Work Text:

There are several things Cale has observed whenever they are up against the Arm Organization.

Now, when fighting against your enemies, it is extremely important to observe and learn about their weaknesses; this will be beneficial to your party's success.

These are the observations he has made over the months, things he has happened to notice as a result of being overly attentive— and oh how he wishes he could remove some of the information out of his head.

First and foremost, the Arm Organization is vicious and merciless— even more vicious than his butler. That one is a given. You cannot reason with them; the missions assigned to them by their leader are their top priority. If they were ordered to decapitate your head just for fun, then no questions shall be asked. Just don’t forget to dig a grave for yourself beforehand, because surely, your body will most likely be strewn across the street or maybe have you join the ‘humans-turned-into-black-mana-gang’.

Secondly, the members of that organization are insanely powerful but not as powerful as the members of his party. Choi Han himself is enough to pummel them to the ground. Each important figure in the organization has their own level of strength. Thanks to their liege, once again, for being able to find and recruit such monsters. He was even able to have the lion king and the bear tribe’s king in his clutches.

And lastly, while this might not be the most important observation he has made so far this one is enough to make him reconsider his life choices and seriously question himself if dying really wasn't the best decision. Should he have left the White Star in the hands of the main characters of the story? Perhaps it isn't too late, and he can still hide somewhere far away— where he can forever avoid the White Star.

Cale has noticed that whenever they are up against each other, that bastard always— stares at his ass.

Now, maybe it was just a mistake, and that son of a bitch just likes observing his enemy the way he does— but no, his record ability will never let him forget how White Star licked his lips afterwards in the most lecherous way possible, while those eyes behind his white masks seemed to bury themselves in his ass.

Is his ass blessed with some kind of ancient power that piqued the other man's interest? Because, last time he checked, the White Star has a habit of collecting ancient powers that will help him balance his plate or that will eventually aid him in his ascension to Godhood.

Cale Henituse formerly known as Kim Rok Soo, at the age of 20, is in the most stressful phase of his life after being transmigrated.

“Should I have just gone into hiding with my family in a mountain? Or is it too late for that?”

Cale tapped the wooden table loudly with his index finger, his eyebags fully visible to the rest of the world after having a nightmare about the son of a bitch known as White Star shamelessly caressing his ass.

"Is there a reason for you to be hiding in the mountain, Cale-nim?" Choi Han, who had been lingering around the redhead, finally asked after an hour of staring at his liege staring blankly at the wall, as he usually does.

Come to think of it, his liege appears to be under a lot of stress these days. He feels guilty for not being able to assist the man in his planning; all he can do for the redhead is lend him his power.

"No, it's nothing," Cale replied, his finger finally ceasing to make any further noise.

Wrong. He has started to feel jumpy and paranoid over the last few weeks. Somehow, he can feel someone’s eyes burying themselves in his ass. Whenever he would go out to visit the crown prince or travel to do random things with the kids, he would always feel like someone was watching him creepily— somewhere very far away.

He was so paranoid that he would always wake up in the middle of the night because of the feeling that someone was watching him sleep. Even when he's eating, taking the children out for some fun, and probably whenever he takes a bath.

Cale motioned for Choi Han to come to him with a raise of his hand. He rubbed his temples gently and closed his eyes tightly to relieve the stress that was beginning to build up in his head.

“Please call the others.”

To say that someone like White Star, who is a very respectable man in the organization he leads, is agitated is an understatement.

He’s not just feeling agitated, he’s feeling overly agitated, stressed, and depressed. It has been months since Cale Henituse appeared in the war. He’s used to seeing that man’s pretty face being in the front lines and constantly mocking him about how he’s one step ahead of him.

White Star is convinced that they are fated to be with each other, that they are truly meant to be. When the news of Cale Henituse assisting the Molans in reclaiming their household reached him, he may have fallen even deeper in love. If only that man was on his side, perhaps he could help him gain more power as well, and they could live happily ever after.

But that man who always ruins his plans has suddenly disappeared as if he didn't exist—or perhaps he is avoiding him.

Perhaps he is truly avoiding him.

White Star gritted his teeth in realization and frustration, feeling deprived of the presence of the other redhead. Just as when he’s planning to drop everything about ascending to become a God and maybe ask the count for his son’s hand in marriage, build a small house in a remote area, have a farm, and maybe have kids— have kids?

Cale Henituse as the wife of the renowned White Star—

Sayeru, with his mouth gaping, eyes opened wide, stared at his liege, who had suddenly palmed himself on the face and a red tint of blush appeared on the tip of his ears.

“Human, we have a problem!”

Cale, who had just dropped a grape, jolted out of his trance and straightened his posture in his rocking chair when he noticed the black dragon's serious expression.

Problems keep piling up in his life. Only a month ago, the White Star demanded to see the Roan Kingdom's most treasured and highly coveted hero, which is him. Thank goodness for Choi Han's unwavering commitment to protecting him.

But unfortunately, the White Star is more unwavering than the other man. And he didn’t have any choice but to grant him his presence, which he immediately regretted afterwards when he saw the handsome smirk and satisfied expression on the man’s face. The White Star even had the audacity to openly proclaim that he, Cale Henituse, is the one and only White Star’s sweetheart, precious love, and wife.

How cheesy— wife— seriously?

“The white bastard is asking for your hand in marriage nya! We can’t let him take Cale nya!”

And with that, it may be the children’s first time seeing their guardian flashed out of the room, with a beautiful red appearing on Cale's face mixed with a stressful demeanor.

And perhaps the marriage of the hero and the villain will bring the long war to an end.
