Chapter Text

(Over in Gotham Mark's over at Crow Head Quarters looking over something as someone rushes in to see him. As he walks in he looks around the person he's looking for. Over the last several weeks this one

person has been looking into the murders that Roman Bridger had been doing in order to lure Sidney out of hiding which got her to meet Mark Kincaid the more he looked into those murders the more he learned

who was helping Roman torment Sidney and after learning who it was he took the next flight out to Gotham to talk to the one person who could finally get Kincaid out of Sidney's life so which lands him in Gotham

at Crow Head Quarters hoping to talk to Mark Buchanan as he's standing there he looks around for him but when he can't find him he goes to walk out until an agent walks up to him.)

Sophie: Can i help you?

(He looks at her and then looks off.)

Man: No.

(He turns to walk out but Sophie looks at him weird and then looks over at Mark whose still looking something over on his computer.)

Sophie: Are you here to see someone?
Man: Yes i am. But i can't seem to find him.
Sophie: Who you looking for?
Man: Mark Buchanan!

(Sophie looks at him and then over at the man at the computer.)

Sophie: He's over there.

(He looks over at him and then to Sophie.)

Man: Oh. Well it looks like he's a little busy so I'll go.
Sophie: Is it important?
Man: Very.
Sophie: Okay. Well let me go and get him.

(He nods his head at her as she walks off to go and get Mark whose looking at a case file as Sophie walks up to him as she gets there she sees the case he's looking at and gets upset for him.)

Sophie: Circe Sionis!

(He looks up at her and laughs as he puts the computer down and looks at her.)

Mark: Yeah. It's nothing important. What's up?
Sophie: There's someone here to see you.
Mark: Who?
Sophie: He didn't give a name but he's standing over there.

(Mark looks behind her but doesn't see anyone.)

Mark: Soph there's no one there.
Sophie: What?

(She turns and looks at the doorway.)

Sophie: Mark he was there.
Mark: Maybe he left. I'm sure it wasn't that important.
Sophie: He said it was.

(He looks at her and then stands up to look at the doorway again.)

Mark: He didn't give you a name or anything?
Sophie: No all he said was that he needed to talk to you and that it was important.
Mark: Huh. I'll go see if i can't find him.
Sophie: Okay.
Mark: Maybe he'll help me stop this fucken wedding between Sidney and Kincaid.

(She smiles at him.)

Mark: What?
Sophie: You really don't like him?
Mark: Of course not. The man's a prick who doesn't deserve her. Hell Billy and Derek never deserved her.
Sophie: And who did? You.
Mark: No more like Randy.

(Then he walks off as she stands there not sure of what to say to him.)

Sophie: Mark!
Mark: Yeah.
Sophie: You don't trust him do you?
Mark: He's making her get married in the town she swore she'd never go back to.
Sophie: That's where their having the wedding?
Mark: Yup.
Sophie: Wow what an ass he is.
Mark: How would you of felt if Tyler had made you get married in a town you never wanted to step into again?

(She looks at him and then nods her head at him.)

Sophie: Point taken.
Mark: I thought so.
Sophie: But you realize we never actually got married.
Mark: I know. Kate's a lucky woman.
Sophie: I like to think it goes both ways.
Mark: Anyway. I'm gonna go find this person.
Sophie: Okay.

(He turns and walks off as Sophie stands there not sure of what to do.)

Meanwhile.

(Out in the hallway Mark's walking up to the coffee machine to get himself some coffee as someone walks up to him.)

Man: Mark!
Mark: Yeah.

(He turns to see who it is and laughs off the shock.)

Mark: Stu Mocker!

(He smiles at him as he walks over to him and leans against the machine.)

Mark: What's going on?
Stu: There's something you need to know.

(He looks at him confused.)

Mark: What could I possibly need to know?
Stu: Let's just say it could end this guys relationship with a woman you've been wanting to be with since well the 90's.

(Mark looks at him confused.)

Mark: What?
Stu: It's about Sidney.

(That gets Mark's attention and he looks at him fully.)

Mark: What about Sidney? She's made up her mind she's gonna marry the prick weather we like it or not.
Stu: Yeah and what if I told you there was something could very well stop that wedding.
Mark: It's in two days Stu.
Stu: I know that.
Mark: So what could help break up a farce of a wedding?
Stu: How about her fiancé being the one who helped Roman Bridger torment her?

(Mark looks at him and then looks off trying to keep from laughing.)

Mark: I fucken knew it.

(Stu looks at him and then looks off. As Mark looks at him.)

Mark: Does she know?
Stu: No.
Mark: Why the hell not?
Stu: I go to her with this she'll just think I'm only making it up.
Mark: And why would she think that?
Stu: I'm not really her fiance's biggest fan.
Mark: Well you did try to kill her.
Stu: I did and I'm trying to make up for it.
Mark: By looking into who was helping Roman torment Sidney?
Stu: Yes.
Mark: Okay. Does Dewey know this?
Stu: No.
Mark: Oh come on.
Stu: I try and tell him he's gonna think I'm full of shit. And before you ask no not even Tatum knows.
Mark: Stu!
Stu: She's Sid's bestfriend. I tell her she'll just wanna kill him.
Mark: I wanna kill him. Hell if Randy was still alive or even if Billy was still alive and found out about this. They'd wanna kill him.
Stu: I know that.
Mark: You'd think you would gone to your girlfriend or to Dewey.
Stu: I thought about it. But then it all comes back to me trying to kill Sid.
Mark: Dude your lucky you even survived that night and lived to see a trail.
Stu: I know. But Billy didn't and his mother tried to get revenge on everyone involved including me.

(Mark looks at him and then looks off annoyed.)

Mark: What the hell can i do?
Stu: Take a look at this and then see if you really believe me.

(He hands Mark the flash drive as he's looking at it he looks off annoyed.)

Mark: Everything is on here?
Stu: All of it.
Mark: Are right. I'll look it over.
Stu: Okay.
Mark: Thanks man.
Stu: Anytime.

(Then he turns and walks off as Mark looks at the flash drive and then walks off towards their command center to go look it over as he gets there he walks in and heads for his computer as he gets to it he opens it

then plugs the flash drive in once it's plugged in he sits down then starts going through it hoping to find what Stu had told him on it. Over the next two to four hours Mark looks through everything that Stu had

found out about the murders involving all of the Stab 3 cast as he looks through it all he becomes more and more annoyed by the second and until he finally finishes and grabs out the flash drive. Once he has it he

closes the computer then grabs up his coat and rushes out of their command center as he walks out he calls someone.)

Mark: Yeah hey.
Man: Hey. You are right?
Mark: I need a favor. Meet me in LA.
Man: You got it.

(Then he hangs up with him as he heads home to go and pack.)

Hours later.

(In Los Angeles Mark's standing on the pier as someone walks up to him as he's walking up to Mark's got his eyes on the flash drive.)

Dewey: Mark!

