*The Narukami shrine was empty today with only the shrine maidens on duty and Yae reading a book to herself nearby. A strange young looking man with short, blonde hair wanders into the Narukami shrine while nibbling on some Tricolor Dango Balls with his predominant left hand. He’s wearing an odd version of traditional samurai armor. Almost as if he stole from a Kairagi and then modified it to fit his personal taste. It was all dark purple with Part of a Kote, kobakama, and Kyahan followed by an open, dark purple jacket that drops slightly below his waist. He walks up to a booth to receive a fortune.*

Young man:

(Food in his mouth)

This shrine gives out fortune slips?

Shrine Maiden:

Only once per day.

Young Man:

(Swallows)

How much?

Shrine Maiden:

It won’t cost you.

Young Man:

Fair deal…I’ll take one.

*The man takes his fortune slip and reads to it himself quietly.*

Young Man:

(Slight surprise)

Hmm..! The Raiden Shogun… that’s the name of your god, right?

Shrine Maiden:

The people of Inazuma worship the Electro Archon, which is, in fact, the Raiden Shogun.

Young Man:
Good to know… because this fortune slip seems to state that I can beat her in a fight.

*Everyone looked at the young man in shock. Yae Miko herself is even taken aback by what she is hearing. This was a fortune no one has ever gotten before. There may have been fortunes that said that you could be as strong as 100 men but this fortune sounds so specific that it can’t be true.*

Shrine Maiden:

(Nervously laugh)

I’m sorry, but we do not tolerate these types of jokes here in Inazuma. People here at Inazuma believe that the Raiden Shogun is-

Young Man:

But I’m not joking. You can read my fortune for yourself.

*The Shrine Maiden looked at the fortune that the Young man pulled. It reads “Your strength alone is strong enough to bring the Mighty Shogun to her knees.” After reading, the Shrine Maiden becomes weak at the knees.*

Shrine Maiden:

(Nervous)

I… see… you’ve must have… worked hard to reach such a feat to challenge the Raiden Shougun. 

*As the Shrine maiden says this, Yae Miko took a closer look at the man. He seems to be carrying an Electro vision on the back of his neck along with a green sword inside a green sword holder on his back.

Young Man:

Ehh… It’s just a fortune slip-

Yae Miko:

Excuse me.

*The young man turns around to look at yae Miko, revealing emerald green eyes.*

Yae Miko:

Forgive me for interrupting. I have never seen you around Inazuma before and I’m dying to know your name. 

Young Man:

My name…?

*The young man looks around at the worried faces around him. He then pulls out a playful smile.*

Young Man:

I go by a lot of names, Dragon sin of Wrath, Captain of the Seven Deadly sins, so how about I give you a new one.

*The man sprouts wings and jumps onto the side of the sakura tree. At this point, we get a clear look at the young man's face to be MELIODAS.*

Meliodas:

You’re familiar with the red and blue Oni, so how about “The Black Oni.”

Character Demo (Meliodas: The Wrath of the Black Oni)

[For musical reference, The soundtrack would be an Inazuma style of Perfect time]

*The Tenryo commission rushes in to try and arrest Meliodas. Members of said commission, run by Kujou Sara and supervised by Yae Miko, found his secret hideout within a secret cave under Inazuma city. As they breakin, they see Meliodas has vanished, leaving empty alcohol bottles and SOMETHING being cooked over a campfire.*

Sara:

He couldn’t have gone far. For now, search for anything this “Black Oni” can use against us.

Tenryo commission soldiers:

Right away, ma’am.

*Yae does some quick glimpse around this dirty hermit shell of a camp for anything of interest.*

Yae Miko:

My expectations were… rather low, but I’m surprised someone like him survived under these conditions in Inazuma for over a year… does he have a pet?

Sara:

A pet? Why would he have a pet?

*Yae points at what looks to be a dog bowl in the corner of the room.*

Yae Miko:

Well, unless he eats out of a dish made for domestic house animals, it seems as if he’s a pet lover.

Tenyo commission soldiers:

Lady Yae, General Kujou, I think I found something… it looks like… a pig-?

Hawk:

SURPRISE PORK PUNCH!

*Hawk head buds the soldier and rushes out in the open. At this point everyone is distracted or dumbfounded by the talking pig to do anything.*

Hawk:

Followed by ROLLING HAM ATTACK!

*Hawk quickly bounces around and kicks Sara in the shin and maneuvers right past Yae Miko, trying to make his daring escape. While Sara hops and holds her shin in pain, through mumbling profanities, she makes her orders.*

Sara:

(Mumbling)

Mother…son of a…

(Annoyed)

Don’t just stand there! AFTER THAT STUPID PIG!

*The Tenryo commission rushes out after Hawk. Hawk makes his way toward the shoreline where there is nothing noteworthy but a single tree stump. Hawk tries to make a u turn but the Tenryo commission was a step ahead with him by blocking that path. He tries to go along the shoreline only to see backup just heading this way. Hawk tries to see if he can make a swim toward the island across, only to realize the water is too deep for him to try and swim.*

Hawk:

Crap! Nowhere to go!

Tenryo Commission:

We can’t let the Black Oni’s pet pig get away!

*As the Tenryo commission guard says this, A young man swiftly grabs Hawk, quickly slices the ground in front of the soldiers, and then stands on top of the stump. As he speaks, he tosses Hawk behind him.*

Meliodas:

I appreciate the welcoming party, but I prefer you’d not harass the Boar Hat Mascot!?

Tenryo Commission:

(Slight panic)

IT’S HIM…! IT’S THE BLACK ONI!

*Meliodas gets properly revealed here with a cutout and name tag. A fight begins. As Meliodas fights the Tenryo commission, Hawk rants at Meliodas.*

Hawk:

I TOLD YOU THEY WERE ONTO US!

Meliodas:

I never doubted you for a second, Hawk! Why did you think I left?

Hawk:

YOU LEFT ME ON PURPOSE!?

Meliodas:

Hey, I came back! Hang on…FULL!

*Meliodas uses Full Counter, knocking back a group of enemies.*

Meliodas:

…COUNTER!

*Meliodas continues fighting regularly.*

Meliodas:

We’ve been stuck here for a year and you’d think I forget the Seven Deadly sins Law number 4?

Hawk:

Well you took your sweet time!

Meliodas:

I may have gotten held up by an ambush from the Yashiro Commission. But relax, I’m still here.

*As Hawk says this, Meliodas seems to wrap everything up. The Tenryo commission are all out of commission, leaving Meliodas and Hawk standing.*

Meliodas:

Come on. Have more faith in me-

Sara:

(OS)

“Black Oni!”

Meliodas:

Hmm… they actually still use that name.

*Meliodas turns around to see Kujou Sara and Yae Miko, followed by Backup arriving and surrounding Meliodas.*

Meliodas:

Tengu general… Kitsune shrine maiden… I’m very sorry, I never got your real name-

Sara:

For threatening the safety of Inazuma, and threatening the Raiden Shogun, you are under arrest and will be awaiting trial.

