Dancing Through the Window

Summary:

Bakugo Katsuki is an out of control rock star who is sent to his home town to reconnect with his roots. Being back in a place he fought so hard to get out of drags up old memories of a simpler life, with one shitty little nerd who spends his evenings dancing in his room to all kinds of music...all kinds of music except for Katsuki's band, of course.

Work Text:

Katsuki Bakugo’s record label was fed up with him. The rockstar was out of control and this latest debacle? PR Nightmare. They gave him an ultimatum: Lay low in his hometown for 3 months or they will drop him.

“Why the FUCK do I have to go back there?!” The livid frontman of the popular band DynaMight screamed at the head of UA Records.

“You have to ground yourself Bakugo.” Aizawa Shota sighed. “You’re not even FOCUSED on the music anymore.”

“The music speaks for it fucking self.”

“Really?! Because I’m sure you FIRING OFF Pepper Spray at the entire front row of your concert causing HOSPITALIZATIONS isn’t anywhere in your hit singles?” The stern man reminded him.

“THEY GOT TOO CLOSE. They were KILLING each other trying to jump the fucking stage.” Katsuki defended himself.

“Not to mention, your numbers are lacking. Your latest single didn’t even reach the top 5.” Aizawa pointed out.

“That’s because people don’t have taste. What the fuck is Aldera gonna fix? That place is a shithole.” Katsuki pouted.

“That ‘Shit hole’ is where you were discovered.” Aizawa laid it out for him. “The music made there from the ground up was what made you so acclaimed in the first place. Something there MUST have inspired you.”

Katsuki swallowed the lump in his throat as the vivid imagery of a young boy dancing in the moonlight crossed his mind. He shook his head.

“Being STUCK there and dreaming of something bigger made that EP. I don’t gotta dream anymore. So there’s no fucking point.”

“Well now you can DREAM of actually having a label. Pack your bags. You leave tomorrow.” Aizawa ordered.

Katsuki slumped on the train in vast irritation. He hated Aldera. The hell hole was filled with people with small town dreams who were all stuck there.

“I don’t think of it as being stuck…” His childhood friend’s voice rang in his head. “I think of it as a chance to make this place better for the next person who stands out just a little too much.” Flashbacks of a 13 year old kid with broken glasses and bruises crossed his mind.

“‘Ts why I wanna teach…so I could help..even just a little bit.” He laughed nervously.

How on earth Deku was content with staying in a hell hole that chewed him up and spit him out was BEYOND Katsuki.

Shit…Katsuki swallowed the Jack Daniels in his bag nervously.
He would have to see him again. He wasn’t ready for that. The last time they saw each other was…

“I hope you get everything you’ve dreamed of Kacchan…”

Katsuki GUZZLED the bottle. Thankfully he had his trusty disguise of sunglasses and a hat to keep him from being recognized
Katsuki fell asleep and by the time he woke up, he arrived in hell. His head fucking hurt but nothing about Aldera was overwhelming. Everything was exactly the same as he last left it. Even the homeless man begging for coins at the train station. Exact same guy. 10 years later.
He dropped 11,000 yen in his hat to reward him for his persistence. The walk to his parents house wasn’t far. That wasn’t where he was staying though. He at LEAST got the decency of his own hotel.

‘If you trash this one Bakugo, I swear to God..’ Aizawa’s voice rang in his head.

What he REALLY was at his parents house for was what was in their garage. His trusty Harley Davidson. Still in pristine condition. Thanks Hag.

Katsuki rode through town, the wind in his hair as he saw no need for a damn helmet. Not the best decision when drunk but fuck it.
He zoomed through town till he got to the beach he used to gawk at as a kid. It was always so dirty.

“I AM THE KING OF THE TRASH MOUNTAIN!” Katsuki remembered his young self declaring.

“Kacchan! Get down from there and help me pick it up!” Deku had scolded him.

“Deku, it would take you a GABAZILLION years to clean this shithole.” Katsuki lamented as he slid down the trash heap.

“But if I can make it at least a LITTLE cleaner, it’s worth trying.” The smaller boy had said to him. Ridiculous.

“More trash is just gonna take its place.”
Katsuki pointed out as he bit the lollipop that was in his mouth and threw it onto the pile.

“KACCHAN!” Izuku whined.

Katsuki laughed at the memory. Deku was always such a dork. He snickered to himself before suddenly skidding his motorcycle to a stop when he got to the beach.
His eyes widened in shock as he felt the ocean breeze and it DIDN’T smell like shit. The whole place was spotless. Not a single piece of trash in site. Katsuki wondered for a moment if he took the wrong train but unless he stole a stranger’s motorcycle, that was NOT the case.
That’s when he noticed it, a HUGE sign that had colorful footprints all over it.

“On Behalf of Aldera Elementary school, PLEASE keep the beach clean. We love our ocean!”

Katsuki rubbed his eyes and wondered if he was seeing things. Then he reached for his phone.

Katsuki had this habit when he first made it big. Izuku wasn’t one for social media so he never was able to keep up with what the nerd was up to save for when his mom brought him up. But there was ONE app he DID use that Katsuki could see. Starstream. A music streaming app.
He could see what songs he was listening to. So Katsuki would make a habit of peeking on what music he was rocking his heart out to. It was NEVER Katsuki’s band. Katsuki swore he would catch him one day listening to his music. But NO. Izuku never listened to him.

Katsuki wasn’t going to lie, his pride was hurt over the years. He had a million fans and yet the person who supported this whole pipe dream in the first place never once put him on, even to check it out. He stopped checking eventually, only peeking every now and then.

But right now, Katsuki wanted to know if Izuku was awake. It was 1 in the morning but the dork had the world’s most unsustainable sleep schedule. Izuku had this THING he would do before bed. He called it his workout routine. Katsuki was curious if he still did it.

He opened Starstream and saw that Izuku was in fact awake. He was listening to music, and no, it wasn’t DynaMight. Katsuki knew he had little time if he wanted to catch him in the act. But he had to know. He knew from the old hag that Izuku had bought his mother’s house.
He moved back in with her to care for her after she had gotten ill.

Katsuki started his motorcycle and took that familiar rode that he used to walk every day as a kid. He was running on pure liquid courage and curiosity. His eyes widened as he got close to Auntie Inko’s old house
Sure enough, Izuku’s old bedroom light was on and the window was open. Katsuki laughed to himself in excitement when he saw him. 10 years older but still as dorky as ever in a large T shirt that read “sleep shirt”. He had a hair brush in his hand and wires hanging from his ears.
Izuku was dancing his heart out in his bedroom as he was lip singing to the song he had been listening to on repeat.

Katsuki cut his motorcycle headlights off and just sat and watched him in amusement….and amazement. The nerd was in his own little world.
Katsuki put his wireless headphones on and decided to listen along. He clicked the song. It was some old American rock song from a band called AFI.