(He turns and looks at him.)

Mark: Hey.
Dewey: Hey. What's going on?
Mark: Yesterday i got a visit from Stu.

(He looks at him and then looks off.)

Dewey: What he want?
Mark: He told me there was away i could stop Sidney's farce of a wedding to Kincaid.
Dewey: Mark!
Mark: Dewey i don't trust him. I didn't the day we met him and i still don't. Hell Dewey even before we found out that Jill was the killer. She didn't even trust the bastard.
Dewey: True. Mark there are still a lot of times where me and Gale still don't trust him. But Sidney loves him.
Mark: Oh I'm well aware of that.

(He looks off because he knows that was the wrong thing to say.)

Dewey: I'm sorry. I really am.
Mark: It's fine. Look I know I'm coming off as jealous I know i do. I just don't want to see her get hurt. She's been hurt enough.
Dewey: I know she has.

(Mark looks at him and then looks at the flash drive and goes to throw it into the water until Dewey sees it.)

Dewey: What is that?

(He looks at him.)

Mark: It's what Stu gave me. It has everything on here.
Dewey: What you mean?
Mark: What i mean is that. Kincaid was in on the whole Stab 3 murders.

(Dewey looks at him and then looks off.)

Dewey: What? Why?
Mark: I don't know. Hell if we asked him about it he'd just denie it.
Dewey: Is that on there?
Mark: Yeah. I looked at it before i flew here.
Dewey: Let me see it.

(Mark looks at him and hands him the flash drive once he has it he looks at it.)

Dewey: You got a computer?
Mark: Up in my rental.

(They walk off back towards his car as they get back to it he unlocks it and he opens the trunk to pull his lap top out once it's out he opens it and turns it on as their waiting Mark's phone goes off he grabs it out to

see who it is seeing the number he gets annoyed but answers it anyway.)

Mark: Whatever it is you want Kincaid I'm not giving it too you.
Kincaid: Mark come on.
Mark: In two days you'll be marrying Sidney so stop trying to tell me I can't be around her.
Kincaid: She loves me.
Mark: I know she does. There's no need for you to continue to remind me.

(He looks off annoyed. Then he hears a horn.)

Kincaid: Where the hell are you?
Mark: I'm here in LA.
Kincaid: Why?
Mark: I'm visiting a friend.

(Dewey looks at him trying to keep from laughing.)

Kincaid: What friend?
Mark: No one you know. She's hot too.

(Dewey's really trying hard not to laugh.)

Kincaid: Hey.
Mark: I wasn't talking about Sidney you jealous prick.

(Once the computer is loaded up Dewey plugs the flash drive in and looks at everything Mark looked and sees what Kincaid had been up leading up to Stab 3 murders and how he would meet up with Roman

Bridger's before he started up with own Killing Spree starting with Cotton Wary and his girlfriend as Dewey's looking through everything he starts getting more and more pissed off as he continues to read through

everything.)

Kincaid: Stay the hell away from my fiancé.
Mark: We're friends Kincaid you can't keep us away from each other. Now stop bothering me.

(Then he hangs up with him and looks off annoyed. As he hangs up he looks at Dewey who looks like he wants to kill him.)

Over at the police station.

(Sidney walks into Kincaid's office.)

Sidney: Hey you.

(He looks up at her and smiles.)

Kincaid: Hey. You are right?
Sidney: Yeah. Why wouldn't i be?
Kincaid: You just look lost in thought is all.
Sidney: It's two days before the wedding and I'm just nervous is all.
Kincaid: Okay. You wanna go out for lunch?
Sidney: That's kind of the reason i came here.
Kincaid: Okay. Well let's go.

(She smiles at him as he grabs up his jacket and they leave his office to go out to lunch. As they walk out his partner walks out of his office and looks off annoyed because he knows what both Mark and Dewey now

know is true. And just hopes Sidney doesn't get hurt in progress.)

Wallace: Fuck.

(He closes his office door and gets back to work.)

Back out on the street.

(Mark and Dewey are talking as their talking someone else walks up to them.)

Dewey: I can't keep this from my sister or my wife.
Mark: I'm not saying too.
Dewey: Are right.
Stu: Hey.

(They both turn and look at him.)

Dewey: Hey.
Stu: You show him?
Mark: I did. And given by the look on his face he wants to kill him.
Dewey: You have no idea just how badly i wanna kill him.
Stu: So what you gonna do?
Mark: Well he can't really keep this from Tatum or Gale.
Stu: I know that.
Dewey: God. We need to find out more.
Stu: Okay. How?

(Mark looks at them and realizes something.)

Mark: We could always go and talk to his partner.
Dewey: He'd just cover for him.
Mark: Not if we threaten to take this flash drive to the ADA's office.
Dewey: Know the ADA do ya?
Mark: I might.

(He looks at him and laughs.)

Mark: Not personally. But Wallace and Kincaid don't have to know that.

(They both look at hin and then to each other.)

Dewey: Are right.
Mark: Okay.

(He grabs the flash drive out of the computer and puts it into pocket then closes up his computer as Kincaid and Sidney walk up to them.)

Kincaid: What the hell are you doing here?
Mark: Like i said i came to visit an old friend.
Kincaid: Oh yeah who?
Mark: And why do you wanna know that? I can have other friends then just Sidney and them.
Kincaid: You've never mentioned them.
Mark: I have former bandmates who live in the LA area Kincaid.
Kincaid: Where? I don't see them around.

(Mark gets into his face getting him to back off.)

Mark: I was on my way to go and meet up with him and his wife when i ran into Stu and Dewey here.

(He looks at them and then looks at Sidney.)

Mark: How you been Sid?
Sidney: Good. How about you?
Mark: Oh I'm healing up just fine. Thanks for asking.
Sidney: You're welcome.
Mark: And I'm still sorry about the whole thing with Jill.
Sidney: Thank you.
Mark: You bet. So where you two headed?
Sidney: Lunch.
Mark: Oh well. Have a good lunch. I'll see ya on Saturday.
Sidney: I sure hope so.
Mark: Are right. And I'll even let Tatum punch me if i try anything.

(Sidney laughs at the joke.)

Stu: Why would you want her to hit you?
Mark: Hey at least i said hit and not hot.

(They start laughing then calm down.)

Dewey: Oh will that ever stop being funny.
Mark: Not according to Donnie and Danny.

(He laughs at him as Mark walks to the driver side of the car.)

Mark: I'll see ya Sid.
Sidney: Okay.

(They all get into his car and drive off as they drive off Kincaid looks off annoyed.)

Kincaid: You invited him to the wedding?
Sidney: I didn't. Tatum did. And I'm okay with it.
Kincaid: Well I'm not.
Sidney: Why the hell not? It's not like he's gonna do something to ruin the wedding.
Kincaid: I don't trust him.
Sidney: You don't trust anyone.

(She walks off annoyed with him as he stands there annoyed with himself.)