Meliodas:

Hmm… Give me a second to think about it.

Sara:

(Annoyed)

This ISN’T a request! Put down your weapon, NOW!

*Yae and Sara get in a fighting stance.*

Meliodas:

Alright…

Hawk:

(whispers)

Meliodas… you… have everything under control… right…?

*Meliodas doesn’t answer and instead lets out a cocky smile before Yae Miko tries to quickly take Meliodas down with an aerial strike. Meliodas quickly dodges it.*

Yae Miko:

You seem distracted.

Meliodas:

Distracted?

*As Meliodas says this, his first burst animation begins, showing a more sinister smile along with Meliodas’ demon mark appearing. This turns Miko’s confident look into something of slight concern.*

Meliodas:

I just got started.

*Meliodas quickly sprouts wings and darts up into the sky.*

Yae Miko:

We should avoid that!

*Yae grabs Sara’s arm and drags her away from Meliodas’ deadly striking radius. As she does, Meliodas then comes back down with his sword turning into a one handed claymore that he plunges in the ground in front of him, launching his enemies in the air. Meliodas follows with a spinning horizontal slash knocking them back. More fighting ensues as Meliodas continues to fight more of the Tenryo commission in this form. The fight ends with Meliodas’ second burst animation which involves Meliodas flying up in the air*

Meliodas:

You want Eternity so badly? Here’s my contribution!

*Ready to toss his weapon below with an electro dragon silhouette behind him.*

Meliodas:

HERE’S AN ETERNITY IN HELL!

*He then tosses the claymore into the ground with extreme force, knocking everyone back and causing a slight gust of wind that blows Yae and Sara back a few good feet.*

Yae Miko:

Damn, he’s way too powerful now for either of us, we have no choice but to fall back.

Sara:

I-... damnit…

(To the soldiers)

FALL BACK!

*As everyone else runs away, Meliodas turns back to normal and uses his new vision powers to call back his claymore, which turns back into his original sword. Hawk bites onto the sword, taking himself up to Meliodas who grabs both his sword and Hawk.*

Meliodas:

…So you wanna restock on those Dango balls while we’re out? We are short on food.

*Hawk looks too scared to speak. Meliodas looks at Hawk in confusion until he looks towards where Hawk is looking. On Top of her own home, Meliodas can see the Raiden Shogun looking at him. After long seconds of staring, Meliodas gives out a friendly smile before flying off.*

Meliodas:

Change of plans. Let’s find a good spot to face the Shogun.

[End Story Trailer]

*The Quest begins and you are told to go to the Narukami shrine upon arriving, you are immediately put in a cutscene.*

CUTSCENE

*Within the cutscene, we see Yae Miko impatiently looking behind the Narukami Tree and outward at something, followed by the rest of the shrine maidens looking in fear or distress.*

Paimon:

L-Lady Yae…?

*Yae Miko lets out a patient smile.*

Yae Miko:

You came just in time. We are… having some difficulties in Inazuma as of late. Come look for yourself.

*Paimon and the traveler look out to see Meliodas on a small island facing the ocean. It’s hard to makeout, but everyone can see Meliodas take a small tree branch from a dead tree as he walks closer towards the shoreline. With a bit of concentration and a lot of force, Meliodas swings the tree branch down like a sword. His strength causes the entire ocean to split in half for over 5 miles and cause some sort of rain all over Narukami island. Meliodas then turns around and sees the traveler with Yae and the rest. Meliodas casually salutes at the Traveler, then bows as he flies away.*

CUTSCENE ENDS

Paimon:

W-who was that?

Yae Miko:

He calls himself “The Black Oni.”If there is such a thing as a black oni, he’d be the only one of his kind. However, after some investigation we found his real name. Captain of the Seven Deadly Sins. The Dragon Sin, Meliodas. And his intention, seemingly, is to kill Ei.

Traveler:

You’re kidding.

Paimon:

MELIODAS IS TRYING TO KILL THE RAIDEN SHOUGUN!?

Traveler:

Why would he want to challenge Ei?

Yae Miko:

My assumption is by simple pride and ego. A few days ago, he came to the shrine for a fortune slip.

Paimon:

What was his fortune?

Yae Miko:

See for yourself.

*Yae Miko gives the Traveler a slip, it simply reads “Your strength alone is strong enough to bring the Mighty Shogun to her knees.”*

Yae Miko:

Rather Ominous, don’t you think. When I heard that, it even took me aback. Everyone thought that it was just a cruel prank. But, as you read, it is, infact, very real. And as you saw… such a feat like this one is more than enough to rival that of The Shogun.

*The air gets heavy and Paimon ends up coming up with an idea.*

Paimon:

Um… Paimon thinks there’s a way to… stay positive in this?

Yae Miko:

Oh?

Paimon:

Lady yae… why don’t you try to find out your fortune. Maybe it would say that you can beat Meliodas?

Yae Miko:

Well… with all due respect, in terms of physical strength, Ei can, and will, win in a one on one duel with myself. So a random stranger that has the strength to beat Ei on his own, what would that say about me?

(Looks at the Traveler)

You on the other hand. The famous Traveler that managed to fend off against the mighty shogun and won.

Traveler:

I can take one.

Yae Miko:

By all means.

*Your next task is to grab a fortune slip. The Traveler takes the fortune slip and it reads “the worst enemy humankind has ever faced hides within your mind.”*

Paimon:

That… doesn’t seem… positive.

Yae Miko:

“The worst enemy humankind has ever faced hides within your mind"…Well, if we break it down. It states that this is somehow a huge misunderstanding or that Meliodas is hiding something up his sleeve. Unfortunately, these past few days has made me believe in the latter-

Sara:

(O.S)

Lady Yae!

*Kujou Sara runs in.*

Paimon:

Hi Sara! What brings you here?

Sara:

Lady Yae, the pig from a few days ago.

Yae Miko:

The one that kicked you in the shin?

Sara:

(Slightly frustrated)

Eh-…yes, the one that kicked me in the shin. It came back to bring us a message.

Yae Miko:

Alright… where is it now? Surely if the small thing wanted to bring us an important message, it would be right here.

Sara:

The problem is… it wants me, you, and the Shogun to all be here… I left the pig back at the tenryo commission headquarters and entrusted military personnel to guard it.

Yae Miko:

(slightly annoyed)

Hmm… do you really expect me to waste my time just to listen to a few choice words from a pig?

Traveler:

(In their mind)

Yep… Typical Lady Yae.

Sara:

(fumbled)

I-...right. I’ll request the Shogun to meet here and I’ll bring the pig.

(to the Traveler)

Traveler… Come with me on the off chance something else… unexpected happens.

*The Player heads over to the Tenryo commission, as they reach closer toward the Tenryo commission, soldiers appear beaten and bruised.*

Sara:

(Annoyed)

What is…

Paimon:

T-this pig. How strong is it?

