"Are you ready?" Jaechan cupped his mouth and hollered at a distance away from Seoham, before jokingly taking up a sprinter starting position.
Seoham widened his step and grounded down through his soles of his sneakers, he gave his thighs a resounding slap and made a large beckoning motion with his arms "Come at me."
"Let's go!" Jaechan took a few quick strides towards Seoham, and then leapt up onto Seoham, making bodily contact with an 'mph!'
His legs immediately wrapped around Seoham's torso as Seoham helped to hoist him further up. He leant his body forward, hugging Seoham across the shoulder and neck, hands trying to find purchase on the top, looking like a koala on a tall palm tree.
Jaechane felt a rush of heady excitement, but was only able to enjoy it for a moment before Seoham straightened up, and he was suddenly even higher than expected. Without warning Seoham began to stagger.
"Whoah hyung, wait stop moving!" Jaechan's felt like he was swaying violently with Seoham's every move (probably didn't help that he was tipsy), causing him to cling even more tightly to his hyung, his hands bunching up the back of Seoham's t-shirt.
Seoham's face became completely buried in the pale blue hoodie as Jaechan proceeded to freak out. He tried to speak, but his voice came out as a muffled vibration against Jaechan's chest.
"Hyung, hyung watch it watch -Stopit - no no! Please! Watch where you're going! Watch where you're going!"
Which was a ridiculous order, considering how he was suffocating the poor guy in his vice like grip.
Whose bright idea was this?
They were hanging out on a lazy early summer afternoon at a park by Han River, Jaechan had only said he'd wondered if the view was nicer from that 189-193cm height (Seoham kept changing his mind about how tall he was), and Seoham has asked if he wanted to find out for himself.
Having just discovered Bailey's milkshake (double shot), Jaechan's mood was high, so he'd shouted a "YEAH!", but now, as his entire being swayed uncontrollably and his soul threatened to leave his body, he swore to himself to never do anything out of character ever again.
What would anyone have made of it, if they had seen this scenario? A unnecessarily tall man in black lurching unsteadily with a kid [a twenty year old adult] clamped around his face like that infamous Alien scene.
The pitch of Jaechan's voice kept rising and his words came out in rapid fire, "ohmygod-we'regoingtofalllemmeofflemmeoff I don't likethisride arrrgh --"
Seoham staggered backwards and they inevitably collapsed onto the ground as Seoham's legs crumpled. There may have been some screaming involved.
Seoham had to give Jaechan a push to get him off, taking large gasps of air as he did so. Jaechan only *thought* he was dying, Seoham had probably gotten closer to it.
Jaechan flipped onto his back and stared up at the spinning sky, his hands clutching at his heaving chest, "oh my god, oh god, is this what a heart attack feels like?"
Seoham suddenly turned towards him, gripping his shoulder with one hand and burying his face in his neck, his whole body shaking.
A weird sound started emanating from him, a continuous stuccato, a strange wild bird call that wouldn't stop.
Seoham was laughing.
"Hyung, you've gone mad."
Jaechan closed his eyes as the older man continued to physicially shake him with his laughter.
When it finally subsided, Jaechan used a finger to poke at Seoham's shoulder and gently push him off, getting to see his face again. His hair was an absolute mess after the havoc Jaechan had wreaked on it. Jaechan lightly brushed away the blades of grass sticking all over the ruffled hair. On the left side of his reddened face was an imprint of the toggle from the hoodie drawstring, that's how tightly Jaechan had been holding on, still his eyes were creased into a smile.
"You were completely freaking out," he said with a wide mischievous grin.
"That makes you feel good?"
"Very good."
"You're weird."
"And you're cute. Jaechannie is the cutest."
Seoham buried his head in Jaechan's neck again.
Jaechan gave him a small sideways kick with his feet.
"Hyung," he said, "you really need to stop skipping leg days."