Kincaid: Sid.

(She keeps walking off with him right behind her.)

Later.

(Over at the police station Mark Dewey and Stu walk into the police station and head off towards Wallace and Kincaid's office as they get there they walk in and Stu closes the door as Mark walks off towards

Wallace's office as he gets there both him and Stu walk into the office as Dewey stands watch as they walk in he looks up at them and he goes to run only to have Mark Grab him and throws him onto his desk.)

Mark: Where you off to Detective Wallace? We just got a couple of questions for ya.
Wallace: Please don't hurt me.
Stu: Answer our questions and we won't.

(Mark looks at him as he stands him up.)

Wallace: Look whatever it is you guys want to know i can't say.
Mark: Can't or won't.

(He looks at him as Mark grabs something out of his pocket and shows it to him.)

Wallace: What is that?
Mark: This is what I'm going to use to break up your partner's enegement.

(He looks at him and then looks off.)

Wallace: Now wait a minute.
Mark: I wonder just how much Sidney is going to still love Kincaid once she learns what is on here.
Wallace: You can't.
Mark: Or better yet.
Wallace: What?
Mark: Either you tell us what we want to hear. Or this goes to the new ADA.

(Wallace looks at him and then to Stu whose looking at him like he wants to kill him.)

Wallace: I I I. No you can't do that.
Mark: Why not? I mean I'm sure it's nothing that could ruin Kincaid's life.
Wallace: Actually what is on there could ruin Kincaid's life and his relationship with Sidney Prescott.
Mark: And just what is on here?
Wallace: Nothing.
Mark: Oh okay. So if i like say plug it into your computer it's not gonna tell us something we are ready know.
Wallace: Look Mark.
Mark: I'm gonna ask you something. And you're gonna be very fucken truthful with me.
Wallace: Okay.
Mark: Was Kincaid in on the murders with Roman Bridger?

(Wallace looks at him as Mark grabs his gun and puts it down next to him.)

Mark: Start talking Detective.
Wallace: Are right are right.
Stu: Was he in on them?
Wallace: Yes he was. He had been trying to track down Sidney Prescott for months leading up to the murders and then one day Roman Bridger showed up here to talk him.
Mark: Okay.
Wallace: And when he showed up he asked to talk to Kincaid. They both sat in here talking Roman saw Prescott's file on Kincaid's desk and asked him if he knew where she was.
Mark: And?
Wallace: He didn't. But then they started talking about how they could get Prescott out of hiding.
Mark: So he used his own fucken movie and cast as away to get her out of hiding?
Wallace: Yes.
Stu: So that day on the set of the movie?
Wallace: Kincaid had gotten Prescott's number out of your friends phone and gave it to him.

(Mark and Stu look at him annoyed as hell.)

Mark: So Kincaid helped Roman torment Sidney?
Wallace: Yes. He thought if he helped him. Then it would help get her in the end.

(Mark looks at him and then to Stu.)

Mark: Wait are you saying?
Wallace: He's been obessed with Sidney Prescott since the Windsor collage murders.
Stu: Oh my god.
Mark: You knew about this. And said nothing to her.
Wallace: I tried. But everytime i tired. He would tell me to leave or he would tell me that he would lie to Sidney and say that it was me who was obessed with her.

(Mark looks at him and then looks off annoyed.)

Mark: Damn it.
Stu: Mark she's supposed to marry this jackass in two days.
Mark: Not if i have anything to do with it.
Wallace: Please Mark don't tell him i told you.
Mark: You know. It's been over ten years since the Stab 3 murder case and you've sat in here day and day out with the son of a bitch as he continued to get close to Sidney. You've had chance after fucken chance to tell her the truth.
Wallace: I know that.
Tatum: So why the hell didn't you?

(They all look over at her and Gale in the doorway.)

Wallace: I. I don't know. I have no excuse for why i did what i did.
Tatum: So because of you my bestfriend is about to marry a man who was helping her half brother torment her?
Wallace: Yes.
Tatum: I can't believe this.
Wallace: I'm sorry.
Tatum: Not as sorry as Mark Kincaid will be.

(Then she turns and storms out of the office.)

Dewey: Tatum!

(He runs off after his sister as Mark looks at Wallace then he turns and walks out of the office pissed off at him.)

A couples of days later.

(It's been a couple of days since Sidney's friends found out the truth about Mark Kincaid and how he had helped Roman Bridger torment Sidney and for the last couple of days they've been trying to tell her but

everytime they get the chance to Kincaid would always walk up to them and tell them not to upset her before the wedding and with each time they continued to try and tell her he would tell them to stop trying to

upset her and one day Mark having enough told him that whatever it is they wanted to tell Sidney was none of his business and that if he knew what was best for him he would back the hell off. And hearing that

Kincaid laughed off the annoyance.)

Kincaid: She's gonna be my wife.
Mark: And we all know she shouldn't even be your fiancé and we all really know she never should of started dating you to began with.
Kincaid: Now wait a damn minute.
Mark: It's been a minute.

(Then he punched him sending Mark over as he went over Stu and Tatum rushed forward and helped Mark up.)

Mark: You gotta watch your temper Kincaid. Or Sidney just might think you're hiding things from her.

(Then they walked off as he turned and looked at Sidney.)

Kincaid: Shit.

(All of this leading up to two days later over in Woodsboro at Sidney's childhood home in the back yard both her and Kincaid are up at the alter saying their vows and the priest is getting ready to announce them

man and wife when Mark runs into the back yard beaten from the beating he had taken just minutes before he had gotten to the house as he gets up to the aisle he looks at them.)

Mark: Stop this wedding right now.

(They all turn and look at him.)

Sidney: Mark!
Mark: Hi.
Tatum: Mark what happened to you?
Mark: This was a parting gift from Kincaid.

(They all look at him and he looks at Sidney.)

Kincaid: I.
Sidney: What's he talking about?
Kincaid: I don't know.
Mark: As i was leaving my hotel room to come here to the wedding two guys walked up to me and started beating on me.

(He looks at him and then to Sidney.)

Sidney: Kincaid!
Kincaid: Sid!
Tatum: Mark!
Mark: Sid there's something you need to know. And i know your wedding isn't the best place to tell you. But it's about time you learned lying jackass your fiance is.

(She looks at him and then to Tatum.)

Sidney: What you talking about?
Mark: I just wanna state to you that. I have been trying to tell you for the last couple of days.
Sidney: Okay.
Mark: But everytime I tried to tell you the truth. He would show up tell me to stay clear of you.

(She looks at him and then to Kincaid who looks off annoyed.)

Sidney: Mark!
Mark: Two days ago i got a visit from Stu in Gotham and he handed me a flash drive with some information on it.
Sidney: Okay.
Mark: Sid you're one of my bestfriends and i know the hell you went through with the murders here and over Windsor collage. And then with the Stab 3 cast murders.
Sidney: Mark!
Mark: Sid he was helping Roman.

