Work Text:

WH #40. Macon, Georgia. 2/3/91.
Dean Winchester: banned after failing to pay bills despite repeated warnings, coming back in various “disguises”, and using a younger boy as a distraction during an attempted dine and ditch. Decided not to call the police, but do not serve them again. Winchester is aprox. 11 or 12 years old, white, with light brown hair, usually wears a large jacket.

WH #2113. Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. 8/3/00
Altercation between three men incited about a comment about a woman, eyewitness Jake Sills (server). One of the younger men threw the older man’s blueberry waffle, hitting another patron (Geraldine Jackson, witness.) (Note: he did not throw the plate. He picked the waffle up off the plate and lobbed it like a frisbee.) All three were open carrying. Jake gave them free blueberry waffles in a to-go bag while removing them from the premises in an attempt to prevent further escalation. Did not get names, detailed description attached.

WH #1244. Charlottesville, Virginia. 5/10/03
James Page. Banned for emptying salt-shakers in windowsills: Caught by Sally Wick at the end of salt shaker #7. Claimed he was an exterminator trying to draw out ants. Cannot prove he was the one who broke the window last night, but police have been notified. Page is a young man in his early to mid twenties, light brown hair, wears a necklace and several bracelets.

WH #1614. Washington, Pennsylvania. 6/21/04
Dean Hetfield and Lawrence Jones: permanently banned from WH #1614 after getting into a physical altercation in the parking lot. Jones claims that Hetfield had been soliciting. Hetfield claims he only asked Jones for a cigarette. Todd Barney (server) said he did not call the police because they left when he told them to. Images of IDs attached.

WH #1476. Martinsburg, West Virginia. 3/20/05
Dean Mitchell: Ellie Wilson (server) found subject Mitchell lying on the kitchen floor when she came in to open. Rock salt and broken plates were all over the floor. She informed Bill Carson (owner). Bill gave Mitchell a free fiesta omelet and banned him from the premises. (Note: He did not give a free breakfast to Ellie, who had to clean up the mess.) (Note: Ellie has since received three coupons for her trouble.)

WH #1954. Avon, Indiana. 11/5/06
Sam Deacon: journalist (or blogger) banned after badgering and asking inappropriate questions of Liza Maries (witness) in regards to the recent and tragic death of her brother. His partner, photographer Greer, (First Name Unknown) also banned.

Waffle House #1577. Toledo, Ohio. 3/3/08
Sam Walsh, Dean Morse, and Ruby Winchester: banned after Winchester and Morse threatened to gouge each other’s eyes out with forks and making an attempt to do the same, upsetting nearby patrons (Bruce Ellis & family witnesses.) Altercation started when Winchester upended a T-Bone and Eggs Breakfast in Morse’s lap. Descriptions attached.

WH #395. Anderson, Indiana. 6/9/10
Dean Winchester: Banned for drawing satanic graffiti in the bathroom and becoming belligerent when asked to leave. Lives in Cicero.

WH #1994. Pendleton, Indiana. 9/5/10
Dean Winchester of Cicero: previously banned from WH 395 in Anderson. Came to server Tucker Johnson’s attention when he put Kansas’s “Carry On My Wayward Son” on the jukebox 17 times, and yelled at patron (Randall Kit, witness) when he objected.

WH #961. Fort Worth, Texas. 11/6/210
Two men (description attached) banned for claiming patron Elliot Wallace (witness) was a demon and threatening him with a gun and a bottle of water (?). Police were notified, but they departed before questioning. Names unknown.

WH #2027. Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. 12/26/10
Sam Winchester: banned for starting brawl with patron (Lester O’Conner) and Allison Watts (waiter) after they objected to inappropriate comments he made to Watts. Winchester threatened to ‘send them directly to Hell,’ before declaring that he didn’t give a you-know-what, and departing with Country Ham & Eggs and plate.

WH #1244. Charlottesville, Virginia. 2/5/11
James Page: Gave his name as Dean and attempted to order a Texas sausage egg and cheese melt, but was recognized by Sally Wick as James Page, banned from this Waffle House location in 2003 for the Salt Shaker Incident.

WH #1107. Littleton, Colorado. 9/16/11
Sam & Dean Winchester: banned for holding all patrons and servers at gunpoint and threatening to cannibalize them. Colby Birch (server) called 911 while hiding in the bathroom. See attached police report.

WH #1223. Kansas City, Missouri. 6/1/19
Rich Williams & Jack Spears: banned for impersonating law enforcement. Alice Winterson (server) refused to answer their questions and noticed that Spears was clearly a teenage boy. When caught, they claimed that they were doing this because they lost a bet with a friend. Alice thinks they’re true crime bloggers here to pester Grayson.

WH #1679. Del City, Oklahoma. 12/5/21
Two men, names unknown: described by Brian Sturdivant (server) as  “hard to really tell what they looked like because they both looked like they’d been hit by a truck. Both middle-aged white men with short brown hair. Normal height. One of them was wearing a trench coat that looked like it was covered in tar. The other one was wearing blue plaid and looked like he’d been awake for two weeks straight.” Banned for indecent conduct in the men’s restroom.