Izuku swayed so beautifully to the guitar. Like he was a magician and he was controlling objects in his room with his arms.
Katsuki watched him pretend to bang drums dramatically as he mouthed the words

‘I will wait for you! She said, Endlessly’

It was strange. Katsuki had performed on stage thousands of times and he had seen plenty of other performers try and wow an audience…
But nothing was as inspired as this dance Izuku was doing. A performance for absolutely no one that made Katsuki’s heart beat wildly.

Izuku was so emotionally tied to it. Katsuki didn’t even understand what the fuck the words meant yet he could feel them.

‘I will bite straight through

As I wait for you

Dear

Endless…ly.’

Izuku lifted his arm up with the his “microphone” like a comic book hero when the song ended. Breathing heavily as sweat dripped down his curls. Then he opened his eyes and saw Katsuki. Fuck.

Izuku looked like he saw a ghost as Katsuki quickly turned on his motorcycle and got the heck out of there. Shit shit shit. Not like anyone would BELIEVE Izuku that Bakugo Katsuki was outside his window staring at him like a creep but STILL.

Katsuki got to his hotel and tried to check in as discreetly as possible. But he had put his trusty disguise in his bag so the check out girl freaked out.

“Can I get a picture with you pleasassse!!” She begged.

“No! People know where you work, just let me fucking sleep.”

“EEEEP! Hey everyone, it’s me, your girl Becky-Chan and you’ll NEVER guess who just YELLED at me at my work! It was SO HOT-” The girl squealed into the camera on her phone before Katsuki grabbed it and threw it in the fish bowl that was in the lobby.

“Check. Me. In.” He growled.

He finally got in his suite which wasn’t a total shit hole. It was no Presidential but it was something. He plopped down in his bed and laid down, but he found it difficult to sleep as the image of Izuku danced across him mind.

“I will wait for you…” Katsuki hummed. “Endlessly”

Katsuki really thought he could get through the first week without dying of absolute boredom in this shit hole of a town. But what the fuck was he supposed to do here for 3 goddamn months when there was NOTHING TO DO. Katsuki essentially smoked, drank and sat around until dark.

Then he would anxiously check Star Stream, wait for Izuku to play a song and zoom over to his house and watch the magic. He wasn’t a stalker, okay? He just…had to get inspiration somewhere right? On this particular day, Katsuki’s heart almost leapt into his throat.
He saw Izuku’s Star stream app and did a double take at what the nerd was listening to:

“Dynamite”

Finally?

“By BTS”

Goddamnit.

First English, now Korean? When did he become such a linguist?

Katsuki got the stupid song stuck in his own head on the way home. He found himself singing before bed .

“Dy-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-yeah”. He had to admit it, Deku had good taste. He decided he was done hiding from him. He was gonna ask him what the fuck gives? Since when was Deku too good for him?

What happened to the dorky sweater vest clad teenager that followed him everywhere and had notebooks FULL of ideas to help him make it big? Scrap books of Katsuki’s first performances and a framed first autograph from when they were 10?

It was Monday morning and Katsuki had his finished his daily screwdriver, but he had a mission today, talk to Deku. So he had TWO screwdrivers. Then a third. Now he was mad. Fuck Deku. Who does that pompous ass think he is? Katsuki downed his 4th screwdriver when he had the idea. He was gonna show up to Izuku’s work and confront him. Katsuki’s petty heart congratulated him on the idea. His class was full of impressionable children and they would FAWN over him and forget all about their nerdy ass teacher who dances to foreign music at night.

Katsuki got on his motorcycle and put on clothing he would absolutely be recognized in. An all black pleated jacket with zippers and studded belt buckles. He had a studded black collar to match and put in ALL of his piercings, wearing brow rings and several earrings and studs.
Katsuki’s loose black pants had on his signature orange X’s and his loose belt had garters attached. He looked hot as fuck. That’ll show Deku. Katsuki got to his old elementary school and marched right on in. The security guard recognized him and was too awe struck to stop him.

Katsuki marched into the front office and did his best to look the front desk clerk in the eye.

“Deku-Sensei’s class. Whereizit?” He slurred.

“De…ku?” The brunette tilted her head in confusion. “Wait…are you BAKUGO KATSUKI?!”

“Yeah! And MidoriyaORwhatever…tell me”

“Um…what is your reason for this visit? Midoriya-Sensei didn’t say anything about…” The woman began to protest.

“I’m his musical guest…just tell me already sweetheart!” Katsuki leaned in her face and she plugged her nose.

“It’s…down the hall to the right..3A.” She pouted. Katsuki smirked as he stumbled down the wall.

“Uraraka-San?” A man with red and white hair stepped out of the Principals office and spoke to the secretary. “Who was that?”

“Um…I think…the lead singer of DynaMight?” She blinked.
Katsuki heard a familiar chant as he stumbled to 3A.

“1 2 3 Eyes on me!” Izuku said in a friendly high pitched voice and Katsuki froze. It had been so long since he last heard his voice.

“Sensei!” A child spoke up.

“Not now Eri-Chan, the lesson is starting.” Izuku said nicely.
“B-but Sensei!” Another child spoke. “There’s a man standing at the door!”

Izuku and the class looked towards the window of the door which was fogged up with Katsuki’s breath.

“EEK! It’s a GOTH!” A little girl screamed.

Suddenly the whole class erupted in chaos. Izuku studied the door carefully before Katsuki kicked it open scaring the class.

“Ka…..cchan?” Izuku blinked in bewilderment as all the kids cowered behind him.

“Therrrrrrrrres that look…” Katsuki slurred. “It’s fuckin me…..the amazing Kacchan…”

Katsuki snickered at Izuku who was laughing nervously trying to not alarm the kids. He really was a total nerd. Big round glasses and a plain brown sweater over his button down that said “argyle sweater”. He had on fitted teal pants which Katsuki was checking out.

“When’dya get an ass?” He questioned and Izuku turned BEAT RED.

“WAIT! I KNOW HIM!” A kid pointed. “HES THAT GUY THAT DADDY LISTENS TO”

“And the one your teacher has called Da-” Katsuki began to say before Izuku covered his mouth.

“That’s enough!” He seethed. Izuku then turned to the kids, all bright and smiley.

“Well kids! Would you look at that? Bakugo Katsuki-San from the band DynaMight has WONDERFULLY volunteered to teach us about stranger danger with a LIVE drill. Isn’t that wonderful?” Izuku beamed excitedly.

“Oooooooh” The kids said in wonder.

“Is everything okay in here, Midoriya?” Todoroki Shoto, the school principal walked in and the kids all scrambled to their seats.

“We’re getting celebrity stranger danger lessons!” A young boy piped up. Katsuki then bit Deku’s hand.

“Ahh…AHAHAHAHA” Izuku covered. “Looks like our celebrity is sick and feverish! Why don’t I go make sure he’s okay!” Izuku subtly kicked Katsuki in the shins causing him to double over.

Izuku then whispered to his boss. “Please watch the class. I’ll get him out of here.” He then dragged Katsuki out of the hall who was growling like a feral dog.

Katsuki didn’t remember much else. Being dragged upside down made him feel dizzy as he completely blacked out.