Sara:

(Annoyed)

It’s just a stupid pig that has nothing special about it. I fought COUNTLESS wars during my time in inazuma. And just because a stupid talking pig got the best of me ONCE means nothing!

Paimon:

(whispers to traveler)

I think this is more about her than the talking pig-

(Out loud)

WAIT, THE PIG CAN TALK.

Sara:

(Angry)

THAT’S…

(Calms down)

That’s not important right now. What is important is that we find the pig, and-

???:

ROLLING HAM ATTACK!

*Hawk rolls in and kicks Sara in the shin, then he runs away. This causes Sara to angrily mumble to herself.*

Paimon:

Sara, are you okay?

Traveler:

Do you need to walk it off? Or grab some ice…

Sara:

(Angry)

DON’T! WORRY ABOUT ME! GET THAT STUPID PIG!

*Your next objective is to pursue Hawk.*

Hawk:

PIGGY TROT! PIGGY TROT! PIGGY TROT! YOU’LL NEVER TAKE ME ALIVE!

Paimon:

Why is this darn pig so fast!?

*The chase leads the gang down to Chinju forest where Hawk gets cut off by Ei and Sara, who look at Hawk menacingly and causing Hawk to whimper.* 

Paimon:

(Heavy breathing)

…Paimon… never wants to workout again!

Traveler:

Paimon, you haven’t even touched the ground.

Ei:

General Sara. Why do you need my aid to help apprehend… a pig?

Sara:

(Angry at Hawk)

This… PIG is working for the infamous Black Oni, who wishes to dethrone you and rule all of Inazuma.

Ei:

(slight confusion)

This… black oni… sent his… pet pig?

Hawk:

(Brave)

Hey! I actually have a name and I’m more than Meliodas’ pet! I am the Captain of The Order of Scraps Disposal! Sir Hawk of the Seven Deadly Sins.

Ei:

“Meliodas”... is that his real name?

Hawk:

Oh. I said too much.

Sara:

(angry)

SHUT UP! You’ve already caused enough trouble.

(to the traveler)

Traveler. Do what my men couldn’t and watch over this stupid pig.

Hawk:

You’re not mad that I kicked you in the shin, right. It wasn’t anything personal. I heard one of you wanted to eat me and panic.

Sara:

(Mumbling under her breath)

I’m gonna have Inazuma’s greatest chefs turn you into pulled pork when this is all over.

Ei:

Forgive me, but I need a more in depth explanation on the situation at hand. Why would this “Meliodas” attempt such an act of treason?

Traveler:

Let me explain while we head back to the Narukami shrine.

*The traveler explains the entire situation to Ei as they travel (Fast teleport) to the shrine.*

Ei:

So his motivation is nothing but pure pride from a fortune. And what scares Miko is the fact that he has the strength to support his claim.

Paimon:

Yes. he looks really strong too! We saw him split the ocean in half with nothing but a stick on a branch…! Unless that tree has some secret magical power that no one knows about?

Ayato:

No. that tree Meliodas took the branch off of was completely normal.

*Out walks Yae Miko and Kamisato Ayato.*

Paimon:

Lady Yae! And Kamisato Ayato!

Yae Miko:

Not long after you left, The Head of the Yashiro Commission wanted to know why the Kamisato estate suddenly started to rain.

Ayato:

She informed me on everything. Apparently Our Black Oni friend only needed one fortune slip to even have the Guuji Yae herself quaking in her boots.

Yae Miko:

(slightly annoyed)

Oh please.

Sara:

Lady Yae, as you ordered, we brought the pig to you.

Hawk:

MY NAME IS HAWK!

Yae Miko:

(menacing tone)

Aww, I didn’t know it had a name. Now I’ll feel rather guilty eating it.

Hawk:

(Scared)

I-I-If you eat me, Meliodas will… tear down this entire shrine until there’s nothing left!

Yae Miko:

(Sighs)

Alright, we’ll hold off just a little while. Besides, I’ve already eaten. 

Ayato:

So, Hawk. What is this message that you plan on bringing us that is so important that the Mighty Shougun, General Kujou, Lady Yae, and most importantly, I, need to hear.

Hawk:

Oh dang it… now I lost my train of thought.

Yae Miko:

Hmm a shame… General, can you start a fire? I’m DYING to try some Tonkotsu ramen!

Hawk:

(Scared squeak)

I-I REMEMBER WHAT I HAVE TO SAY!

*Everyone looks at Hawk in silence.*

Hawk:

(Trying to be as dramatic as possible)

Meliodas challenges the Raiden Shougun in a one on one duel with the only audience being the Guugi Yae, General Kugou Sara, and the Traveler Himself/Herself. Winner will be given one wish and decide the loser’s fate. About 10 Kilometers in the direction Meliodas split the ocean in half, there is a small uninhabited island. In it’s center, there is a large battlefield where he will be waiting patiently… and I… guess the Kami…whatever guy can come with them too.

Ei:

He seeks to rule inazuma under his own image… why?

Hawk:

(slightly nervous)

Well… he never told me his reasons.

Yae Miko:

Well surely the Black Oni who wishes to defeat the Electro Archon and take the mantle as Inazuma’s god must have a reason in doing so.

Hawk:

Well, don’t ask me lady, I’m just the messenger.

Yae Miko:

(Slight mocking)

I have a name you know.

Hawk:

(scared Squeal)

S-S-Sorry umm… L-Lady Yae? Is it?!

Kujou Sara:

Enough waiting around, we need to stop Meliodas before he tries anything that could lead to Inazuma’s downfall!

Ayato:

Not so fast. Lady Yae and I are actually rather curious. What exactly has Meliodas been planning for the past year?

Paimon & Hawk:

Sorry whaaa?

Yae Miko:

The Black oni may not have an obvious end goal, but he should have a premeditated, well throughout plan in order to beat Ei.

Ei:

Miko’s right. If Meliodas wishes to defeat me, he must’ve found some sort of weakness against me for him to exploit. Or perhaps he has gained a sort of boost. Perhaps a weapon or a magical power. 

Traveler:
You do have a point.

Sara:

And if we find out his plan, we’ll be able to defeat and apprehend the Black Oni more efficiently. Let's do it.

Hawk:

AWW COME ON!

Ayato:

What’s wrong? Afraid we’ll find your master’s weak spots?

Hawk:

N-No… I just don’t want it to take forever.

Sara:

Right then. Guugi Yae and I will-

Yae Miko:

You and the pig can go investigate Meliodas’ hideout under Inazuma while Ei, the Traveler, The Yashiro rascal, and I will have a chat with Inazuma citizens about anything relating to our Black Oni friend.

*Sara gets flustered.*

Hawk:

OOOH YOU JUST GOT ROASTED!

Sara:

(Angry)

I’m gonna roast you ALIVE if you don’t SHUT UP!

Hawk:

(Scared)

Shutting up now!

Sara:

(Sighs)

I’ll… go investigate the hideout.

