We all have dreams and fantasies that play out in our minds. Some are harmless, while others can be darker. The crucial part is recognizing these thoughts and ensuring they remain just that—thoughts. Rose Hunter often imagined scenarios when her family's behavior became overwhelming.

She imagined herself in a powerful position in these vivid daydreams, confronting those who had hurt her. She envisioned them facing her in a dimly lit room, where she stood firm, expressing her feelings and setting boundaries that had long been ignored.

While these thoughts could be intense, Rose understood they were merely a way to process her frustration and assert her sense of control. Despite their vividness, she remained committed to handling her challenges constructively and never acted on these thoughts.

The real challenge lies in managing our reactions and ensuring that our frustrations don't lead to actions that we might regret. It's essential to address issues thoughtfully and seek healthy coping methods rather than letting negative emotions dictate our actions.