“Yes. I am so sorry Todoroki-San…I’ll deal with all the parents…”
Katsuki slowly woke up with a headache on his hotel bed. He could hear Izuku’s voice in the room with him. What the hell happened?

“I’m sure he didn’t mean it…he’s probably just going through some things. Please don’t get the police involved…”

Katsuki’s eyes drifted open. Izuku was sitting on a chair on the other side of the room wearing gym clothes. He was having a very hushed phone conversation. Katsuki felt something wet and warm on his forehead as he reached for the towel that was gently pressed there.
He turned to look at the bedside table where there was water and aspirin waiting for him.

“I’ll be in tomorrow. I do apologize again…” Izuku said before hanging up the phone. He let out a deep sigh and removed his glasses before rubbing his eyes.

“Deku?” Katsuki croaked. Izuku froze for a moment before staring at his childhood friend and smiling softly at him.

“Long time no see, Kacchan. How are you feeling?”

Of course his first question would be that.

“Like shit.” Katsuki groaned.

“Drink some water, it helps with the pain I promise.”

“What do you know about hangovers? Most you probably drink is the wine at communion…” Katsuki laughed at his own joke.

“I’m not Catholic, Kacchan.” Izuku laughed softly. “And I went from being a broke college student to being a broke teacher. So..” He shrugged. “It might not be rockstar level benders or anything but I’ve had my share of drunken nights.”

“God, even your jokes are dorky” Katsuki laughed. “You really didn’t change at all.”

“I beg to differ!” Izuku crossed his arms indignantly.

“I didn’t say that was a bad thing nerd…” Katsuki sat up too quickly before wincing.

“Take it easy!” Izuku advised before rushing to his side and helping him sit up slowly. “Slow sips at first and then…”

Katsuki grabbed the aspirin and chomped on it like it was a candy bar before before gulping the water in one go.

“Don’t tell me what to do.” He huffed.

“You didn’t change either Kacchan.” Izuku sighed exasperated.

They sat in awkward silence for a moment. So much time had passed and yet…

“Where’s your dweeb get up? Why’re you dressed like you’re running a marathon?” Katsuki asked.

Izuku cringed as he remembered dragging Katsuki to the staff bathroom while he acted like a feral hound and sticking his fingers down his throat forcing him to throw up which got on both of them. He had to drag him to the locker room showers and get them BOTH dressed.

Then he had to lift him out of the school and discreetly get them a cab. He went through Katsuki’s wallet where he found his hotel key which had the hotel name and room number. He also saw an old picture in the wallet of them together as kids but he couldn’t overthink that.
He had to focus.

“Mmm…I felt like going for a run after this.” Izuku laughed nervously. “I’ve been working out!” He jumped up proudly flexing his arms. But Katsuki was focused on his freckled thighs peaking out of his shorts.

“I…see that.”

Izuku stared at Katsuki for a moment with a concerned look. Like he was holding back from saying something.

Katsuki sighed. “Did I get you in trouble at work?”

“Define trouble…” Izuku grit his teeth with a forced smile.

“I’ll pay your principal off or whatever..’m sorry..”

“Todoroki-San probably has more money that you.” Izuku pointed out.

“Bullshit. No one has more money than me…” Katsuki grinned.

“Are you okay Kacchan?” Izuku finally blurted out.

Katsuki laid back down unsure how to answer that question. “No…my head still hurts…” Izuku slowly approached him and gently caressed his forehead. Making slow circles with his thumb.

“I’m really proud of you.” He smiled. “You’ve done all the amazing things you always said you would.”

“You too…” Katsuki blinked slowly drifting back to sleep. “I saw the beach.”

“Hey Kacchan…” Izuku said as Katsuki drifted in and out of consciousness. “I’m really glad you’re home…”

Katsuki woke up breathing heavily in the middle of the night. His headache was gone…but he was alone. Again. Alone. Every fucking night. Like always. Katsuki stood up and opened his fridge to grab a bottle of Hennessy. But the fridge was empty. All of his alcohol was gone. Katsuki looked in his cup boards. His backpack. The potted plant. The fucking MINI BAR. Nothing.

“THAT DAMN NERD!”

It was 6:30 in the morning and Katsuki jumped on his motorcycle and beelined for the local coffee shop “The Bean Bag”. Midoriya Izuku was a creature of habit and if everything else was the same after 10 years then he for SURE would stop by there before work for his iced coffee.
Katsuki stormed in and the barista/shop owner stared at him in bewilderment.

“Katsuki-kun?” The old woman blinked.

“Sup Gramma.” He waved his hand.

“Oh my! Look at you! You’re all grown up!” She stepped out from behind the counter in tears before throwing her arms around him.

“And you look exactly the same.” Katsuki sighed.

“Oh hush!” She playfully scolded him. “You know my Grandaughter LOVES your new song. She’s always singing it to the heavens.”

“At least someone in this town has taste.” Katsuki grumbled.

“Kacchan?” The door to the shop opened. Izuku walked in wearing a colorful plaid top, a mismatching sweater vest and dusty pink fitted pants.

“Oh! Izuku-kun. Did you know Katsuki was back in town?” The woman questioned.

“I just found out yesterday actually.” Izuku smiled.

“Hey. Gramma. His coffee’s on me today.” Katsuki informed her and Izuku blushed.

“N-no! I got it, really!” He protested.

“It’s been so long since I’ve seen you two together.” The woman teared up. “It’s on the house today.” She hummed happily before getting to work in their drinks.

“I’m surprised you’re up this early.” Izuku noted to Katsuki.

“Couldn’t exactly sleep when SOMEONE downed all my sleep aid in the fucking drain, now could I?” Katsuki loomed over him.

“That was for your own good!” Izuku defended his actions. This struck a chord with Katsuki.

“There you go again babbling on about my own good. Always think you know better.” He grumbled in frustration as he leaned inches from his face.

“Kacchan.” Izuku swallowed the lump in his throat guiltily.

“Look where that got me, huh?” Katsuki tilted his chin up and Izuku could feel his warm breath against his lips.

“Y-you’re living your dream aren’t you?” Izuku said weakly as he avoided eye contact.

“Drinks are ready!” The old woman dinged the bell on the counter.

“Yeah.” Katsuki scoffed before standing straight and ruffling his hair.“Some dream.” He then grabbed his old favorite and headed out the door.

“Have fun with your brats.” The rock star saluted as he looked back with a sad expression before heading to his bike.

“W-wait!” Izuku followed him out.

“What?!” Katsuki snapped as he started his motorcycle.

Izuku walked to his car which was parked on the curb and opened the backseat before pulling out a motorcycle helmet.

“You…forgot this at Auntie Mitsuki’s.” He presented it to Katsuki. “Please wear it.” Katsuki stared at him as the sound of the motorcycle engine roared through the still air.

“You DID NOT tell the hag I was home.” Katsuki seethed.

“N-no! I still remember the password to the garage and…I was gonna stop by your hotel room after work to give it to you!” Izuku explained nervously.