(She looks at him and then to the man she about to become married too.)

Kincaid: He's lying.
Mark: No I'm not and i have proof.

(She looks at him.)

Sidney: Mark!
Mark: It's okay if you don't believe me. As much as i hate the man. I didn't wanna believe it at first either. But then i looked what Stu had given me.
Sidney: Okay.

(He looks at her and then plays Kincaid's whole conversation with Roman as she listened to it she looked over at Kincaid who looked off annoyed. Then the tape ends and she looks at him.)

Sidney: You helped Roman torment me?
Kincaid: Sid!
Sidney: I wanna know the truth?
Kincaid: He's lying to you.

(Mark plays another recording getting him to look at him)

On the tape.

Mark: Start talking Detective.
Wallace: Are right are right.
Stu: Was he in on them?
Wallace: Yes he was. He had been trying to track down Sidney Prescott for months leading up to the murders and then one day Roman Bridger showed up here to talk him.
Mark: Okay.

(Mark and Stu look at him annoyed as hell.)

(Mark looks at him and then to Stu.)

End of tape.

(Sidney looks at Kincaid as she walks around Mark and slaps him sending his head to the side.)

Sidney: I can't believe you.
Kincaid: Sid.
Sidney: You helped my brother torment me and for what? All so you could get the fucken girl in the end?
Kincaid: Sidney!
Sidney: I can't believe. This and the fact that you. Shit.
Kincaid: I'm sorry.
Sidney: Sorry you're sorry. You helped my brother torment me Kincaid and you didn't even care.
Kincaid: Yes i did.
Sidney: No you didn't. Because if you did. Then you never would of helped him. Because of you innocent people lost their lives.

(She shoves him back as she takes the ring off and tosses it at him.)

Kincaid: Sid!
Sidney: We're through. And the fact that you had Mark beaten up.
Kincaid: I didn't.
Sidney: Yeah right. After everything I just learned today I can't trust you.

(Then she turned and walked off with Mark and Tatum right behind her. Days after the wedding Sidney closed herself off and remained in hiding until she could feel herself wanting to go back out into public as she

sat up in her house she would get messages from her friends asking how she was doing and hoped she was doing okay. And when she wouldn't answer any of their messages they would stand around talking and

wondering if she's okay. And Mark being who he is didn't wanna force Sidney out of hiding until she was ready.

Chapter Text

Four years later.

In Los Angeles, CA.

At Mickey and Maggie's house.

(Someone walks up to the door and knocks on it. Then she wait for someone to answer it. As she's waiting her phone goes off and she grabs it out to see who it is. Seeing the number she smiles at it.)

Mark: (Text) Hey where you at? I woke up naked and alone. I feel used.

(Sidney laughs at the text as she texts him back.)

Sidney: (Text) Came to see Maggie. She texted me this morning saying she needed to talk. And your dork babe.

(She sends it and then waits for him to respond. Then her phone rings which makes her smile even more when she sees Mark's name come up on the screen.)

Sidney: Hey baby.
Mark: Hey. You know it's been three years since we together and I can't believe it's me you're calling that.
Sidney: I know. Anyway. And yes honey you're my dork.
Mark: Well then there you go.

(She laughs on the other end.)

Sidney: I love you. You know that?
Mark: I do actually. I love you too. So what's going on with Mickey and Maggie?
Sidney: She wouldn't tell me through a text. She just asked me to come over and we'd talk. But she's not answering.
Mark: Her car in the driveway?
(Sidney looks around but doesn't see the car anywhere.)

Sidney: Yeah. Mickey's isn't so he's more an likely gone out surfing.
Mark: Okay. Well call let me know how it goes.
Sidney: Okay. I love you Mark.

(Mark smiles on the end.)

Mark: I love you too. Sid don't ever forget that.
Sidney: I won't. Okay honey I better go I'm gonna try and get Maggie on the.

(Before she can finish what she was going to say the front door and Sidney sees her sister there.)

Maggie: Hey.
Sidney: Never mind.

(Mark  laughs on the other end and he hangs up with her.)

Sidney: Hey. You Okay?
Maggie: Yeah come in.

(She moves out of the way and let's her into the house as she walks in she closes the door behind her.)

Sidney: Mag's what's going on?
Maggie: Me and Mickey are having so real problems.
Sidney: Okay. Not what I was expecting to hear.

(Maggie looks at her and smiles.)

Sidney: What's going on?
Maggie: We're both working to way to much we never see each other and when we do all we do is argue.

(Sidney looks at her and feels bad for her.)

Maggie: Of course Fucken Kincaid isn't helping any.
Sidney: Kincaid!
Maggie: Ever since the truth came out about what he did. And you moved on with the Mark that me and Mickey actually like.

(Sidney looks at her and laughs.)

Maggie: Sid he's turned his obsession onto me.

(Sidney looks at her and then looks off annoyed.)

Sidney: Shit.
Maggie: He's trying to break up our marriage and Mickey's been trying his hardest not to kill him. But he just won't leave me alone. I love my husband. I would never cheat on him.
Sidney: Yeah well. Kincaid's gonna do everything he can to make it seem like you would.
Maggie: Well that's just fucken great.
Sidney: Where is Mickey?
Maggie: He went out to do his morning therapy.
Sidney: He went surfing?
Maggie: Yeah. Him being out I was able to call you over before I have to head into work.
Sidney: Okay. But I have a feeling this has a lot more to do with something other than just work and Kincaid.

(Maggie looks at her and laughs.)

Maggie: There's this other woman.
Sidney: And You're letting out the jealous side of you.

(Maggie laughs at her.)

Maggie: Yeah I am.
Sidney: Why?
Maggie: Because I can tell she has interest in him and we're having issues. I feel like I could lose him because of it.
Sidney: You honestly think Mickey's gonna leave for you this woman?
Maggie: It's a thought.
Sidney: If ever left you for another woman I'm sure Mark and Stu would be happy to kick his ass for ya.

(Maggie laughs at her.)

Maggie: No. I love Mickey and I know he loves me. I just can't deal with the fact that this woman is always around him.
Sidney: What's her name?
Maggie: Lorna Crane!
Sidney: Lorna Crane!
Maggie: Yeah. Why?
Sidney: Why the hell didn't you just say the woman whose got the hots for your husband is Lorna Crane?
Maggie: You didn't ask.
Sidney: True. But still.
Maggie: Why do you know her?
Sidney: Mag's I'm in law school of course I know her. She's in acouple of my classes.
Maggie: Oh.
Sidney: I can always talk to her and see what she wants.
Maggie: Don't you have your own boyfriend to go and sext?

(Sidney looks at her and laughs.)

Sidney: Actually he asked me to marry him lastnight.

(Maggie looks at her and laughs as she hugs her then pulls away from her.)

Maggie: Congrats. Just don't tell Mickey yet. He'll go and threaten to cut off how did Trevor put it cut off Mark's manhood.

