Secret Report No. 1

Summary:

The first report detailing events that occur in another world, and how they unfold from behind the scenes.

Work Text:

As I've written two series of 'Secret Reports' already, this 'Game' is unique enough to warrant these reports. I am to investigate this Game by request of the Composer of another UnderGround (henceforth 'UG'), and report on my findings without interfering.

By the conditions set by the Composer of the UG of Faraway Town, and the unique circumstances currently surrounding this UG, the nature of this game follows the four rules:
1. three Proxies have been selected by the Composer to oversee the Executor
2. the Executor will remain under watch by the three Proxies until the game reaches its conclusion
3. failure will occur if the Proxies fall, or the Executor accomplishes their goal
4. success will occur if the Proxies defeat the Executor

The Composer's proxies are all human players, and are as follows: Aubergine Misa, Henry Swaine, and Mari Suzuki.

The Executor is an interesting key, a human player, being one Sunny Suzuki, who'll I shall refer to as the "Executor" henceforth.

It should be noted that Mari Suzuki should have played the Reapers Game four years prior, however, according to statements from the Conductor at the time, the UG was "transformed", leaving any souls that reached the UG at that time in a state of stasis. Due to Mari Suzuki's connections with the proxies and the Executor, the Composer saw fit to place her among the group, in hopes it'd raise the Proxies chance of success.

Additionally, neither Aubergine Misa and Henry Swaine were deceased, meaning the Composer summoned them. They have yet to give statements to their judgement here, but with the circumstances the UG is in now, they have at least promised to 'explain later'.

The Higher Plane has yet to react. The nature of the game is very unique, so their lack of response is understandable, but not reassuring.
