Dear Reader,
The moon is getting closer every day.
There are earthquakes and the blocks stopped coming back down just yesterday.
It’s safe to say that this season is on its last legs.
Sitting deep in a bunker; it’s easy to pretend that the world isn’t ending.
Sure the more frequent earthquakes are getting harder and harder to ignore,
and the occasional bits of levitation are starting to become an inconvenience.
But at least down here the moon doesn’t seem as big a threat.
Its getting harder to ignore.
The Hermit Council held a meeting mere hours ago.
There have been radio broadcasts telling citizens to get off-world as soon as possible.
Some aren’t going to leave, there are many who are going to wait on public servers
until the Hermits re-establish themselves.
A couple players have single player worlds
and will hide themselves there.
It's sad to leave this world so soon.
The shops were booming!
Though in Big Eye district there are still shells
of what could have been.
The Midnight Alley bank has only just been completed.
This world is still so young.
Some speculate it's the Watchers
who are causing this destruction,
others believe the Mooners doctrine,
or maybe it was just a glitch from
when this world was created.
No one really knows much about the why.
But it’s clear what the end result is going to be
either way.
Someone saw the Boatem crew fall
into their void hole, Tango’s mission went offline weeks ago,
and Joe was seen rocket spamming his way into the wilderness.
It’s clear the Hermits aren’t even united on how to escape the moon.
Dear Reader,
I fear my time has come,
to leave this world and wait
to join the Hermits once again.
Though I wished to document so much more for you,
I fear these records will be destroyed
when this world meets it's crash course.
If you are reading this I hope you can locate the rest of my records.
There is so much history that will be lost in the destruction of this planet.
I must go now or I fear
I will also be deconstructed.
