Chapter Text
The day started off normally for little Izuku. He woke up, got dressed, and went downstairs to eat breakfast. His mom was making pancakes. She had just finished making Izuku's and accidentally dropped his plate. The plate stopped before it hit the ground and had a green glow around it. Izuku had his hand out, palm pointing at the plate, and Inko grabbed the plate and the glow faded.
"Izuku, you got your quirk!" Inko exclaimed, hugging her son.
"What is it called, Mommy?" the little boy asked?
"Well, it looks like telekinesis, but it seems more powerful, and there's a green glow whenever you use it. We'll call it Psychokinesis!" was the mother's response to her son's question.
His mom takes him to school where his friend Katsuki Bakugo is waiting for him.
"Deku! I got my quirk! What's yours?" Bakugo inquires.
"Mine is something called Psychokinesis. It's like telekinesis but stronger, and when I use it, whatever I'm using it on glows green," Izuku says in response. "What's yours Kacchan?"
"I can make explosions with my hands," is Bakugo's answer.
Timeskip because I don't want to write anymore of the little kid stuff
"Alright, mom, I'm heading to school!" Izuku shouts down the hall. He leaves the house and starts heading to school. When he gets there his teacher comes into the classroom with a stack of papers.
"Alright, kids, it's time for you to choose your careers," the teacher says. There is a collective groan from the entire classroom. "But it's just a waste of time because you'll all be trying for the hero course at UA." The teacher throws the papers in the air as all the students start celebrating and showing off their quirks. "Alright simmer down, you know you're not supposed to use your quirks in class."
"Nobody here but me is gonna get into UA!" Bakugo yells. "You're all weak, especially you, Deku. You can barely lift anything with that quirk of yours." "Even if it is really cool," he secretly whispered.
"Stop picking on me, Kacchan. It's been getting stronger ever since I got it. I've been practicing using it," Izuku says.
Timeskip to after the sludge monster incident
"All Might told me he was gonna train me so I would be ready for his quirk and he also said he was gonna help me train my quirk in the process." Izuku thought, getting wrapped up in his mind. He arrived at the Dagobah Municipal Beach and saw All Might standing there waiting for him.
"Ah, Young Midoriya, you made it," All Might said as he turned into his buff form. They spent the first seven months training Izuku to get him ready for One For All. "Young Midoriya, you are ready to inherit my quirk." All Might took a few of his hairs and held them out to Izuku. "Eat this!" he said.
Izuku was confused for a moment and then took the hairs and ate them. "Now what?" he asked.
"It takes a little while for the power to transfer from me to you. It should be done by tomorrow." The next two months were spent training the quirk he already had. The last month was spent learning how to control both of them. By the end of the ten months, Izuku could control 5% of One For All, and could lift at least 3 tons with his quirk before he started getting a headache. "You are ready for the entrance exams, Young Midoriya."
On the day of the entrance exams, Izuku was walking toward UA. "After the entrance exam, I'm finally going to be a hero!" Izuku thought. He then tripped on a rock jutting out of the ground. "Or I'll just die." He thought, bracing himself for the impact that never came.
"Are you ok?"a bubbly voice says. Izuku turns to see a beautiful girl with brunette hair and a permanent blush on her cheeks. "Wow, she's cute," is the first thing that comes to his mind as he sees her. The girl touches her hands together and says "I'm sorry that I used my quirk without asking, but it seemed like you needed help," she says.
"It's fine, and thank you for helping me. My name's Izuku Midoriya. What's yours?"
"I'm Ochako Uraraka! Nice to meet you!" The girl says happily. "Wow this guy is cute." she says in her mind. "So what's your quirk?" She asks.
"I have two, actually. The first one is called Psychokinesis and I don't have a name for the second one." Izuku answers.
"Mine is called Zero Gravity! I can turn off the gravity on anything as long as I touch it with all five of the pads on my fingers." She shows him the pads on her hands.
"Cool. Should we go to the exams?" Izuku says.
"Oh, yeah, we should. That's why we're here after all!" Ochako responds.
