Sometimes people are (or at least seem) nice
Sometimes they're not
And with some people you just can't tell.
Shinsou Hitoshi was one of those people.
And Kaminari Denki was one of those people who can be annoying but you still love them regardless.
Personalities sometimes clash, whether it's Bakugo and Izuku or everyone with Mineta (although he completely deserves it)
Denki doesn't care about the opinion of people regarding his friends however.
If Denki Kaminari wants to become friends with you, absolutely nothing could stop him.
So that's why when Shinsou Hitoshi walked into 1-A and said that he wasn't here to make friends Denki decided to befriend him. Because that's how it works right?
Sometimes you get more than you bargained for...
