Princess Izumi of the Southern Water Tribe, heir to the Fire Nation throne, had five aunts, one uncle, and a Toph. Whenever her dads were both on their travels for work, she always stayed with her aunts Lele, Ma, and Suki, because as her dad Socks had put it, her aunt and uncle Tara and Aan already had enough to worry about on their own and the Koshis were many enough to amuse one little princess for a while. Aunt Lele always did tricks and grimaces to make her laugh and aunt Ma would hold her for hours while she watched all the aunt Koshis brawl and bicker with each other.
In the morning they would change her into mini Koshi dresses or her sailor suit and take her out for breakfast picnics. While aunt Lele was at work, aunt Ma would take her to the market and around town or listen to her stories while she did the laundry and chopped up vegetables for lunch. For some reason aunt Ma's vegetables seemed to always taste better than her dads'. After lunch aunt Ma would take her to see aunt Lele and aunt Suki and her aunts Koshi at work. They would watch and help them until aunt Suki picked her up and took her out for dinner and watched Agni go to wake up her dad and she would fall asleep with the disappearing light.
Some days all her aunts would picnic together at their work and they would all talk and joke and laugh with her. She sang them songs and showed them tricks and told them stories and they were always very impressed. They were even impressed with how much she could eat and said she was just like her dad. She didn't really understand that because her dad was tall and had a scratchy face but grown ups were weird like that sometimes.
