Sympathetic Oc
A Short Story
Oc was thinking about xiao again. xiao was an articulate god with tall hands and handsome fingers.
Oc walked over to the window and reflected on her picturesque surroundings. She had always hated hilly liyue with its magnificent, melodic mountains. It was a place that encouraged her tendency to feel unstable.
Then she saw something in the distance, or rather someone. It was the an articulate figure of xiao .
Oc gulped. She glanced at her own reflection. She was a sympathetic, creepy, vodka drinker with short hands and charming fingers. Her friends saw her as a decomposing, delightful deity. Once, she had even brought an elated dragon egg back from the brink of death.
But not even a sympathetic person who had once brought an elated dragon egg back from the brink of death, was prepared for what xiao had in store today.
The clouds danced like flying lizards, making oc lonely. Oc grabbed a tattered book that had been strewn nearby; she massaged it with her fingers.
As oc stepped outside and xiao came closer, she could see the vivacious smile on his face.
"I am here because I want a kiss," xiao bellowed, in a violent tone. He slammed his fist against oc's chest, with the force of 1814 cats. "I frigging hate you, oc ."
Oc looked back, even more lonely and still fingering the tattered book. "xiao, I don't mind being in your presence," she replied.
They looked at each other with shocked feelings, like two frightened, fine foxes smiling at a very charming rite of descension, which had flute music playing in the background and two peculiar uncles rampaging to the beat.
Suddenly, xiao lunged forward and tried to punch oc in the face. Quickly, oc grabbed the tattered book and brought it down on xiao's skull.
Xiao's tall hands trembled and his handsome fingers wobbled. He looked calm, his body raw like a thoughtful, tight teapot.
Then he let out an agonising groan and collapsed onto the ground. Moments later xiao was dead.
Oc went back inside and made herself a nice shot of vodka.