“Then do that.” Katsuki grinned mischievously.

“Please wear it. I would feel awful if you got hurt!” Izuku pushed it toward him.

“Stop by after work then.” Katsuki downed his hot latte and chucked it in the trash. “And I’ll consider it.”

He then let up the kick stand and took off without the damn helmet. ‘Worried Deku?’ He thought to himself. ‘Good. Worry more.’

Memories of a desperate final kiss ran through Katsuki’s mind.

“Come with me.” He had begged him.

“I’ll just hold you back.” Izuku had said.

“I can’t do this without you, damnit.” Katsuki tried to kiss him again but Izuku backed away slowly.

“Yes you can. If anyone can do it, it’s you. They’ll love you. Just like I always will.” His eyes watered. “You need to move to Tokyo. And I need to stay here with mom…”

“I’ll make it big, I swear…” Katsuki promised him. “I’ll make enough to buy auntie the best penthouse in the city…and I’ll come back for you.”

Izuku giggled as tears fell out of his eyes. “I’ll be waiting then.”

“I lo-” Katsuki began to say before Izuku gently pecked his lips.

“Finish that sentence when you come back…I hope you get everything you’ve dreamed of, Kacchan.” Izuku instructed him before putting the last of his clothes back on and taking off.

Katsuki slowed his motorcycle to a stop at the beach and sighed.

“Some fucking dream…”

"Thanks so much Midoriya-san!" Sosaki Shino, one of Izuku's students cousins bowed as she picked up him up from school.

"It's never a problem to watch over Kouta-kun! He's a very good student!" Izuku praised.

"Let's just go!" The embarrassed third grader pulled at her arm.

"You know, he told me you were kidnapped by a rock star the other day." The woman laughed. "He was worried about you!"

"Oh! Hahaha, kids and their imaginations..." Izuku giggled nervously.

"Don't lie sensei!" Kouta shouted. "I read that Bakugo Katsuki is FROM here you know."

"Yes, but he didn't kidnap me Kouta-kun." Izuku pointed out. "He just needed help is all. And your sensei is the best at helping people!" He boasted proudly. "Even rock stars!"

"Just be careful Sensei..." Kouta pouted.

"You're so kind Kouta-kun." Izuku smiled.

"Only because he really likes you." Sosaki teased. "Take care Midoriya-san. And thanks again for waiting with him!"

Kouta grabbed her wrist and dragged her out of the classroom as she waved goodbye and Izuku sighed when they were out of the room.
The parents were all surprisingly understanding of the incident and more excited than anything. It was rare anything interesting happened in their small town.

"Midoriya." Todoroki entered the room startling him.

"Ah! Todoroki-san! You scared me." Izuku jumped.

"Meet me in my office?" The principal ordered and Izuku nodded in agreement nervously.

Todoroki had moved to Aldera early the year before. He came from a wealth and status and his name alone got him the position when the old principal retired. He was great at the job regardless. Izuku loved working for him. He was only a few years older which made it easy to get along with him. However...

Izuku gathered his things and walked to the office as the principal closed the door and locked it.

"Have you thought about my proposal?" Shoto asked. When Izuku interviewed for the position, Todoroki has proposed something else. Marriage. Izuku wouldn't have to work a day in his life and his mother would be cared for.

"Yes and the answer is still no Todoroki-san." Izuku laughed. "I like my job."

"Always worth it to ask" The man said casually. It became a routine before every work meeting. Izuku liked Shoto and he was handsome but he loved teaching more. And Todoroki's idea of his mother being cared for was hiring STRANGERS to care for her. Izuku could do it himself. His mom deserved that.

"Anyway, while the school board and the PTA were a little disturbed about our lack of security from yesterday's incident, they were more invested in the potential gain we could get from your...friend." Shoto said the last part bitterly.

"Potential gain?" Izuku asked.

"The high school is throwing a prom. They want DynaMight to perform." Shoto explained. "Or we could leak what happened to the press and add to his poor reputation. His choice."

"Why are you telling me this?" Izuku wondered.

"Simple. You have the direct connection to him. The school board tried to contact his representatives but UA Records is surprisingly difficult to get in touch with." Shoto said stoically.

"I guess I'll bring it up to him." Izuku sighed. "I just don't know if it's a good idea for him to be performing right now.."

Shoto approached Izuku and gently ran his hand through his hair a little too long for his comfort. "You worry too much about others."

"Is..that it?" Izuku questioned wanting to leave.

"Yes." Shoto said before removing his hand and unlocking the door. "See you tomorrow."

Izuku quickly left the building before rushing into his car and starting it. He sat for a moment and collected himself while the engine warmed up.

"Fucking finally." Katsuki sat up from the back seat causing him to shriek.

"KACCHAN!" Izuku trembled. "How on earth did you get in my car?!" Izuku caught his breath as Katsuki snorted at his reaction.

"This piece of junk is pretty easy to break into." He said between giggles.

"Honda-chan is NOT a piece of junk!" Izuku defended.

"You named your TOYOTA, Honda-Chan?"

"It's funnier that way.." Izuku pouted.

"GOD you're such a dweeb." Katsuki snickered.

"What are you doing in my CAR Kacchan?!" Izuku asked.

"You're gonna buy me something to drink." Katsuki smirked evily.

"Absolutely not!" Izuku protested. "If you think for one second I-"
Izuku began to say as Katsuki rolled down the window and dangled his motorcycle helmet out of it.

"What are you doing?!" Izuku asked.

"I will chuck it into that trash can if you don't." Katsuki threatened.

"You're ridiculous!"

"Then you can sit there and wallow after I get into an accident and the old hag cries 'my poor stupid son, if only he had a helmet. Why didn't he have a helmet Izuku-kun whyyyy?'" He imitated her screechy voice.

"You can get your OWN alcohol Kacchan." Izulu seethed.

"Actually I fucking can't. My stupid record label is checking my damn receipts. All that shit you dumped? Was everything I had leftover to get through having to stay in this hell hole. So YOU are buying me a damn drink. Take me to a bar if you have to." Katsuki demanded. "That way, you can limit how much I get. But I NEED a damn drink." Katsuki growled while kicking the back of the drivers seat.

"Be CAREFUL with her." Izuku sighed. "Fine. We'll go to a bar. But you can only have ONE." He relented.

"Come on..ONE?" Katsuki pouted.

"ONE."

Izuku was steaming as he sat at the bar while Katsuki downed his 10th free drink excited patrons and fans bought him at the bar.

"Come ooon Deku, take a shot with me." Katsuki laughed.

"No." Izuku pouted. "I'm driving."

"You're so cute when you're mad you know?"

"And you're infuriating." Izuku stood up. "We're going home.

"Sure sure. I'll be good for you." Katsuki stood up and picked him throwing him over his shoulder.

"What are you doing?!" Izuku blushed as Katsuki span him around.

"I'm gonna sweat this out for ya." Katsuki laughed. He then brought him to the DDR game inside the bar and plopped him down.

"Dance battle. Me and you." Katsuki smirked.