*With that, Sara and Hawk leave.*

Ei:

Would… General Kujou be alright with the pig. It seems to have put her in a bad temperment.

Yae Miko:

She’s a high ranking general in the Tenryo commission. Surely she can handle it. Right now, we should check Inazuma city for witnesses.

Ayato:

Good. I can always go for a stroll in Inazuma. And with the four of you by my side, it will be most enjoyable.

Yae Miko:

Are you implying something?

Paimon:

(slightly awkward)

Can we… just go.

Ei:

Right. We should be going.

*As Yae states, your next objective is to go into Inazuma city and talk to various individuals about the Black Oni. Starting with Katherine.*

Paimon:

Ad Astra Abyssosque, Katherine!

Katherine:

Ad Astra Abyssosque to you as well. Unfortunately, I do not have any commissions available today.

Paimon:

Sorry but we’re not here for that right now. We want to ask if you know anything about The Black Oni.

Katherine:

It’s ironic that you mentioned him. The reason why we are so low on commissions as of late is because… he was the one that managed to do them all.

Paimon:

You mean… all of the Commissions…

Traveler:

He did them all?

Katherine:

It was bizarre to say the least. Every time I’d assign an adventurer to do a commission, they come back to me saying that someone calling himself “The Black Oni” has already come and completed it. From commissions involving treasure hoarders and Hillichules, to assisting small children.

Ayato:

Assisting small children? Rather out of character of him.

Ei:

Hmm… this… doesn’t sound like the Black oni that is making an enemy out of all of Inazuma.

Yae Miko:

Perhaps he’s trying to win over the people of Inazuma so they are less likely to rebel and welcome their new God in open arms.

Katherine:

My apologies… but do I hear he’s planning on taking over all of Inazuma?

Ei:

You have no reason to worry about Inazuma’s well being. I shall be the one to deal with any sort of trial that threatens anyone’s safety.

Katherine:

I put my trust into you, mighty Shougun. Ad Astra Abyssosque.

*Next available witness is the owner of Shimura restaurant, Shinmura Kanbei.*

Shinmura:

The Traveler… And Lady Yae… And Sir Kamisato… AND the Mighty Shogun! W-what can I do for you-

Ei:

No need. We came to question anything you know about rumors relating to The Black Oni.

Shinmura:

R-really…? Well, I know a little about the guy. But I’m afraid it might be considered useless.

Yae Miko:

Believe me, the smallest of details are always the sweetest.

Shinmura:

A-Alright… Well, he may be a strong warrior, but there’s something that the poor kid would never be able to pull off even if his life depended on it.

Ayato:

And what might that be?

Shinmura:

Cooking

*Ei looks down in embarrassment while Yae chuckles to herself with Shinmura not taking any notice.*

Paimon:

So… The Black Oni… can’t cook?

Ayato:

How bad was his cooking?

Shinmura:

I managed to try one of his Dry-Braised salted fish. It looked appetizing on the surface but one bite and I could’ve sworn it was poison. But when I realized it was just his lackluster cooking… I ended up wishing it was poisoned.

Yae Miko:

Oh my… a chef so horrendous at cooking, those who dare eat his meals are willing to die as a way to be put out of their misery? 

Ei:

Has he… by any chance, bought anything while in Inazuma?

Shinmura:

Well yes… he has… but how I met him was something I would never forget. I was restocking one day when Nobushi bandits came in to rob my store for supplies. But just as the Tenryo commission came in, The Black Oni swooped in and effortlessly took on BOTH the bandits and the Tenryo commission trying to arrest him. After words, he came to me with this… terrifying look on his face… I was scared of what he would do to me. Then he just took a pack of Dango balls, gave me a bag of mora as payment, and flew away.

Yae Miko:

Well, he has enough morality to not rob the less fortunate.

Shinmura:

(slightly offended)

L-Less fortunate!?

Yae Miko:

Right then. I’m getting bored, Let’s move on.

*Your final stop is near the statue of the Raiden Shogun. Approaching the area will lead to a scene where two kids are playing with each other.*

Asahi:

(Pretending to be Meliodas)

FULL COUNTER!

Haru:

(Fake death sounds)

I’ve… been defeated…

Asahi:

(pretending to be Meliodas)

Ha-Ha-Ha… take that Villain.

Yui:

(Pretending to be Raiden Shogun)

I must commend you for your strength Black Oni. You truly are the greatest warrior in Inazuma.

Yua:

NOW KISS!

Yui, Asahi, and Haru:

EWW!

Paimon:

What are you guys talking about?

All the kids:

(Gasp)

Lady Raiden Shogun!

Ei:

(Confused)

… hello… children…

Ayato:

Full counter… this is a technique I’ve never heard of… where did you hear such a thing?

Haru:

When my brother and I were working on the farm, we saw The Black Oni fighting a bunch of bad guys outside our village!

Yui:

And he was all… WOOSH, SHING, BANG, SLASH-

Haru:

A-And the full counter was SO COOL! He went stood like this

(Gets in a defensive pose), and then when the bad guy tried to shoot at him, he blocked the attack, and it went right back at him and he yelled out FULL COUNTER!

Asahi:

And he BLEW the bad guys away and he was SO COOL!

Traveler:

You don’t think he’s the bad guy, right?

Yua:

What!? Bad guys don’t hurt other bad guys!

Asahi:

YEA! I bet Lady Raiden Shogun and The Black Oni are great friends!

Yua:

Wait… they’re a couple, aren’t they?

Ayato:

Oh?

*With that response, Yae Miko burst out laughing while Ei looked around in confusion.*

Ei:

(Extremely confused)

…I… do not understand… Y-yes…? The Black Oni and I… are A Couple-

Yua:

See I told you-

Ei:

But… so are the Traveler… and myself…

Paimon:

Wait… Paimon… doesn’t think that Ei knows what “A couple” means in this sense.

Ei:

Kamisato Ayato and I are also a couple… right?

Ayato:

(Chuckles)

Oh mighty Shougun, if only you knew.

Ei:

And… I believe Miko and Myself-

Yae Miko:

(Trying to contain her laughs)

…No-no… Ei… let me…let me take care of everything from here…

(Calms down)

Y-Yes. The Traveler, The Black Oni, Kamisato Ayato, and myself are all having a romantic relationship with Ei… simultaneously… at the same time.

Haru:

Is that… possible…? is that being unfaithful?

Yae Miko:

Well, It’s okay if all parties are okay with it. Now run along, I’m sure your parents are waiting patiently for you.

Yui:

Oh… Okay. Thank you Lady Yae.

*The four Kids ran off.*

Ayato:

(Joking)

So that’s your true feelings? I must say I’m flattered.

Ei:

Romantic… relationship? Why would you tell such an obvious lie? 

Yae Miko:

Oh don't worry too much about it! We’re wasting time standing here, let’s move on.

*After talking with all three of the possible suspects, you are given your next task.*

Paimon:

Paimon thinks that’s everything… Let's go check on General Sara and Hawk.

