Chapter Text
Harry was tired of acting. He was tired of acting like the brave, proper, and powerful savior of the Wizarding world. He was tired of trying not to get killed every year. He was tired of having to pick between the Light side or Dark side.
Harry didn’t get why this was happening to him. Why does he get to choose the faith of the Wizarding world? Why not someone else? His thoughts were cut off when the door to his compartment opened.
Thankfully, it was just Luna Lovegood. Don’t get him wrong, he loved all of his friends but they can get a little bit noisy and he just wanted some peace and quiet for the meantime. “Good morning, Harry.” Luna says with an airy tone.
“Morning to you too, Luna.” Harry greeted her back. Ron and Hermione didn’t seem to be searching for him since the train started to move and yet, neither of them were in the compartment. “The only way to have order is through chaos.”
Harry’s head snapped towards Luna. “What?” Luna looked a little bit dazed but she just smiled. “Don’t worry.” That didn’t seem to make the Gryffindor boy stop worrying though. Sadly for Harry, the 7 hour trip ended way quicker than he wished.
He got so deep into his thoughts that 7 hours felt like mear minutes. “Excited for our 7th year.” Luna asks. 7 years of trying not to die by the hands of Lord Voldemort. 7 years of being the pawn of the so-called ‘Light Lord’.
“Luna.” Luna faced Harry. “Do you… Do you think the war will go in our favor?” Luna pursed her lips before she let out a comforting smile. “I know for a fact that this war will end greatly in your favor.” She placed an emphasis on ‘your’.
“Thank you, Luna..” Luna smiled and got out of the compartment once the train was nearly empty, with only a few students left in. Harry stood in the middle of the compartment before leaving the train to reunite with Ron and Hermione.
