"They're still asleep." You hear a boyish whisper above you but keep your eyes closed, trying to maintain your sleep even as the source walks around you. Another person walks out of the room, leaving only the first person's breath to remain.
A sweet scent clings to the ceiling, enticing your eyes open.
"I knew it! You're awake! Gon!"
You stir to a sitting position, eyebrows knitted when you realize they–the boys you had written about so many times–had come to life while you were asleep.
"Kil…luah?" You drawl, quieting your voice to a whisper.
"Shh!" Killua looked at you with a finger to his lips. Confused, you wait for the other one, Gon, to come back.
He carried with him something delectable smelling. When he walked in, your nose was baked in the heavenly scent of fresh apple pie.
"Y/n! Look! I made it just for you!"
With a grin from ear to ear, he brought you a plate with a single slice and a fork and kissed you on the lips.
Your heartbeat soared as you took one bite after another, chest brimming with heat fresh out of the oven.
