you for earlier he was trying to get me to his car to you know and I wasn't comfortable" Dina added
"Then why flirt with him in the first place?" Ellie asked
"because I saw the way you look at me earlier and I wanted to make you jealous" Dina answered and Ellie couldn't believe what she was hearing
"You're trying to make me jealous unfuckingbelievable" The redhead said and Dina sits down beside her
"show it to me" Dina said looking at Ellie's hands
the redhead followed flinching when the jewish girl touches her knuckles
"we gotta fix this, you need to change you'll get a flu if you don't"
"Why are you here anyway?" Ellie asked releasing her hands from Dina's hold
"You left me remember" Ellie added remembering why they broke up, because Dina was too tired of her shit too tired of her, too tired of them
"because I still care for you El" Dina answers and upon hearing the nickname Ellie's heart sunk down wanting the girl back into her arms
"leaving you was the most regretful thing in my life and it took me months to admit that, so when I saw you at the bar earlier I didn't wanna go and talk because I don't want you to think that I'm a fucker who gets too tired easily and comes back to her ex because she was now recharged" Dina added and Ellie looks at her
"You know I would never think of that" Ellie responds and Dina nods
"I just don't know how to get your attention so I let that guy touch me because I know you don't want that and it was clear" Dina said looking back at Ellie's knuckles
"I'm sorry" both of them said at the same time making them look at one another
"I'm sorry if I got tired" Dina said and Ellie nods
"I'm sorry if I made you feel tired" Ellie said and it was Dina's turn to nod
"Do you still love me?" Ellie asked and Dina smiles at her
"I still do I never stopped I just got lost" Dina answers
"I want you back" Ellie admitted shyly and Dina softly smiles at the redhead placing her hands on Ellie's cheeks before leaning in to kiss the redhead
"you don't have to want me back because I'm always yours El" Dina answers and Ellie kisses her again this time more sincere like they were waiting for this to happen for a long time and now it's fulfilled
the soft taps of the rain falling down from the window pane and the two of them just there kissing it was all Ellie could ever dreamed of, it was all she ever wanted
"I love you" Ellie said as they both catch their breath
"I love you too" Dina responds attaching their foreheads together
they stayed like that for a few minutes before Dina speaks
"We still need to get your knuckles fixed baby" Dina said and Ellie nods watching as the Jewish girl made her way to her first aid kit and back to her and Ellie felt at ease thankful she had got her girl back.