"You'll likely fall over." Izuku rolled his eyes.

"Idiot. 10 drinks is nothing to me. Come on. Let's have fun. You're too uptight." Katsuki pinched his nose.

"I'm just WORRIED about you." Izuku protested. "I'm-"

"Shut uuuup!" Katsuki covered his ears. "Put all those worries aside for a goddamn minute. I haven't seen you on how many goddamn years and you act like you have to babysit me? Fuck that. Have fun WITH me, Deku. Come on." Katsuki leapt over the railing onto the stage and lifted Izuku effortlessly up onto it by grabbing on his arm.

"Fine...so you can sweat it out." Izuku agreed. "But don't be mad when I win."

"That's what I like to hear." Katsuki put the coins in and the song started to play. He then laughed. It was an old song he remembered Izuku used to listen to on Starstream ALL the time, Caramelldansen.

"You had this shit on repeat." Katsuki grinned.

"Did...not!" Izuku blushed.

"I saw your Starstream dork" Katsuki admitted.

"Just dance Kacchan." He huffed.

The difficulty they were playing was extremely hard yet Izuku managed to hit every arrow effortlessly. Katsuki had to admit he was impressed. He also hit every arrow of course but he missed a few because he was distracted how into the dance Izuku was. Again, it was his own world.
Katsuki was beginning to lose and he couldn't have that so he settled on sabotage, jumping on Izuku's dance board.

"Cheater!" Izuku laughed as Katsuki jumped on his board and soon they were both fighting over arrows on the same half of the stage, a tangle of limbs.

"I hate you" Izuku said but he was giggling in delight which expressed otherwise. Katsuki missed that laugh so much. Before he could stop himself, he wrapped his arm around his waist and kissed him deeply and passionately as they both lost that round of DDR spectacularly.
Before they knew it, they were in the hotel elevator unable to keep their hands or mouths off of each other.

"I missed you so much." Katsuki said between bouts of fresh air.

"You better have.." Izuku panted, powerless to how magnetic Katsuki was to him. His legs were wrapped around Katsuki's waist and his hands gently caressed his smooth cheek as they made out while Katsuki carried him to his hotel room.

"You have no idea how long I've waited for this Deku.." Katsuki pressed him against the door as he kissed him softly.

"Did..you?" Izuku asked hesitantly.

"Hm?" Katsuki looked into his eyes lovingly.

"Did you wait?" Izuku wondered. "It's okay if you didn't...I understand you probably had a lot of people throw themselves at-"

Katsuki interrupted him with another deep kiss. "Never wanted em.."

"R-really?" Izuku's eyes widened like a child being told Santa was real and Katsuki felt immensely satisfied that he could say that honestly.

"Really..." Katsuki kissed him again and again before the door suddenly opened causing Katsuki to fall on top of Izuku.

"Ack!" Izuku tried to catch his breath after the impact of the fall. Luckily Katsuki cupped his hand over his head preventing it from hitting the ground too hard.

"You okay Deku?!" Katsuki asked but Izuku's focus was on the shirtless red head standing over them.

"Woah! Who's this cutie?" Eijiro Kirishima, Katsuki's bandmate and close friend questioned. "You must be REALLY bored in this place if you're actually picking up someone. Care to share?"

"Fuck off, Shitty Hair!!!" Katsuki screamed. "What the hell are you doing here?!"

"Wanted help relieve your boredom in your exile." He snickered.

"Exile?" Izuku questioned.

"It's a long story." Katsuki whispered in his ear. "How'd you even find my room!"

"Becky-chan!" Eijiro cooed.

"Of course..that bitch.." Katsuki growled before sitting up. "Deku. Shitty Hair. Shitty Hair. Deku." He introduced.

"I-it's nice to meet you!" Izuku stood up and bowed.

"Oh it’s VERY nice to meet you." Eijiro got in his face causing Izuku to blush. "Seriously Katsuki, guy doesn't even look like your type, let ME have hi-"

Katsuki shoved him before he could finish that sentence. "Get away from him, you pig!"

"Woah woah woah.." Hanta Sero, another bandmate approached from the kitchen. "What's going on HERE?"

"How many of you came?" Katsuki grit his teeth.

"All of us!" Mina Ashido sang. "Ooo! You brought a snack!" She squealed in delight.

Izuku was getting nervous and Katsuki could tell. He hated two things more than anything: meeting new people, and being the center of attention.

Katsuki sighed heavily and grabbed his hand firmly. "Coffee tomorrow?" He nudged his head toward the door and Izuku let out the breath he didn't know he was holding.

"Mmhmm.." He smiled nervously. "Oh...but there's one thing! And since...you're all here..." Izuku blushed.

"Huh?" Katsuki wondered.

"Ya want an autograph?!" Eijiro pulled out a pen.

"Umm...actually..it's my school, they were wondering-"

"YOU PICKED UP A HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT?!" Mina gasped scandalized.

"He's a TEACHER" Katsuki snapped. "Now shut up! Go on, Deku..."

"After yesterday...they were wondering if..if you could perform at the high school prom?"

The band stared at him for a long moment before Denki Kaminari appeared out of nowhere behind Izuku and wrapped his arms around his neck. "Wow Kats, you got a bold one huh? Did you promise him the world for a good lay or-"

Katsuk poked Denki's eyes and grabbed Izuku. He dragged him out of the room and slammed the door before sighing and resting his head on his shoulder.

"Sorry bout them..." Katsuki grumbled. "We'll discuss everything over coffee, yeah?"

"Right...coffee." Izuku looked down sadly.

"What's wrong?" Katsuki asked.

"There's just..." Izuku hesitated, choosing his words carefully. "...so much I don't know about you. When I used to know you better than the back of my hand. It's strange."

Katsuki tilted his head and gently kissed him. "Let's re-get to know each other then." He smiled.

"Yeah...I'd like to." Izuku blushed.

"Good." Katsuki squeezed his ass causing him to yelp. "Now get outta here before the circus stalks you all the way home."

"Okay okay!" Izuku laughed. "Just...don't have too much fun with them, okay?"

"Believe me, I couldn't if I tried."

Later that night, after the band got their own hotel room and the hell out of Katsuki's, he did his nightly routine of riding his bike to Izuku's to watch him dance. He got to the house and cut the headlights and smiled at the sight. And that's when he noticed it: An all black sleek rolls royce parked on the side of the road. Katsuki had seen it a few times but this was the first time he noticed a PERSON in it and their phone camera was pointed right at Izuku's window.

Katsuki turned his headlights back on towards the car...and the car immediately turned on and sped off. Katsuki felt a sickening feeling in his stomach.

Izuku had a stalker.

He looked toward the window at the guy he loved dancing obliviously in own world, so carefree and beautiful. He had to find out who the hell that was.

The next week and a half was a dream to Katsuki. He met up with Izuku every morning for coffee and every evening they went somewhere for a date whether it be dinner, a night hike, a walk on the beach or Izuku grading homework in his hotel room. They did a lot of catching up.

