Work Text:
You sat in the Astronomy tower, gazing out of the window as the rain fell. As a chill went down your spine, you wrapped the blanket around your shoulders tightly, rubbing your hands together to keep warm. Music was playing softly in your headphones, connected to a Walkman you brought from home. You closed your eyes, feeling the cool wind on your face.
The door creaked softly as you rushed to conceal yourself, afraid that Filch had found you outside your dorms after curfew. “y/n?”, a voice you recognised called out. You let out a sigh of relief. It was just Draco.
He reached you, and held his hand out to help you up. “What are you doing in our spot without me”, he smirked, “Do you have another lover I’m not aware of”.
You scoffed,”Of course not”.
“Good”, he said, pulling you to him, wrapping his arms around your shoulders and resting his chin on your head.
“How did you know I was here?”, you asked, leaning back.
“I was about to wake you up to come with me to the Kitchens when you left”. You laughed at his response as he frowned.
“What? I was hungry”, he said, pouting, turning around so as to not see you laughing at him.
“Aw, it’s alright Draco, we can go now”, you reached around to him, a humoured smile on your face.
“ I don’t want to go anymore”, he mumbled, still frowning. You bit your cheek to keep yourself from laughing at him again.
You reached up on your toes to give him a peck on his cheek, “I’m sorry for laughing, love. They must have cookies left over from dinner, let’s go have some. I know you love them. Come on”. You pulled his sleeve, and he walked with you without protest. You stopped before the door, pulling him in for a kiss, smiling widely.
“What was that for”, he said. He had finally stopped frowning and a hint of a smile played on his lips.
“No reason”, you whispered, brushing your nose with his.