*You go under Inazuma city to Meliodas’ secret hideout there, they see Kujou Sara, who looks uncharacteristically disorganized and messy while holding  Hawk in her hands.*

Paimon:

WOAH! General Sara, A-Are you okay!

Sara:

(out of breath)

There was… there was nothing in the campsite… It looks like Meliodas’ abandoned it the last time Lady Yae and I came here-

Hawk:

SHE’S TRYING TO EAT ME!

Sara:

(Trying to sound calm and failing)

I’m not going to eat you. I would… never even dream of doing such a thing…

Ei:

General Kujou… Control yourself. You are clearly not in the right of mind and I do not want you to make any irrational decisions.

*Sara lets out a large sigh.*

Sara:

Alright… Kamisato Ayato… please keep an eye on him.

Ayato:

Alright. Must admit, I’ve never really taken care of a farm animal.

*Hawk walks towards Ayato.*

Hawk:

(mumbling to himself)

I don’t need to be taken care of right now…

Yae Miko:

Well, while you were wrestling with a farm animal, the Traveler, Ei, Ayato, and I were interviewing Inazuma citizens. We barely got much to help beat him, however, we have gained intel on a few interesting perks of his.

*Yae Miko explains to Sara what they’ve got.*

Sara:

“Full Counter…” That I’ve seen something similar to this before. Only… going by its name, It seems to work differently.

Ayato:

You’re right… going by it’s name, Full Counter may be a move that relies on his target’s attack strength. For example, If the Raiden Shogun happens to use the same strike that divided Yashiori Island and Meliodas uses full counter, the strike that was meant for him will instead backfire. It would be a suicide.

Paimon:

So… If Meliodas can counter Ei’s moves… How can she beat him?

Yae Miko:

Ei should have two different ways of bypassing Full Counter.

Traveler:

She can nullify his full counter by holding back her own strength.

Yae Miko:

That is one way to counter “Full Counter.” But another way is simply by doing a strike so powerful that a full counter just simply couldn’t save him.

Ei:

(Thinking)

Maybe…

(To Hawk)

Talking Pig, tell me where your master is waiting for me again.

Hawk:

(Confused)

…About… 10 kilometers outwards from the shrine?

Ei:

That settles it. I am ready to face The Black Oni.

Paimon:

Hold on… YOU’RE GONNA TAKE HIM ON NOW!?

Ei:

I should have all the strength I need to defeat him in a duel. Further questioning the people of Inazuma about an unknown threat would only lead me so far before I reach a dead end. And wasting too much time would be a fatal mistake. The only thing we can do is meet up with him.

Paimon:

But… How are we going to get to him? Isn’t he far out in the ocean?

Yae Miko:

Are you kidding?

Traveler:

By Boat, Paimon.

Paimon:

(Nervous laugh)

A-Oh… yea… right… Let’s… take a boat!

Kamisato Ayato:

We should take the one right below the Narukami Shrine for convenience. At the moment, time is not on our side. Let’s move.

*Your next objective involves taking a boat and going Northeast away from the Narukami shrine. After you reach a certain distance, you end up fast traveling towards a new island called “Tsumibito Island.” The island is simply one large Island surrounded by pillars of mountains and a few smaller islands. Similar to the Seirai island, Tsumibito Island has large clouds that block out the sun and within the center of the larger island, Meliodas sits and meditates.*

Hawk:

I’ve known you for most of my life, when have you actually gotten into meditating?

*Everyone gets out of the boat. Ei gets ready to fight Meliodas when she is stopped by Yae Miko, the Traveler, and everyone else.*

Yae Miko:

Ei… are you sure you have an idea on what you are doing? The fate of Inazuma is all in your hands.

Ei:

I appreciate your concern. I already have an idea on how to subdue him. I just need the time and patience.

Ayato:

I will remind you, no matter what happens, the Kamisato clan will always be loyal to you.

Ei:

Your admiration will not go unnoticed.

Traveler:

Ei… Good luck.

*Ei pauses for a moment.*

Ei:

…Thank you…

*Ei walks up towards Meliodas.*

Ei:

Black Oni!

*Meliodas smiles and stands up casually.*

Meliodas:

Well now… took you long enough. Thought you might’ve chickened out.

Ei:

You wish to challenge me for a chance to rule Inazuma on your own. And over a fortune, no less. I cannot tell if this is boldness… or foolishness.

Meliodas:

It’s… more than likely both.

Ei:

I could appreciate your honesty, however I cannot allow you to leave this island alive.

Meliodas:

Hey, I didn’t say this was a battle to the death.

Ei:

Regardless. Letting you live would threaten the safety of Inazuma.

Meliodas:

Now who told you all of that? I think you’re letting your own mind play tricks on you. I’m not your enemy. Whatever bad guy you thought up of, he’s not real… he’s in your head.

*With that line, Yae Miko’s slightly concerned look turns into one of shock. She realizes what game Meliodas is playing.*

Ei:

Talk is cheap. You will die on this island, Meliodas.

*Meliodas gets in a stance and prepares to fight.*

Meliodas:

(Sighs)

Alight.

*At this point, Meliodas’ gameplay begins (Meliodas with his signature weapon (Lostvayne 2.0) and at C3 will be the only character you can play as). The fight will be similar to the weekly boss against the Raiden Shogun without her turning into her Baleful Shadowlord form.* In the midst there will be some dialogue between the two in the midst of the fight.*

AFTER MELI TAKES AWAY ⅚ OF EI’S HP

Meliodas:

Yo Riden! If I do so happen to die, can I just say that this light show that we’re making is pretty cool! You think all of Inazuma can see this?

Ei:

(slightly irritated)

You find this amusing?

Meliodas:

Aww, come on, Raiden, this is a one in a lifetime fight and you’re choosing to be this much of a stickler?

AFTER MELI TAKES AWAY 4/6 OF EI’S HP

Ei:

I hate to admit it… you are a worthy opponent.

Meliodas:

Same here… except… I’m not afraid to admit it. I never had this much fun fighting like this since I’ve gotten here!

Ei:

You were never from here?

Meliodas:

No! I’m not from this world!

CUTSCENE

*After Meliodas drops Ei’s health to half of her hp. An animated cutscene will play. Meliodas and Ei are still fighting. The fight was so large that some of the strikes were causing lightning bolts to strike. After Meliodas lands a swift, but hard kick in the face, Ei gets launched back, landing on one knee.*

Ei:

(Thinking)

The traveler was right… Meliodas is more than capable of beating me… I cannot let him win… There's only one thing I can do.

Meliodas:

Giving up already?

Ei:

No…

*Ei then vanishes and in front of Meliodas is a large eye. Out shows a giant hand wielding a large katana.*

Ei:

(Echoing voice)

I’ve only just begun.

*Meliodas looks at the blade about to slash right through him. He gets in a stance, readying his full counter. Electrical energy begins to charge as his sword and his entire body begins to pulsate with energy.*

Meliodas:

FULL…

*Meliodas uses all of his energy to parry this dimension ripping strike.*

Meliodas:

…COUNTER!

