Work Text:
“My little Versailles what did you learn from the moments we had together? I wish I could see you again but we both know it’s not true. If fate brings us together again then I’ll say to you “I found you. I found you.” Everytime you close your eyes and imagine me. Im looking back at you. I see you Beatrice. I see you.”
“H-How do you know that?”
Because I wrote it,

“Here. Take it. It’s all the times I wrote to you it’s worthless now. Meaningless notes when I thought someone was there. You see me but. I don’t want to see you anymore, dad. Goodbye.”
He knew he couldn’t stop her he could stop time, stop the waves from moving, but he couldn’t stop what his daughter wanted for he did the same thing to her seventeen years ago. He did the same thing everyone did to her. He left.
