   Summary

   It was a cry for help. A desperate plea, nearly lost to the tangled channels of war. One phrase kept dragging his eyes back.
   ..CC-1010 has been severely injured..

   Cody rushes to help the Guard after their Marshal Commander is out of duty, but something's wrong. The medic staunchly refuses to let him see his batchmate, and nobody seems to know what happened. The other Commanders are elusive and edgy, but polite. Too polite. What has happened to the Corries, Cody wonders, that they don't even trust their own brothers? Dark whispers surround the Guard, but Cody is determined to ferret them all out to ensure his brother isn't in the pile.

   Thorn and Thire are panicking. With Stone off-world, and Fox... unavailable, they are left to their own resources in protecting their Commander's vod'ika. They know how far Fox would want Cody from the tangled hell that is the Coruscant Guard, but Cody is proving the stubborn little brother Fox claimed he was, and just won't. let. go.

   Now, they have to make him back down, or face Fox and tell him they let his vod'ika die.