(They start laughing as Mickey walks into the house.)

Mickey: Hey.
Maggie: Hey baby.

(He walks over to her and kisses her getting her to smile in it then he pulls away from her.)

Mickey: I love you.

(Maggie smiles at him.)

Maggie: I love you too.
Mickey: I'll show you just how much later.

(Maggie looks off as Sidney starts laughing as he walks off to go and shower.)

Sidney: Hey Haller.
Mickey: Yeah.
Sidney: You hurt my sister and I'll cut off your manhood.

(Mickey looks at her as he quickly runs off towards their bedroom with his hands on his personals which only makes Maggie and Sidney laugh at him.)

Maggie: Thank you for scaring my husband for life.
Sidney: Hey Raven would of Said a lot worse.
Maggie: Yeah that's true.
Sidney: Anyway. I'll come by your office after one of my classes and we can have lunch.
Maggie: Okay. Love ya.
Sidney: Love ya too.

(She turns and walks out of the house still laughing at what she pulled with Mickey.)

Later morning.

Over at UCLA Law School.

(Sidney's walking towards one of her classes as she sees someone walking towards her and becomes annoyed by who it is.)

Kincaid: Hey Sid.
Sidney: Hey. What you doing here?
Kincaid: Just checking out the sites.
Sidney: Are you checking out the sites. Or are looking for my sister?

(Kincaid looks at her and realizes that Maggie told her.)

Kincaid: She told you?
Sidney: I might of just found out that Raven and Maggie McPherson are mine and Roman's sisters. But they don't keep things from me. Not like you do.
Kincaid: Sid.
Sidney: You lied to my face for close to eleven years Kincaid and you almost got away with marrying me had it not been for Mark stopping the wedding. I don't think I ever would of known the truth.
Kincaid: Sidney!
Sidney: You worked with my brother to torment me and you didn't care in the long run. You tried to turn me against three of my bestfriend's. I'm sorry. But that's not something I can ever forgive you for.

(She goes to walk off but Kincaid goes to grab her only to be to shoved away from her. Seeing who it is he looks at him and laughs.)

Kincaid: Mickey Haller!
Mickey: Good guess. Would you like my friend here to give you a cookie.

(Mark looks at him and laughs. Sidney seeing Mark next to him smiles.)

Sidney: Hey baby.
Mark: Hey Beautiful.

(He walks over to her and she kisses him getting him to smile in it then she pulls away from him.)

Mark: You okay?
Sidney: Yeah. I'm okay. I was on my way to my next class when I ran into him.

(Mark looks at him and laughs as he kisses her head then pulls away from it.)

Mark: I'll walk ya.
Sidney: Okay. Mickey play nice.
Mickey: I will.

(They walk off to go to Sidney's next class.)

Mickey: I gotta get to work. I'll see you later Sidney.
Sidney: Okay.
Mickey: Don't let Stu or Tatum get into much trouble.

(They start laughing then calm down.)

Sidney: Yeah it's not them I'm worried about getting into trouble.

(Mickey looks at her with pretend hurt.)

Mickey: Rude.

(They start laughing then clam down. Mickey goes to walk off but Kincaid says something that gets his attention and he looks at him.)

Mickey: What you say?
Kincaid: Just that your wife is a very good kisser and really good in bed.

(Mickey looks at him and laughs.)

Mickey: Yes she is on both counts. But see here's the thing.
Kincaid: What?
Mickey: I know and trust my wife. I know she wouldn't cheat on me. Just like she knows I'd never cheat on her. Stay the hell away from my wife Kincaid.
Kincaid: I thought you trusted her?
Mickey: I do trust her. I just don't trust nor like you. Not after what you did to my sister in law.

(Then he walks off to go to work. As he's walking off he calls Maggie who quickly answers.)

Maggie: Hey honey.
Mickey: Hey.
Maggie: You are right?
Mickey: Kincaid was here.
Maggie: What?
Mickey: He was here he was talking to Sidney.
Maggie: Anything happen?
Mickey: No. They were just talking until he tried to for her arm.
Maggie: Shit.
Mickey: Hey babe.
Maggie: Yeah.
Mickey: Kincaid tried to say he slept with you.

(Maggie looks off annoyed.)

Maggie: Did he now?
Mickey: Yup and he was gloating about it.
Maggie: Baby it's not true.
Mickey: I know that. I trust you. I just don't trust him.

(Maggie laughs on the other end.)

Mickey: I love you Maggie. I'm willing to do anything to save our marriage.

(Maggie smiles on the other end.)

Maggie: I love you too. How about this weekend we go up to Catalina just me and you?
Mickey: Sounds great. And I happen to remember this weekend is our anniversary.

(Maggie continues to smile.)

Maggie: Baby you remembered.
Mickey: I did. I'll set it up for Friday through Sunday?
Maggie: Sounds good.
Mickey: Okay. I'll get it going now. I'll see you tonight?
Maggie: Yeah. I love you.
Mickey: I love you.

(They both say their goodbyes and hang up as Mickey continues on his way to work.)

Over by Sidney's classroom.

(Both her and Mark walk up to it as she gets to the classroom. Mark looks at her.)

Mark: You okay?
Sidney: Yeah. Babe this is my last year and then I'll get become a lawyer.
Mark: So true. I can't wait to make you my wife.
Sidney: I can't wait to be your wife.

(Mark smiles at her as he kisses her then pulls away from her.)

Sidney: I'll see you later baby.
Mark: Okay. I'll see ya. Hey Lorna.
Lorna: Hi. Mark. How are Mickey and Maggie doing?
Mark: They seem to be doing okay. How Cisco?
Lorna: He's Cisco.

(They start laughing then clam down.)

Mark: Sounds about right.
Sidney: We better get into class.
Lorna: Okay.

(They both walk into the class room as Mark smiles at his fiancé.)

In the classroom.

(Both Sidney and Lorna are walking towards their desks talking.)

Lorna: Wait that asshole actually has Maggie believing I'm trying to steal her husband?
Sidney: Yeah.
Lorna: I love my boyfriend. I don't care what that prick has to say. So tell Maggie she has nothing to worry about.
Sidney: Okay. I can do that.

(They both sit down and continue to talk.)

At Sidney's cottage.

(She's sitting down at the counter doing her homework as Mark walks in and closes the door behind him and walks over to her  as he gets to her he puts his chin down onto her shoulder getting her to smile at him.)

Mark: Hey. How was school?
Sidney: Good. I talked to Lorna.
Mark: Okay. What she say?

(She looks at him.)

Sidney: Maggie has nothing to worry about.
Mark: Okay good. So what you gonna do once you graduate?

(Sidney smiles at him as he kisses her as their kissing she smiles in it then she pulls away from him.)

Sidney: I was talking to Maggie about that.
Mark: Yeah.
Sidney: Yeah.
Mark: And?
Sidney: Maggie said she'd talk to her boss about me and see about getting me into Major crimes.
Mark: Wow baby. That's awesome.
Sidney: Yeah.
Mark: Yeah.