*When Meliodas made contact, Ei’s strike faded away. And Meliodas looks in slight confusion.*

Sara:

So that was her plan…

*Meliodas can see a flash of purple light coming from behind him.*

Ayato:

…She baited Meliodas…

*Meliodas turned around to see the same strike, only it’s already a few seconds closer to attacking Meliodas, much faster than the fake out.*

Yae Miko:

…leaving him not enough time to react!

*Sara and Paimon look on in victory that Ei seemingly has won while Hawk looks scared at this possible loss, whimpering. Meanwhile the Traveler, Ayato and Yae Miko seem unphased. As if they know something that no one else does. Meliodas then smiles as his demon mark begins to form. Everything then moves in slow-motion as Meliodas’ poses again and his sword turns into a new, yet familiar weapon while he does so. A large Blade engulfed in electricity and ominous black smoke. And then, as Meliodas and Ei’s blade clash, a crackling and roaring BOOM roars as Meliodas manages to counter the attack and cause both of their weapons to clash, knocking Meliodas slightly back. Ei tries again from a different angle, with Meliodas quickly changing the angle of his strike the two clash blades again with the same BOOM roaring. Those were two horizontal blows from two different sides. Ei grunts in annoyance as she changes into a vertical strike.*

Ei:

BEGONE!

*As Ei tries to land one more hit, Meliodas manages to hold his blade upward. The two blades clash and push against one another. Meliodas can feel the pressure crushing him along with the thousands upon thousands of volts frying him. Through sheer willpower, Meliodas lets out a war cry and pushes back Ei’s strike one more time and takes this window of opportunity to charge in and tries to stab through the eye. Ei appears in her Baleful Shadowlord form and grabs the sword before it skewers her. She tries to toss it back only for Meliodas’ grip strength to come into play as he only swings it back at Ei, knocking her back. Meliodas flies down on Ei’s level.*

Meliodas:

You hesitated, Shogun. 

*Meliodas strikes a pose.*

Meliodas:

That WILL cost you.

CUTSCENE ENDS

*From there, the fight continues, Meliodas will now permanently be in his “Demonic Transformation” form until the battle ends while Ei will remain in her Baleful Shadowlord form (Unable to use Final Calamity) until she is defeated. As the battle continues, there is dialogue between Sara, Ayato, and Yae Miko.*

Sara:

The plan FAILED!?

Ayato:

It appears so… ashame.

Paimon:

(scared)

T-THIS IS TERRIBLE, IF WE DON’T DO ANYTHING, EI’S GOING TO DIE!

Yae Miko:

Don’t worry just yet. I think there’s something more to this.

Sara:

More? What “MORE” could there be? Bypassing his Full counter was the only way of beating him.

Yae Miko:

Are all of you tengu’s this impatient? Remember, this is a fight Ei and Ei alone can beat.

*Sara keeps silent as the fight continues. Once Ei’s HP is reduced to 0 the last cutscene plays.*

CUTSCENE

*Both sides are battered, bruised, and bloody with various cuts and bruises. Blades continue to clash with one another until Ei couldn’t keep up with Meliodas’ attacks. Meliodas ferociously lands strike after strike after slice after cleave after cut until he flies a good few feet above Ei. Ei could barely see with her left eye covered in blood but she could make out the view of Meliodas and an electrical silhouette of a Dragon similar to his tattoo. As Meliodas twirls and prepares to throw his weapon at Ei, the Dragon begins to look more detailed and moves along with his blade. Meliodas then tosses the blade at Ei, and the Dragon follows suit and tries to eat the blade and Ei along with it. Ei tries to catch it like she did before, however, this time, she fails to do so, causing a large explosion to occur and causing a gust of wind and loud thunder to roar. As the dust clears, Meliodas flies back down on solid ground while Ei, who is back to her normal form, looks groggy and defeated. Ei tries to show she still has a bit of fight left by pulling out her spear and pointing it at Meliodas. Meliodas responds by getting in a fighting stance. And with that, Ei loses all the strength she has and collapses to the ground in defeat. Hawk looks slightly scared at what Meliodas might have become.*

Hawk:

Meliodas… please tell me you didn’t overdo it again…

*Silence rang throughout the island. Meliodas turns around toward Yae, the Traveler, and the others.*

Meliodas:

I have beaten your god in battle, and I shall claim what is rightfully mine.

Paimon:

Is this it…? Is Ei really gone for good?

Meliodas:

I will now make my demands as the King of Demons…! My first demand is that the Raiden Shogun shall continue her reign over Inazuma as normal.

Paimon:

(Upset)

This can’t be-

(Shocked)

W-wait… WHAT!?

Meliodas:

You heard what I said.

*Meliodas then chuckles and turns back to normal.*

Meliodas:

I had ZERO intentions in taking Inazuma for myself.

CUTSCENE ENDS

Meliodas:

Inazuma will continue to rule under the Mighty Shogun

Traveler:

Just as I suspected.

Ei:

(Struggling)

Y-you… your goal… wasn’t to rule Inazuma… In your own image?

Sara:

(Confused)

WHAT!?

Hawk:

(Laughs Maniacally)

We played you all for FOOLS! OUR GOALS WERE MUCH GREATER THAN INAZUMA-

Meliodas:

Hawk…

(cough)

relax.

*Hawk rolls his eyes.*

Yae Miko:

I had my suspicions not long after that stunt you pulled by the ocean. For a man that wants to “Rule Inazuma in his own image.” you sure seem rather unbothered by how it is currently. Not to mention, you seem to show a more humane side toward children and non-military personnel. 

Ayato:

I thought that maybe it was just your way of making yourself presentable in front of the lesser people while showing your true colors around anyone that you deem a threat. That was until your first encounter with the Raiden Shogun… “Whatever bad guy you thought of, he’s not real… he’s in your head.”

Meliodas:

(Chuckles)

I guess that clued you in?

Ei:

Then… if you're not here for Inazuma… What was your goal?

Meliodas:

Simple. I wanted to prove to you that I’m not a threat.

Sara:

So… to prove that you weren’t a threat to Inazuma… you threatened to murder the Shougun?

Meliodas:

When did I say I wanted to kill Ei?

Sara:

When you-

(realization)

You… never directly said you wanted to kill the Shogun. You never even said you wanted to take over Inazuma.

Yae Miko:

Now you get it. All of our worries that involved our Black Oni friend merely came from our own paranoia. However, rather than ease our suspicions, he decided to play the role of villain without directly lying to us.

Ei:

If… you wished to duel with me, then… Why were you ever so willing to act as our enemy?  For the longest time, you acted as one of Inazuma’s greatest threats… knowing well that it was far from true.

Meliodas:

No real reason… I just wanted to make sure you had no reason to hold back.

Yae Miko:

So you wanted Ei to kill you?

Meliodas:

Yep!