“And that’s when Mom found out she’s been allergic to bananas this whole time!” Izuku finished telling a story as Katsuki and him were scraping the remains of a banana split at their favorite ice cream shop.

“After her 5th fucking smoothie?!” Katsuki gasped.

“It was horrible!”

“Jesus Auntie…” Katsuki groaned.

“She’s been asking about you you know…” Izuku giggled. “You should come visit this weekend.”

“I’m busy actually.” Katsuki said.

“You are?” Deku lowered his glasses.

“No.” Katsuki snorted. “I’m grounded remember. I got nothing to do but you.”

“Kacchan!” Izuku turned bright red at his vulgar joke.

“You act like such a prude for someone who fucks like-”

“KACCHAN!” Izuku shoved a spoonful of ice cream in his mouth.

“Yeah. Yeah I’m used to you screaming my name” Katsuki teased as Izuku dragged him out of the shop.

“I can’t take you anywhere.” Izuku groaned.

“You know I wouldn’t tease you so much if you didn’t make it so damn fun.” Katsuki cackled.

“There were CHILDREN in there.” Izuku puffed his cheeks indignantly before Katsuki pressed him against his car and kissed him violently.

“I’ll stop by this weekend and see auntie.” He promised.

“Yeah?” Izuku smiled as he swung his legs around Katsuki who laid him on the trunk of the car in the parking lot before kissing him again.

“Midoriya?” Todoroki approached from a nearby car holding an ice cream cone.

“T-Todoroki-San!” Izuku gasped before practically shoving Katsuki off of him and pulling his crumpled sweater down as he got off the car.

“I didn’t realize you were dating the drunk who trespassed on our property and scared your class of impressionable children” He said casually.

“U-um…it’s new…” Izuku cleared his throat as he shifted uncomfortably.“A-and Kacchan’s really sorry about what happened. He even agreed to do the p-prom. Right Kacchan?” Izuku grabbed his hand nervously.

But Katsuki’s focus was elsewhere.

“That your car?” He squinted his heavily eye-lined eyes as the Rolls Royce across the lot.

“Yes.” Shoto stated matter of factly.

“Better be careful driving that thing in this town. It tends to stand out.” Katsuki warned.

“So does your loud obnoxious bike you know.” Shoto rolled his eyes.

“U-um but they’re both very nice methods of transportation!” Izuku laughed nervously. “Unlike my car which…we should really be getting into now, it’s getting late..see you Monday Todoroki-San?”

“Yeah…Monday.” Shoto smiled softly.

Izuku and Katsuki got in the car and Izuku hit his head on the wheel repeatedly in embarrassment. “That was absolutely mortifying.” He lamented.

But Katsuki was uncharacteristically quiet as he watched Shoto get in his car and drive off.

“Deku…who was that guy?” He asked.

“Oh…you probably wouldn’t remember. That’s Todoroki-San! My boss. He’s a great principal. I really like working for him. I know he might seem mean but he softens once you get to know him.” Izuku babbled nervously conveniently leaving out the proposal. Things were too new.
Izuku didn’t want to mess it up. He just got Katsuki back in his life. Even if it was by some strange ultimatum to save his reputation. He was happy.

“He’s your boss?” Katsuki questioned.

“Yeah. Why?” Izuku blinked in concern. He was more serious than usual.

“No reason.” Katsuki then pecked him gently on the lips. “You gotta get auntie her medicine now right?”

“R-right.” Izuku blushed.

After Izuku dropped him off, Katsuki sat in his hotel room and tuned his guitar. It had been a long time since a melody came to him but he suddenly felt inspired

He strummed gently and hummed to himself. The sound was much softer than he usually played but something about finally having someone worth talking to about his life made him feel things he hadn’t felt in years. He loved Izuku. He didn’t get to tell him yet but he felt it.
Katsuki wrote down the notes to the melody in his notebook and laughed to himself. Fucking Aizawa and his nutjob ideas actually did work.

He remembered the first time he got the call from UA records. It was right after him and Izuku’s first time together when they were 15.

“Bakugo Katsuki?” A gruff voice had said on the phone.

“Y-yeah…” Katsuki paused nervous. He saw the caller ID and was in disbelief. “This is Aizawa Shota from UA records. We just heard the EP you sent over and would like to schedule a meeting.”

Katsuki sat there in disbelief. He never sent over his EP to UA records. He sent it to a few smaller record labels thinking they would be more hungry for new talent.

“Sure. Uh…when did ya wanna meet?” Katsuki wasn’t the most professional 15 year old.

“We’re in town tomorrow. Can you meet us after school?”

Katsuki agreed and Aizawa informed him the location and to bring his parents. He shakily hung up the phone and turned to his childhood friend, now lover who was looking at him in amazed curiosity.

“Who was that?” Izuku asked.

“UA Records?” Katsuki said in confusion.

“Oh!” Izuku covered his mouth in shock. “They actually opened my letter…”

“You sent it to them?” Katsuki questioned.

“I…may have…” Izuku blushed.

“What the hell did you do that for?” Katsuki questioned, bewildered instead of angry.

“I..had a feeling they would love you! If you look at the history of their clientele, it’s all people who worked hard and came from practically nothing. They don’t sign big stars, they MAKE big stars and they don’t go for kitschy pop bands either, instead focusing on-” Izuku began to explain before Katsuki kissed him.

“Thank you, Izuku.” He said softly.

Everything after that happened so fast. He was signed to the label immediately which found him a band to back him up the next week. Then he was packing his bags to move to Tokyo. He begged Izuku to come with him but he declined. He wanted to stay in Aldera with his mother. Izuku let Katsuki go so he could pursue his dream. After Katsuki swore he’d come back to him, the first thing he did when he arrived to Tokyo was try calling him. But Izuku had changed his phone number.
He called Auntie Inko and she let him down as gently as she could.

“Izuku is very proud of you Katsuki-kun…but he doesn’t want to hold you back. Whether I agree with his actions or not, I have to respect his wishes. He doesn’t want to speak to you. I’m sorry.”

Katsuki was heart broken. It was one thing for Deku to not want to come with him, it was another to not even want to be in his life. He was bitter and angry about it for a long time.

“I’m…really sorry I did that.” Izuku explained on one of their new nights together.

“I was young and..and I was trying to do what was best for you while also coming to terms with how different we are…it freaked me out.”

“What about our differences scared you?” Katsuki questioned.

“I wanted to stay here. Change things. Make it better. You wanted out. I started to think how that would look in the future…how you couldn’t possibly be happy with me while I stayed in once place while you were seeing the world. I didn’t want you to make decisions revolving around trying to make it work with us.” Izuku sighed. “But…that didn’t mean I had to cut you off as a friend…I regretted my decision but was too afraid to call you after you already made it big. I thought you might have questioned my intentions for trying to reconnect.” Izuku told him.

Katsuki finally got the closure he needed.

“You know I never changed my phone number?” He laughed sadly.

“R-really?” Izuku blinked.

“Yeah…I never really gave it to many people anyway. But I thought maybe you’d miss me and call me one day.” His voice cracked.

