“Shhh…” Robin shushed, giggling while trying to somehow unlock the door to his flat.
Aleksi was hugging him from the side and pressing soft kisses to his neck while smiling brightly, trying not to laugh out loud every time Robin missed the keyhole.
They were both slightly tipsy after a night out with their other friends.
“Are you sure this is your apartment, baby? The door doesn't seem to think so,” Aleksi remarked, slightly mocking his friend in a friendly way.
Finally, the door clicked open.
“Yes, it is. And my flatmate will hate us if we wake him at this time.”
Aleksi giggled, following Robin inside. “This means no untamed sex on the kitchen counter?” Aleksi asked, pouting.
Robin blushed, lightly hitting his boyfriend's shoulder.
“Where did you get that idea from anyway?”
Aleksi grinned, unhooking his arms from around Robin and following the latter to the kitchen. “Oh, I don't know. Totally not from our last night out.”
Robin pressed a quick kiss on Aleksi's lips to get him to be quiet, then went to grab some water and glasses.
“Do you want to eat something?”
“I think I wanna dance,” Aleksi replied, taking one of the glasses from Robin and downing it in one go.
“You what?” Robin looked at him confused before drinking something as well.
Aleksi closed the distance between them just far enough to reach out a hand. “Wanna dance?” Robin looked at him dumbfounded, not really thinking about it when he put his hand in Aleksi's and let the other pull him in.
“Here? I-in the kitchen? Without music or anything?”
“Absolutely, yes.”
Robin could never resist Aleksi, no matter how stupid the idea sounded, especially when they were both slightly drunk.
So that's what they did. Aleksi took the lead first, hands on Robin's waist, starting to move in a slow rhythm to a melody only he could hear.
Robin followed the pace his partner set, quietly humming a song he thought would fit the rhythm they were slow-dancing to.
They both giggled here and there. Aleksi blushed a little when Robin took the lead only to guide him into a tiny twirl before pulling him back to his chest.
They were dancing for quite a while, just enjoying each other's company and the non-sexual intimacy of the moment.
Eventually, Aleksi's head was resting on Robin's shoulder, Aleksi humming along to the almost inaudible melody while they were still slowly swaying through the kitchen.
“I love you.”
“I love you, too.”