(He kisses her again as their kissing he slides his hands up her shirt getting her to smile at him. Then he pulls away from her.)

Sidney: I love you.
Mark: I love you too. So what was it you wanted to talk to me about?
Sidney: Mickey and Maggie are gonna be going away this weekend for their anniversary.
Mark: Okay.
Sidney: Maggie wanted to know if we could take Hayley.
Mark: Yeah. I love Hayley.
Sidney: Okay. Thank you.
Mark: You're welcome.

(He kisses her again then she pulls away from him.)

Over at the Hall of Justice.

In the parking garage.

(Maggie's walking towards her car as she gets to it someone quickly grabs her from behind and goes to take her to the ground as she acts quickly and elbows them in the face sending them to the ground she goes to get into the car he quickly gets up and goes after her again and manages to push her Into her car and she starts screaming out which catches the attention of one of her co-workers and they run over to them as he gets to them he gets grabs him and throws him away then punches him sending him to the ground as he goes down he starts beating on him until he gets grabbed from behind and they look over at Maggie.)

Cisco: Maggie!

(He rushes over to her and looks at her over as she sits up and leans against her car.)

Cisco: Maggie!

(He goes to touch her but she quickly backs away from him.)

Maggie: No don't touch me.

(Cisco looks at her and knows somethings wrong.)

Cisco: Oh shit.
Jeff: What?
Cisco: She was almost raped.

(They both look back at the person who went after Maggie but they were gone but they look at her again.)

Jeff: I'm gonna call her sister.
Cisco: Okay. Do you want me to call Mick?

(Maggie nods her head at him as he grabs his phone out and calls him. Which gets him to rush to her office.)

Minutes later.

At the Hall of Justice.

In the parking garage.

(Maggie's still sitting by her car as Mickey pulls up and stops the car as he stops it puts it into park once it's in park he shuts it off and gets out rushing towards his wife.)

Mickey: Maggie! Maggie!

(She looks over at him and gets up.)

Maggie: Haller!

(He walks over to her as she gets to him she quickly hugs him getting her to quickly bury her face into his neck.)

Mickey: Oh god baby I'm so sorry.

(Maggie nods her head into his neck.)

Maggie: They tried to rape me.

(Mickey hearing that keeps ahold of his wife and kisses her head then pulls away from her.)

Mickey: What?
Maggie: I was headed to my car to head home for the night and then I was attacked from behind. I was fighting him off and then he shoved me into the car. I had managed to scream which is when they showed up.

(Mickey looks over at them and nods his head.)

Maggie: Mickey I was so scared.

(Mickey keeps her in arms well also wanting to go and find the person who did this. As their standing there Mark pulls up and gets out of the car followed by Sidney who quickly rushes over to her sister and another vehicle pulls up and Mark looks at them.)

Cisco: Hopefully he sent a couple of women here.
Mark: I didn't call the Crows.
Cisco: Who did you call?
Mark: An old friend.

(Then Mark walks over to them.)

Mark: Hey.
Chloe: Hey.
Mark: No offense Dan. But maybe you should be the one who goes and talks to her.
Chloe: Why?
Mark: She said the person who who attacked her. Almost raped her.
Chloe: Shit okay.

(She walks off to go and talk to her as Mark stays back there to talk to Dan.)

Over by Maggie and Mickey.

(They both pull away from each other.)

Maggie: I'm okay.
Mickey: You sure?
Maggie: Yeah.

(He nods his head at her as he kisses. Her forehead then pulls away from it.)

Mickey: I love you.

Chloe: Maggie!

(She looks over at her.)

Maggie: Hey.
Chloe: Hey. Mark told me.
Maggie: Yeah.
Chloe: Mind if I ask you some questions?
Maggie: No of course not.

(Chloe nods her head at her as they continue to talk and she asks her questions. About what happened and who might of done this. And when Maggie through out there could of done it Chloe looked at her and nodded her head at her.)

Mickey: At least Mark called in a detective we can trust.

(Chloe looks at him and laughs.)

Chloe: I am here with my husband.
Mickey: Oh well. I still trust you.
Chloe: Well thank you.
Maggie: Her you trust?
Mickey: She's a friend of Mark's.
Maggie: Okay than. Dan's a friend of Mark's.
Mickey: She's nicer.

(Maggie lightly pushes her husband back getting him to laugh at her.)

Chloe: How long have you two been married?
Mickey: Eight years.
Chloe: Wow. And you still haven't killed him.
Maggie: He's cute. And really good in bed.

(He looks at her and then looks off blushing.)

Sidney: Dude gross.
Maggie: Sorry. Chloe this is my sister Sidney Prescott.

(Sidney smiles at her as she shakes her hand.)

Chloe: So why are your lastnames so different?
Maggie: Me and Raven were given up for adoption where as Sidney was raised with our mother.
Chloe: Wow.
Sidney: Yeah.
Chloe: At least you finally found them.
Sidney: They more along the lines found me. After our dad was killed in an accident about four years ago.

(Chloe looks at her and calls both Mark and Dan over. They walk over to them still talking and joking around as they get to them Mark wraps his arms around Sidney getting her to smile at him.)

Dan: What's going on?
Chloe: Do you remember about four years ago.
Dan: Okay.
Chloe: You mentioned seeing a car with a damaged front end.
Dan: I did.
Mark: Whose car was it?
Dan: I have no idea. But if I had to guess.
Mark: Okay.
Dan: It looked like a well the one me and Chloe just pulled up in.

(Mark looks over at it and then to Mickey.)

Mark: Fuck.

(They all remain there talking until Maggie's given the okay to go home and she follows Mickey home.)

At Maggie and Mickey's house.

(They both pull up and stop their cars once their stopped Maggie remains in hers as Mickey locks his up and then gets into Maggie's with her seeing her with her head against the steering wheel he keeps an eye on her.)

Maggie: I'm okay baby.
Mickey: I know.

(She looks at him and smiles.)

Maggie: Thank you for coming.
Mickey: You're welcome. You ready to go in?
Maggie: Yeah. Can you walk in with me?
Mickey: Yeah. I'll even sit up with you.
Maggie: Okay.

(She grabs her keys and they both get out of the car and once their out he grabs her berif case and closes her door once it's closed he walks over to her and she takes it from him.)

Mickey: Baby.
Maggie: Yeah.
Mickey: You still wanna do that weekend away?

(Maggie looks at him and nods her head at him.)

Maggie: Yeah I do. I wanna get away for awhile. Sidney said her and Mark could take Hayley for the weekend.
Mickey: Okay.
Maggie: I'm still trying to wrap my head around what happened back at the office.
Mickey: I'm sure they'll find out who did it.
Maggie: I know they will. I just hope they don't try and sweep this under the rug like the Crows did with Circe Sionis's case.
Mickey: Yeah.
Maggie: That was one case I hated seeing get thrown out.
Mickey: To bad their in Gotham.
Maggie: Yeah.