“Kacchan…” Izuku began to cry. “I almost did…MANY TIMES”
They had stayed up all night that night.

Katsuki smiled at his phone which had a text from Deku.

“Made it home 😊"

He was so goddamn happy. He started drumming his guitar heavily. Katsuki then checked Starstream. Izuku was listening to some love song.

That was something Katsuki never did get to ask him. Why did he never listen to DynaMight? He was afraid of the answer. Was it too hard for Deku? Did he never really like his music in the first place? Katsuki would have to ask him eventually especially since they were together. He grinned from ear to ear at that thought and then he put words on the page:

You gave me everything and then you ran
Now I watch you dance to songs from another man.

Katsuki hummed as he strummed his guitar…until a dark thought crossed his mind. Deku’s boss was stalking him. What the fuck was up with that? Katsuki hadn’t seen the rolls royce since he caught him that one night. But that didn’t mean Todoroki wasn’t watching in more subtle ways.

Was the meeting at the ice cream shop a coincidence? Katsuki had a really bad feeling. He tried to shake it off after writing more music but by the time the clock struck 9, the feeling of dread wouldn’t go away. He had to go see Izuku. He threw clothes on and ran to his Harley before freezing in shock.

The tires were slashed.

Katsuki felt sick to his stomach.

“You went where?!” Izuku was on the phone with his mother in disbelief.

“Mitsuki-Chan surprised me with a spa weekend in the mountains. A little girls trip.” She said happily.

“But…what about your medicine?” Izuku questioned.

“She hired a nurse to help care for me!”

“Oh…that’s nice of Auntie.” Izuku finally relaxed.

“Yes dear. So relax and have fun this weekend. You have the entire house to yourself so be safe! In more ways than one.”

“M-mom!” He blushed.

“I mean it dear, remember that Katsuki-kun is a ROCK STAR and who knows what he’s been up to! Just because you can’t get pregnant doesn’t mean you shouldn’t use protection!” His mother scolded.

“I’m hanging up now!” Izuku blushed furiously before doing just that.
He sighed and sat on the chair in his kitchen table while butterflies filled his stomach.

Maybe he should call Kacchan to come over? It was rare he had his house to himself. Izuku blushed at the thought of taking advantage of the WHOLE house. Total privacy. Izuku tried to calm his nerves down by playing a love song on his phone. He hummed along and swayed to the melody trying to build up courage to call his new boyfriend. He felt giddy that he could refer to Katsuki as that. He thought maybe he should shower first.

Izuku took a long shower. Shaving excess body hair and making sure he was scrubbed squeaky clean. He hummed to himself when he got out and wrapped his bottom half with a towel. He grabbed a blow drier and got to work on his hair. A noise startled him and he turned it off.

“H-hello?” Izuku called. He shrugged it off thinking it was probably the neighborhood cat again jumping in his open window. But he swore he closed it before getting in the shower. He must not have.

Izuku continued blow drying his hair and humming his favorite song.
When the nervous boy was done, he walked into his bedroom and looked at the open window. He slowly walked toward it when Todoroki rushed from the side of the house into view scaring him.

“Ahhh!“ Izuku screamed.

“Midoriya? This is your house?” Shoto asked.

“T-T-T-Todoroki-San?!” Izuku gasped as he furiously clutched his towel that was around his waist.

“I’m sorry for scaring you. I was just in the neighborhood and saw this open window and was concerned. It seemed no one was home. I even checked your backyard.” Shoto explained. “I wanted to be sure no one was home before I closed it myself.”

“That’s… very kind of you…” Izuku swallowed the lump in his throat nervously. Shoto then climbed through the window and shut it closed.

“You shouldn’t have this open while you’re undressed” He stated.

Shoto closed the curtain and turned to stare at him. He squinted his eyes skeptically and Izuku felt extremely self conscious.

“Thank you for um…making sure no one broke in…I should get dressed now if you want to wait in the kitchen? I can make you tea for the trouble!” Izuku babbled nervously.

“Are those bruises on your neck?” Shoto asked and Izuku blushed before reflexively putting his hand over Katsuki’s finger marks.

“Is he hurting you?” He accused.

“N-no! Gosh..this is embarrassing…they’re um..welcome?” Izuku was into choking, sue him.

“I see…” Shoto crossed his arms.

“C-can I get dressed now please?” Izuku asked weakly.

“I’m concerned about you Midoriya.” The principal stated before approaching the half dressed teacher which caused him to back up slowly.

“I don’t see why…” Izuku felt small and uneasy.

“I don’t think Bakugo is a good choice as a partner for you. Your lifestyles hardly match up. Not to mention his rampant alcoholism and outright irresponsible behavior. He won’t only drag his own reputation through the mud but yours. You’ve seen the articles haven’t you?” Shoto dug in.

“T-Todoroki-San. With all do respect, I don’t think this conversation is appropriate!” Izuku said indignantly.

“Pepper spraying his audience, getting FIVE DUI’s, trashing hotels, getting into bar fights, hiring a prostitute to entrap his parole officer-”

“Stop!” Izuku demanded. “You don’t know him.”

“And you do?!” Shoto laughed. “Did you know he’s been stalking you outside your window for the past two weeks?”

“What are you talking about?!” Izuku questioned.

“I was driving through the neighborhood and saw him one day.” He explained.

“He just sits on his bike and stares at you! All night until you go to bed. After I saw him the one time, I came back to make sure he didn’t keep doing it but he never stopped.” Shoto tossed Izuku his phone which caused him to reflexively catch it with his hands. The towel dropped but thankfully Izuku was at least wearing underwear. He looked at the video that played on the device of Katsuki sitting on his bike and watching him dance. Izuku noted how soft he looked.

“S-so what! What’s going on between us is none of your businesses!”

“Frankly, Midoriya. As my employee, it IS. And…if you’re okay with this, I can’t trust you to watch a class full of children.” Shoto snapped.

“Are you…serious right now?!” Izuku felt overwhelmed.

“I am serious. I want you to pack up your things before Monday. You’re fired.”

“You can’t do that…” Izuku began to cry. “I…n-need the money to care for my mom…”

“I’m sorry but you chose him.” He reached for Izuku’s face and wiped his tears away with his thumb. “But you could always change your mind about my proposal..you lost the job anyway..You need the money right?” Shoto suddenly changed tune as he looked at him sweetly.

“I…can’t believe you right now..” Izuku trembled. “Get out!” He demanded.

“You can accept my proposal or I can take all the evidence against your little boyfriend to the POLICE.”

“I won’t press charges!” Izuku cried. “So you can’t do anything!”

“You may not, but I will. He trespassed on school property. Then stalked my staff. The press will eat this up and UA Records? They’ll drop him for sure. But that’s what you want anyway right?” Shoto laughed.

“For him to be STUCK here.” Shoto walked closer to him which caused Izuku to back up and trip and fall on his bed. “You’re a lot more selfish than I thought Midoriya…”

“Please…” Izuku cried. “Don’t do that…I’ll acce-” He began to say before the window flew open. A drum stick hit Todoroki in the head confusing him.

