“Oh, Tenny…”
Tenya looked up when his wife called his name. She was clean and well-groomed for once, having been to the doctor earlier in the day. He hoped it was nothing serious. Mei had been feeling under the weather lately and getting her to take that seriously had been a minor miracle.
She was holding a paper in her hand. Blueprints, presumably. “Take a look at these babies!”
Tenya smiled indulgently. “What did you create now, Mei?”
“Oh, we’re both responsible for these babies, Tenny!” she cackled. She shoved the paper in his face. It was a sonogram. “Twins!”