(He smiles at her as they both walk up to the house and Maggie locks the doors on her car.)

Mickey: Hey.
Maggie: Yeah.
Mickey: I was driving by a dealer ship today and I saw an old Lincoln.

(Maggie looks at him.)

Maggie: Oh really?
Mickey: I didn't say I was gonna buy it. It's just a dream car.
Maggie: And what am I?
Mickey: My dream woman.
Maggie: Oh really?
Mickey: Yeah.

(They both walk into the house laughing as they were walking into the house. The couple failed to notice Mark Kincaid whose sitting inside of his police car with an evil smirk on his face.)

Kincaid: Oh Maggie McPherson you're gonna be mine one way or the other. Only a matter of time.

Two weeks later.

In Los Angeles,  CA.

At Maggie and Mickey's house.

In the kitchen.

(Maggie's making dinner for her and Mickey along with Mark and Sidney as a thank you you for taking care of Hayley While they were in Catalina for their honeymoon.)

Out front.

(Mickey's pulling up to the house and sees a car sitting across the street from his and Maggie's house and knows who it but ignores it until Mark and Sidney show up. Then he sees them pull up and stop as their stopping Mark sees Mickey looking at someone's car and puts the car into park and shuts it off they both get out of the car and close their doors as Mark locks the car up as the person who was in the car across the street pulls off and Mickey looks at Mark and Sidney.)

Mark: Kincaid!
Sidney: Shit.
Mark: Go in and check on Maggie.
Mickey: Okay.

(He runs off into the house to go and check on his wife.)

Sidney: He's not gonna give up Mark.
Mark: I know. He keeps this up.
Sidney: I hear ya.
Mark: Okay come on.

(They both walk up to the house and walk inside.)

In the kitchen.

(Mickey and Maggie are in there talking and she's telling him about all of the times she's seen him at the office to him following her home or when she'd go to his office to see him.)

Maggie: Mickey he's fucken everywhere. He won't leave me alone.
Mickey: Okay okay. Why didn't you say anything before?
Maggie: I tried.
Mickey: And I wouldn't listen.
Maggie: No you wouldn't.
Mickey: Shit. Baby I'm so sorry.

(He grabs her into a hug getting her to smile at him. Then he pulls away from her as he kisses her. Then he pulls away from her as he smiles at her.)

Mickey: I'll start listening to you more.
Maggie: You sure about that?
Mickey: I am. If I don't I give you permission to kick me in the nuts.

(Maggie laughs at him as she kisses him again and pulls away from him.)

Maggie: I'll hold you to that.
Mickey: Yeah babe please don't.

(She laughs at him as he kisses her then pulls away from her.)

Maggie: I love you.
Mickey: I love you too.

(She hugs him again as Mark and Sidney walk into the kitchen and see them there and smile at them.)

Mark: You two okay?

(They pull away from each other and look at them.)

Maggie: Yeah. Babe can you go and check on Hayley?
Mickey: Sure. Mark wanna come with?
Mark: Yeah.

(They both walk off to go and check on the baby. When they walk out Maggie leans against the counter and Sidney walks over to her.)

Sidney: You okay?
Maggie: Sidney if it gets much worse.
Sidney: You know if needed Raven will take you in.
Maggie: I know she wouldn't hesitate. I know she wouldn't. I just don't want her.
Sidney: Mag's wheather you want it or not. She's gonna be involved. Just like me and Mark are.
Maggie: I know that.
Sidney: If you want me too me. I'll call Raven right now.

(Maggie looks at her and then looks off.)

Maggie: I just hate to disrupt her life.
Sidney: We might not of grown up together. Or known that we're sisters that long. But I do know she wouldn't be to upset by you and Mickey needing her help.
Maggie: I know that. We need to do something Sid because Kincaid isn't gonna give up.
Sidney: I know.

(Sidney looks at her sister and for the first time since they found out their related is seeing just how scared Maggie really is of Kincaid and what he could do to her marriage given the chance.)

Maggie: Call Raven.

(Sidney nods her head at her and walks off to go and call their sister.)

Later that night.

(Maggie's getting ready for bed as Mickey's on the phone with work.)

Mickey: No. I'm at home with my wife and daughter. Whatever it is you think is important can wait until tomorrow.

(Then he hangs up with them and walks off towards their bedroom.)

In Maggie and Mickey's bedroom.

(Mickey walks in and closes the door behind him.)

Maggie: What they want?
Mickey: To go in and talk to a potential client.
Maggie: Are you?
Mickey: No. It's ten o'clock babe. I'm not going into work.
Maggie: Okay good.
Mickey: You okay?
Maggie: No.
Mickey: What's wrong?

(Maggie looks at him.)

Maggie: I'm scared Mickey.

(He walks over to her. )

Mickey: Kincaid!
Maggie: Yeah. Given half the chance Mickey he could try and destroy our marriage.
Mickey: He's been trying.
Maggie: I know.
Mickey: You wanna take Hayley and go to Raven?

(Maggie looks at him and then looks off annoyed.)

Maggie: I hate having to uprooting you and Hayley. I do.
Mickey: Hey hey. Yours and Hayley's safety is more important to me.
Maggie: I know that.
Mickey: What you wanna do?
Maggie: I'll call Raven tomorrow and see if she'll come down.
Mickey: Okay. We're gonna do everything we can to keep you safe.
Maggie: I know that. I love you so much.
Mickey: I love you too.

(She kisses him then pulls away from him as he hugs her then pulls away from her.)

Maggie: Hold me.
Mickey: Of course.

(They both finish getting ready for bed.)

A couple of hours later.

(Both Maggie and Mickey are both asleep for the night. While their sleeping Maggie's leaned up against her husband sleeping as her phone goes off. But they both ignore it and continue to sleep. Through out the night
Maggie's phone continues to go off. But she remains asleep.)

The following morning.

At the hall of justice.

In their parking garage.

(Maggie's walking towards the elevator. While walking towards the elevator she hears something behind her and quickly starts walking faster when she gets to the elevator she goes to push the button on it as someone grabs her getting her to scream out but no one hears her. They quickly get her to the ground and quickly turn her over and she's trying to get them off of her but their too strong for her and their tearing at her shirt and manage to get it open and she continues to scream and no one is hearing her. Until someone finally does hear her screaming for help and rush into the parking garage and over to them as they get to them they tackle him to the ground and quickly start beating on his face. While her savor is beating the hell out of her attacker Maggie sits up and leans against the pillar then he stops when he realizes her attacker is knocked unconscious. Then he looks at Maggie who can see his face as four other people come running in and over to her.)

Woman: Maggie!

(She looks over at her and sees who it is and smiles at her.)

Maggie: Olivia!
Olivia: Hey.