Ayato:

You do realize that The Shogun isn’t the type of god to not be above murder? When she told you that you were not to leave this island, she did, in fact, mean it.

Meliodas:

I’m more than aware. One screw up and I could’ve been torn to shreds by a god from another world.

Ei:

You mentioned this before.

Meliodas:

Hmm…? Oh yea. Guess I have… Maybe the traveler knows about this… but there was some freak accident, and now me and a bunch of other people got trapped in Tavat.

Traveler:

Was one of them named, Izuku Midoriya?

Meliodas:

(chuckles)

You saw that crazy kid? He’s a riot… DO. NOT underestimate him. He’s really strong… probably not strong enough to take down an archon.

Yae Miko:

Hmm… 

Meliodas:

What?

Yae Miko:

I’ve only just properly met you. Now I can see that you are impossibly stubborn, you jump straight to the most extreme course of action imaginable, and you presume that your sheer will can see yourself through, despite a near-impossible goal that requires nothing short of the very peak of your abilities. You and Ei are practically made for one another. No wonder the two of you are considered a perfect match.

Sara:

Well… I can’t say your plan worked… but you are still under high suspicion. You also seem to have came into Inazuma illegally.

Yae Miko:

Just make him do some community service of some kind.

Meliodas:

OH HEY! Can you let me run a tavern?

Yae Miko:

You’re a tavern owner?

Meliodas:

Boar Hat Tavern, open 24/7.

Sara:

Right. You will work at the tavern until you have enough funds to make this island habitable for the people of Inazuma.

Meliodas:

Fine by me… BUT, I haven’t made my request for the loser yet.

Ei:

Fine… what is your request?

Meliodas:

If I’m gonna have my own tavern, I’m gonna need a hostess. I believe Inazuma’s god will fit the bill.

Ei:

You… want me… to be your Hostess?

Meliodas:

Picture it: The Raiden Shogun and the Black Oni at Inazuma’s Boar Hat Tavern! Serving up Amazing Booze… and food.

Ei:

Food? I… I cannot cook.

Meliodas:

Don’t worry, neither can I.

Sara:

(Sigh)

Black Oni-

Meliodas:

You can call me Meliodas.

Sara:

Meliodas, although you clearly are not a threat to Inazuma, you have still caused unwanted terror to various Inazuma citizens, assaulted various different members of the Tenryo and the Yashiro commission, and, of course, you assaulted the Raiden Shogun. So before anything, You will be put on trial for your crimes. Now, Please put down your weapon.

Meliodas:

I…don’t think that’s possible.

Sara:

(Slightly annoyed)

Are you serious?

*Sara angrily walks toward Meliodas, who while this discussion has been going on, never moved an inch.*

Sara:

(angry)

You are putting down that blade and-

*Sara puts her hand on Meliodas’ blade only to jerk her hand back as she gets shocked.*

Meliodas:

I might’ve underestimated Ei a bit… a lot of electrical currents may or may not come running through my entire body during the fight. Because I just stopped moving… I can’t move… and I think Ei’s going through the same thing?

Ei:

Y-yes. The electricity… running through our bodies, is keeping the both of us… from moving.

Ayato:

This might take a while before they can move again… so Traveler. While we wait, let’s go over to Uyuu restaurant. All this excitement is making me rather peckish. I’ll bring my baby sister along with me.

Paimon:

Oh! Paimon’s itching to get something tasty to eat!

Traveler:

Count us in!

Yae Miko:

And you’re not going to invite me? Hmm… I’m offended, I should remind you that I was the one who warned everyone about Meliodas.

Ayato:

Oh? I thought that you wouldn’t be interested.

Yae Miko:

I can turn a blind eye this time since I’m rather hungry. Invitation or not, I’ll join you.

Sara:

Hold on. Who would watch over the Shogun and Meliodas?

Ayato:

With all due respect, you are the general of the Tenryo commission. You should have everything under control, right?

Sara:

Y-you’re leaving me alone to watch the both of them?

Meliodas:

Well, you still have Hawk. I’m sure the two of you can get along fine.

*Hawk wheezes and nervously laughs while Sara looks down in defeat.*

Yae Miko:

Oh yes. They are like two peas in a pod.

Ayato:
I can agree. Despite the short time they’ve known each other, the pig and Sara are almost inseparable.

Paimon:

Umm…

Traveler:

(whispering)

Paimon, back them up

Paimon:

R-Right! Hawk and General Sara are BFFs forever.

Sara:

(Sighs)

You too Traveler?

(to everyone)

Fine. Hawk and I will watch over the Shogun and Meliodas… you all can… enjoy your mealtime together.

Yae Miko:

We'll come back with food for the both of you. Don’t worry, I will assure you it won’t be long.

CUTSCENE

*Two Hours have passed, Hawk and Sara have fallen asleep. Meanwhile, Ei and Meliodas have finally recovered and can move again. Ei gets ready to wake Sara up when Meliodas stops her. He whispers something in Ei’s ear. She looks reluctantly at Meliodas until he pulls out two thumbs up and a smile. Ei looks at the sleeping general with Hawk. She then looks back at Meliodas and nods. Ei then steps back and Meliodas steps forward.*

Meliodas:

(Evil laugh)

Finally! I am FREE AGAIN! And with the Shogun still on her knees, I can kill her and take Inazuma for myself!

*Hearing this, Sara immediately darts up and aims her bow at Meliodas, only to quickly realize that Meliodas is just toying with her and Ei is perfectly fine, even laughing at Sara’s panicked face, which turned into annoyance.*

Meliodas:

And that’s what you get for sleeping on the job.

*Sara gets ready to chew Meliodas out only for Meliodas to raise his hands, showing he has no weapons.*

Meliodas:

No weapons, like you said. I’ll come… semi quietly.

*Sara sighs in annoyance as she arrests Meliodas. Ei then walks up to Meliodas to share a few choice words.*

Ei:

Meliodas. Despite our introduction, you have proven yourself to be exceptionally skilled with a blade.

Meliodas:

(chuckles)

You are not so bad yourself.

Ei:

You truly are the greatest warrior in Inazuma.

Meliodas:

Aww I’m flattered.

*Suddenly, Yae Miko comes out of nowhere to break the mood.*

Yae Miko:

Now Kiss.

Meliodas:

(dumbfounded)

What?

Ei:

(Slightly annoyed)

Miko…

Ayato:

Looks like we’ve come on time. I brought some Ramen for the three of you… I have no Idea what the pig normally eats.

Meliodas:

Table scraps. No big deal, when we’re done, Ei, Sara, and I can pass on the extra food to Hawk.

Sara:

(slightly sarcastic)

Very thoughtful, Meliodas. But we still need to go through your trial. Since we’ve already gone through the most Major points such as the incident and your sentencing, it will probably be a short trial. So you don’t have to worry about your ramen being cold.

Meliodas:

Sounds fair. 

(to the traveler)

Well now. It was nice to meet you. The Next time you see me, you will see the newly renovated Inazuma Boar hat Tavern.