“What on earth?” He questioned before Denki was LAUNCHED from the patio straight at the principal causing him to head butt him to the ground.

“K-Kaminari-kun?!” Izuku questioned.

“Did we get him?!” Eijiro leapt in.

“I got him…on CAMERA!” Mina hopped in from the hallway. “I snuck in the door while you were talking.” She hummed. “Threatening little Izu is gonna go REAL well with the school board I bet.” She giggled.

“Like he’ll live that long.” Katsuki leapt into the window with a BAT.

“For his KNEES Kats. His knees.” Sero walked in through the hallway and grabbed Shoto by the hair pulling him up while Denki laid there rubbing his head and giving a thumbs up.

“Here! Midoriya!” Kirishima took off his shirt and tossed it to Izuku.

“Sorry you had to deal with this creep! But we’re here now!” Eijiro reassured him.

Izuku swiftly put the shirt on and nodded gratefully as he wiped his own tears.

“You see how violent these guys are Midoriya!” Shoto struggled. “You really think you’ll fit in?!”

“He’ll fit right in because he makes our Katsuki happy!” Mina stomped her foot.

“Happier than we’ve ever seen him.” Sero smiled.

“He’s definitely getting VIP access at all our concerts!” Denki rubbed his head.

“You don’t know Deku at all…” Katsuki smirked. He then walked toward Izuku and gently grabbed his hand before placing the bat in it.

“Midoriya would never.” Shoto huffed defiantly.

“Go on baby..” Katsuki smirked and Izuku walked over and stared at his boss struggling on the floor. He felt a strange power shift. He remembered what it was like to be the one on the floor after getting a beating for not dressing right…not speaking confidently enough..being too different, standing out. He looked at Katsuki then at Shoto.

“Apologize.” Izuku ordered.

“I’m not sorry Midoriya. You’re really gonna hurt me to satisfy them?” Shoto smirked. “It won’t end there.”

“No.” Izuku stood the bat up and crouched down staring into Todoroki’s eyes. “I’m gonna hurt you to satisfy me.” He then head butt him as hard as he could knocking him unconscious.

“Hell yeah!” Denki cheered before rubbing Izuku’s head.

“Badass.” Sero praised.

“Too cute.” Mina cooed.

“I wanted you to kill him with the bat.” Katsuki sulked.

“Kacchan!” Izuku laughed.

Katsuki rolled his eyes and then he froze when he noticed his album poster on the wall. He turned to face the wall where the poster was which had framed DynaMight Vinyl records surrounding a shelf with a vintage record player. Stacked next to the record player was every UNFRAMED vinyl record and every DynaMight CD. Katsuki got emotional at the sight.

“You…listen to me?” He began to tear up.

“Huh?” Izuku questioned before seeing what he was looking at. He blushed furiously. “Ahhhh! Of course I do! I remember you saying how listening to music on a record player was the best way to hear it so…I went and bought one before your first album came out, or I guess I had my mom buy one, and I exclusively listen to your music that way! It really does sound amazing! My favorite album is Explode!” Izuku walked over and held onto the record like it was a treasure.

“I think it was your best work. E-especially you Kirishima-kun! The drums were awesome and the background vocals really shined Ashido-San!” Izuku praised.

“Can we keep him forever?” Mina asked.

“You…fuckin…nerd..” Katsuki grabbed his face and kissed him passionately. “Everyone out.” He then demanded.

“Well what are we supposed to do with this guy?” Sero pulled Todoroki up by the hair.

“Don’t care.” Katsuki stated before kissing Izuku again. “Out now or you’re gonna see a show you might not ever unsee.”

“K-Kacchan!” Izuku blushed.

“I kinda wanna see it.” Eijiro volunteered before Mina smacked him.

“Pack it up boys!” She ordered. Sero lifted Shoto up like a bag of potato’s and they all climbed out the window.

“Remember to close and lock this yeah?” Sero pointed out.

“Y..yeah..” Izuku blushed.

After they were all gone, Katsuki closed the window and turned to his boyfriend.

“Izuku…” Katsuki said anxiously.

“Y-yes Kacchan?”

“I know I’m a lot…but..I promise to be better for us. It’s not gonna happen overnight but…” He waled over to him and kissed him slowly. “I love you…” He whispered.

“I…love you too..” Izuku cried. “So much…” He jumped on Katsuki again as he ran his hands through his hair and caressed his face. “I’m all in Kacchan…however we can make this work….I want to do whatever it takes.”

“Izuku…” Katsuki kissed him again. “We already work. You’re perfect for me…” He nibbled on his neck. “I love you so effortlessly…”

The two kissed passionately and let their feelings burst out as they swayed in each other’s warm embrace.

“After everything with Todoroki-San..I don’t know what’s gonna happen with my job..” Izuku laughed sadly.

“Deku…” Katsuki grinned. “Have you ever met a rockstars PR team? We’ll bury him.” He lifted the shirt Izuku borrowed off his head and caressed his chest.

“You’ll teach your class…I’ll visit as often as my schedule allows it…And when you’re as big as me? My schedule will allow anything.” He purred. “I’ll just tell Aizawa my muse is right here..”

Izuku panted as he enjoyed Katsuki’s touch and his warm breath on his skin. “Kacchan…”

“Yes?”

“Talk less…”

3 months passed and Aizawa sighed at the rockstar in front of him as he read the latest headline he made.

“You got married?”

“So?” Katsuki shrugged.

“To a school teacher?” The label head rubbed his temples.

“Don’t forget that new single I released which is STILL in the number one spot.” Katsuki grinned.

“I guess my plan worked better than I could have imagined. So…congrats.” Aizawa gestured with his hand.

“Thanks. I’m going on a mini honeymoon so you won’t hear from me for a month.” Katsuki told him.

“What about the album?” Aizawa seethed.

“Got it right here.” Katsuki grinned before placing a flash drive on his desk.

“Well…have fun I guess.” Aizawa sighed as he stared at it. There was a piece of tape on the flash drive the read “Dancing through the window”

“That the title?” Aizawa asked.

“Yeah.” He smirked.

“Kind of cheesy for you.” Shota pointed out.

“It’s anything but. Now if you’ll excuse me. I got a hot date waiting for me.” Katsuki stood up.

He exited the building and looked for Izuku who was covered head to toe in tourist merchandise.

“Kacchan! Look!” He walked over excitedly with a Bakugo bobble head wearing a Tokyo shirt. “Isn’t it cute?! Tokyo really has everything!”

Katsuki rolled his eyes. He sighed resigned to his fate as passerby’s took pictures of the two awed by how different they were. Katsuki stared fondly at Izuku as he cited new and exciting things he learned in the city.

“You’re such a nerd…” Katsuki snickered. “But I love that.”

“You better.” Izuku smiled evily as he stuck his tongue out and showed off his wedding ring. “You’re stuck.”

“Nah…I’m home.” Katsuki smiled.
