Komaru snuggled into Syo's shoulder, smiling brightly as Syo wrapped one of his arms around them. They looked at him adoringly—full of love and happiness.
He gave them the same look; in his own way, at least.
I melt whenever I'm in front of you
I'm near you, I'm a sweet girl, that's all you need
The two of them always seemed to feel like that around each other—full of love for each other and happy to be together. The feeling was so strong for Komaru that they seriously felt like they would melt into a little puddle from it, smiling so brightly that they just couldn't stop.
You shine bright like you're filled with sunlight

Just seeing Komaru smile like that could make Syo act in a way he rarely ever did. A lot softer. Anything threatening about him was lost entirely and he didn't even feel upset about it.

Komaru loved the softer side of Syo. They loved his sweet cuddles and sweeter words. In fact, they'd often ask for them, which led to a bit of teasing from Syo, but he didn't really have room to talk, considering how often he'd randomly wrap himself around Komaru, refusing to leave their side.

Komaru suddenly wrapped both of their arms around Syo's frame tightly, making him blush. They looked up at him as if they had cartoon heart eyes.
"Why are you always so cute?" he asked, looking at their face. "Cut it out!"
He didn't actually mean that—he would never want Komaru to actually cut it out, and they knew that. At least he thought they did.
"...I don't know?" they answered honestly, looking at him confusedly. He only giggled at their confusion.
What do I do? I disappear and

The sound of his giggle made them hold him even tighter, like they were determined not to ever let him go. It was the same kind of hold that Syo would usually have on them, and he couldn't really recall ever having received that same kind of hold.
It made him laugh even more.
"Ya like me that much, huh?"
I won't wait anymore, I'll tell you everything
Don't push me, don't push me
Komaru didn't respond at first, and Syo purred slightly as they nuzzled into him. He wouldn't complain if Komaru actually succeeded in never letting him go.
I'm going round and round
Here and there, shoo shoong
I feel like I'm going to explode
Something is going on
"I love you that much, Syo," they finally said, and Syo immediately leaned over to plant a kiss on the side of their head.
"Really?" he giggled right into their ear, teasing them. They felt like they just might combust, and honestly, they'd just let it happen.
My friends say that I act a little f-f-funny
I can't help it, I got so much love in me, oh!
Slowly, they moved over a bit, leaning in and pressing their lips against Syo's softly. He immediately kissed back, grinning into the kiss.
Lightly grabbing their chin, he started to lead the kiss, and Komaru didn't complain, arms falling and releasing Syo.

Eventually, he pulled away, chuckling at them. Moving in to hold him again, Komaru was struck with that melting feeling, more intense this time.
That feeling was one they started to happily embrace, fully letting it take over as they clung to Syo, smiling against him—if they did end up melting into a little puddle, they didn't think they'd care.