*Meliodas and Hawk walks away with Sara, Yae, Ayato, and Ei keeping him from escaping.*

[Yae Miko begins to narrate the rest of what happens]

Yae Miko:

The General was right. Meliodas’ trial was very quick. He was found guilty and was given the sentence he wanted: Community service. He was to work off enough money to make the Island that he and the Shogun fought habitable for the people of Tavat to venture in and out. In other words, Meliodas, with the requested help of the Raiden Shogun, will build a small village on this new island.*

*Meliodas, along with various other workers, work on building the Boar Hat tavern while Sara and Yae supervise.*

Yae Miko:

The funding will come from the, soon to be open, “Boar Hat Tavern,” where Meliodas will work as the Tavern owner serving alcohol and… questionable food. But other than the drinks, that clever dragon sin managed to have someone tailor a uniform for Ei.

*Ei shows up wearing the signature Boar Hat Tavern Uniform (The only difference being that the buttons were open and the dark blue handkerchief is gone). Ei looks around with an embarrassed look on her face.*

Yae Miko:

A PURE genius that man is for choosing a woman like Ei. I mean… there are better options than a living fossil, but for her age, I’m certain she can be the reason why, approximately, ⅘th of the revenue is flooding in. It is rather unfortunate that it will take a few weeks for the tavern to open up for business.

*Yae Miko is now taking a stroll in Inazuma, nibbling on tri-colored Dango while noticing fliers for the up and coming Boar Hat tavern, opening soon.*

Yae Miko:

But at least Ei would have something to do instead of sitting in the plane of Euthimia. And, fittingly, he’s a perfect counterpart to her. A pair of misfits skilled in combat, lived in isolation, and cannot cook. Knowing that Meliodas is from another dimension got me curious… who am I, Ei’s familiar, in his world of “Britannia?”

*As Yae Miko says this, Yae walks past two individuals walking on by. One of them is a tall, muscular man, arched over, hands on his hips, looking at the flier. He’s also wearing Japanese armor but with his own twist, completely different from Meliodas’ version and the various Kairagi. The kobakama and Kyahan, but it also contains a Kusazuri with a red belt with a black sleeved half-jacket, and red, fingerless gauntlets. Next to him is a shorter young man in a more simple outfit. *The tall man looks at his tail as if he forgot he has it. He begins to stroke it for a second.*

I thought I was the only Youkai left in Inazuma, let alone a Kitsune. Tell me, what is the name of your clan?

*The Man looks up at yae and reveals himself to be Ban. He thinks for a second about his answer before the short man puts his hand on Ban’s shoulder and looks at Yae, revealing himself to be King.*

King:

My apologies, Lady Guuji. My inept friend tends to forget a lot of things about himself, including his own name. We were just talking about an old friend who got himself in a bit of trouble with some of the fireworks. We know that he enrolled in a job selling drinks not too long ago so we assumed the new “Boar Hat Tavern” has something to do with it.

Yae Miko:

I hate to break it to you, but the Tavern is rather new. It’s not even finished being built yet.

King:

That’s what I’ve been trying to tell him, but he couldn’t listen.

Yae Miko:

Say… what trouble did your captain get himself into?

King:

We appreciate your concern but this isn’t your business to be in. Now if you can excuse us, we will be taking leave.

*Yae watches as King and Ban leave.*

Stat: Crit Rate

Whenever you land a CRIT, enemy defense will be lowered by 10-50% while the welders damage dealt will increase by 10-50%. In addition, increase the elemental damage of the wielder by 5-25% of the wielder's max HP

Skill #1: Full Counter

Press: Meliodas will swing his sword in front of him, dealing electro DMG

Hold: Meliodas will hold his sword up in front of himself as a shield. Max DMG absorbed scales off of Meliodas' max HP. Attacks using the energy stored within the sword upon release or once this ability's duration expires, dealing Electro DMG. DMG dealt scales with the DMG Meli's shield absorbed with the addition of his ATK.

Burst #1: Demonic transformation

Meliodas will Change into His Demon form and call upon a new (yet familiar) weapon of his that he used back during the first Holy War 3000 years ago, now called Dragon's Tooth. when this burst activates, Meliodas will do AoE Electro Damage twice. While in this state, Meliodas will gain the following stats (This will last for 30 seconds or until Apocalypse is used)

• All of Meliodas' Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks will be infused with Electro DMG, which cannot be overridden.
• Energy recharge is increased by 150%
• All of Meliodas’ stats increase by 25%
• All of Meliodas' Defense related stats will increase further by 5% every time an enemy hits Meliodas (stacks up to 5 times)
• All of Meliodas' Attack related stats will increase further by 5% every time Meliodas hits an enemy (stacks up to 5 times)
• Reset’s Skill and Burst CD after burst is used.
• Skill and Burst changes to Demonic sword and Apocalypse

Skill #2: Demonic sword

While Demonic Transformation is active, Meliodas will do 2 AoE attacks in front of him, dealing electro DMG.

Burst #2: Apocalypse

While Demonic Transformation is active, Meliodas will throw down his sword, dealing AOE electro damage around him and creates a field that deals AOE electro damage overtime for 15 seconds. Once this burst is used, Demonic Transformation will end before the original time limit.

1st Ascension Passive: Demonic regeneration

With every 5 seconds Meliodas isn't getting hit while he's on the field and is below 25% of his HP, he will regenerate 2.5% of his HP up to 75% of his HP every 2 seconds.

4th Ascension Passive: The beauty of individuality

If All of your party members use a different Element, All stats will increase by 7% for everyone on that team.

Utility Passive: For the Captain of Scraps

When Meliodas is cooking a meal, there is a 50% chance to refund the product

CONSTELLATIONS

C1: Virtual Body Doubles

When holding Full Counter, Meliodas will summon a clone of himself that will Do 50% less damage than the original Meliodas (NOTICE: This does not change the original Meliodas' damage)

C2: Demonic Blast

While Demonic Transformation is active, Increase Meliodas' attack speed by 25%. in addition When Demonic Transformation is over and Apocalypse never gets used, Meliodas will release a blast around him that deals Electro AoE damage.

C4: Sacred treasure release

Meliodas will now summon two more clones while holding Full Counter. All three of the clones will do 25% less damage than the original Meliodas. (NOTICE: This does not change the original Meliodas' damage, only the first clone's damage will be altered)

C6: Revenge Counter

When Meliodas lands a critical strike, Full Counter's total damage is now multiplied by 5% the amount of HP Meliodas lost.

1st: Meliodas will pull out a tricolored Dango ball that he made and takes a bite out of it. After a few chews, he immediately spits it out. He then throws away the rest of it while gagging.

2nd: Meliodas will have an Animation similar to Ei's in which he puts his left hand infront of him and clenches it to make a fist. He'll then open up his hand to reveal his condensed demonic power infused with electro energy. He'll then clench his fist back, concealing that energy, and then moves his hand back down.
