it was a Friday, last class was history, nene loved reading about the old princesses and how they battled fierce enemies like chrysalis or the love story between sombra and luna, she was a hopeless romantic, daydreaming about romantic situations like being rescued or a young prince confessing his love to her, but alas, she was just another high school student attending the run down school in the old canterlot.
“Hey, hey did you hear?” Aoi-san whispered to Nene.
“There's a rumour going around, if you go to the old building, on the third stall of the girls bathroom and knock on the door three times, a pegasus girl named Hanako will grant you a wish!” Aoi continued.
Nene was intrigued
“I don't think that's real, isn't it just a rumour?” Nene asked.
“I thought you loved these stories! You should try it after school!”
The bell rang
“Well see ya later nene!” Aoi said trotting out of the classroom.
As Nene walked down the hallway to the girls bathroom she wondered what she would wish for, when she got there, her stomach turned, she didn't fear ghosts but something like this freaked her out a tiny bit.
She lifted her hoof
And knocked three times…

“Are you there?”
The door creaked open. Nothing was there, phew she thought,
A hoof grabbed her shoulder…
“Im hereeeeeeeeee!!!” a child like voice said
Nene whisked around to see…
a ghost!!?
Big wide ruby eyes stared back at the ghost boy in shock, obviously she wasn't expecting it to work but it did!
“Im Hanako, what is your wish, I assume you’ve come here from rumours.”
She was still stunned it worked.
“Helloooo? Anyone there?” Hanako asked
“Y-yes sorry I'm just- I can't believe it worked.”
“Well, did you come here asking for a wish? Cmon don't tell me you came without thinking about one first, but you must remember, every wish comes with a price.” Hanako said changing the subject.
“I wish for someone to return my feelings”