(As she gets to her she hangs onto her as Olivia looks at her friends.)

Maggie: He.
Olivia: What?
Maggie: He was trying to or was raping me.

(They all look at her and then down at the person who was doing it and her savor goes to beat on him again but someone stops him.)

Robbie: Jill call Sidney right now.

(She quickly pulls her phone out and calls her as Robbie looks down at him.)

Olivia: Trev you okay?
Trevor: I think i might of broken my hand.
Robbie: Guys.
Kirby: What?
Robbie: It's Kincaid.

(They look down at him as Trevor stands up and kicks him in the ribs as Sidney pulls up with Mark and she rushes over to her sister.)

Sidney: Maggie!

(She looks at her as she gets to her and she quickly hangs onto her as Olivia rushes over to Trevor and looks his hand.)

Kirby: Is it broken?
Olivia: I won't know until we get him to a hospital.
Trevor: Man.
Mark: You guys okay?
Trevor: Yeah.
Mark: Okay good. Ambulance is on the way.
Jill: Okay.

(Mark smiles at her as he looks at his future sister in law badly beaten with her clothes torn.)

Mark: She's lucky you guys showed up when you did.
Robbie: Not by much.
Mark: What?
Olivia: She told me Kirby and Jill that he raped her.

(Mark looks at them as Sidney looks up at them as Maggie's leaned into her sister trying to keep it together.)

Mark: Shit.

(Mark grabs out his phone and calls someone.)

Minutes later.

At the hospital.

(Maggie's in a room getting looked at by a doctor and having a rape kit done on her. As Mickey runs into the hospital with Cisco and Lorna right behind him.)

Mickey: Maggie!

(Mark looks up at him and then rushes over to him.)

Mark: She's being looked over by a doctor.
Mickey: What the hell happened?
Mark: Kincaid attacked her in the parking garage of her office.
Mickey: What?
Mark: She says he raped her.

(Mickey looks at him and then looks off pissed as hell for what Kincaid did to his wife.)

Mickey: Where is she?
Mark: She's in the room down the hallway.

(He nods his head at him as he runs off to go and be with his wife.)

Sidney: Mark!

(Mark turns and looks at her as he continues to think about the hell Louisa went through and wants to kill Kincaid for putting someone else he cares about through this nightmare.)

Sidney: Hey.
Mark: If Trevor hadn't of beaten the hell out of him Sid. I fucken would of.
Sidney: Baby.

(She looks at him and realizes he's thinking about Louisa.)

Sidney: You're thinking about Louisa?
Mark: Yeah. Not the way you're thinking but.
Sidney: I know that.
Mark: Okay.
Sidney: Mark!
Mark: When it comes around to men or women being raped Sid. I feel fucken useless.

(Sidney looks at him and then looks off.)

Sidney: You do realize this isn't your fault.
Mark: I know that. But we all knew how desperate Kincaid was getting as far as Maggie goes.
Sidney: Yeah.
Mark: I just.
Sidney: Hey.
Mark: I know.

(She smiles at him as he hugs her getting her to smile at him.)

In the room with Maggie.

(Mickey rushes in and over to her.)

Mickey: Hey.
Maggie: Hey.
Mickey: What happened?
Maggie: I was on my way to the elevator when I was attacked from behind and forced to the.

(Mickey looks at her and knows she's not ready to talk about it and stops her.)

Mickey: Hey hey. Don't force yourself if you can't say anything.

(She nods her head at him as she leans into him and the doctor comes in to see them.)

Doctor: Maggie!

(She looks up at her.)

Maggie: Hannah!
Hannah: Hey. What happened?
Maggie: Mark Kincaid attacked me in the parking garage of where I work.
Hannah: Oh my god.
Maggie: Yeah had it not been for Trevor and the others. I don't even wanna imagine what he would of done to me.
Hannah: I'm sorry.
Maggie: Not as sorry as he is after Trevor beat the hell out of him.
Hannah: I hear ya. You get a rape kit done?
Maggie: Yeah.
Hannah: Okay.

(She continues to talk to her when a police detective shows up to talk to her and Mickey quickly stiffens up when he sees who the cop is.)

Mickey: Yeah this case won't ever solved.

(Maggie hearing that looks at him and then over to the door.)

Maggie: Play nice.
Mickey: I will if e does.
Maggie: Mickey please.

(He looks at her and nods his head as he kisses hers then pulls away from it.)

Langford: Maggie McPherson!
Maggie: Yeah.
Langford: I was hoping you could tell me In your own wards what happened?

(She looks at him and goes to try and explain things when they hear something out in the hallway and he rushes out of the room.)

Mark: What the hell is going on out here?
Trevor: Their trying to arrest me when. Kincaid is the one who raped Maggie McPherson.

(Mark looks at the officer in question and laughs off the annoyance.)

Mark: Did you tell them to do this?
Langford: No. Back the hell up.

(The officer backs up then Mark realizes who it is.)

Mark: I know this tool.
Sidney: How?
Mark: He works at Kincaid's precinct.

(They all look at him and laughs off the shock.)

Officer: I.
Mark: You're the one who sent Kincaid after Maggie aren't you?
Officer: No. All he did was ask for her address to her home and I gave it to him.
Langford: You gave Detective Kincaid the home address of the LA county Deputy District Attorney.
Officer: I didn't know. I'm new here.
Mark: How new?
Officer: I'm straight out of the police academy. I've only been on the force for two months.

(Mark looks at him.)

Mark: Now he's got a rookie doing his dirty work?
Langford: Seems like it.
Officer: He told me that McPherson was his girlfriend.

(Mark looks at him and then to Langford.)

Langford: McPherson is married.
Officer: Oh.
Mark: What else did he tell you?
Officer: Well he told me she was married. And that she was leaving her husband to be with him.

(Mark looks at him and then down the hallway.)

Sidney: What?
Mark: Kincaid told this officer that Maggie was thinking about leaving Mickey.

(Sidney looks at him and then at the officer.)

Mark: She ever tell you that?
Sidney: She said they'd been having problems. But she never said anything about leaving him.

(Mark nods his head at her.)

Sidney: Mark if he's telling him. something like that.
Mark: What?
Sidney: What else is he willing to lie about?
Mark: I don't know.

(He walks off towards Maggie's room.)

Mickey: Hey.
Maggie: I hate him.
Mickey: I know.

(She smiles at him only to stop when her lip starts hurting.)

Maggie: I just want him to leave us alone.
Mickey: Yeah baby I know.
Mark: Maggie!
Maggie: Yeah.
Mark: I have a question to ask you.
Maggie: What?
Mark: We're planning on leaving Mickey?

(Maggie looks at him confused.)

Maggie: No. Why?
Mark: Because that's what that officer out there said.
Maggie: I. Never said I was leaving my husband.
Mark: Okay okay. I was just asking.
Mickey: Why?
Mark: The officer me and Langford were talking to the officer out there and he said Kincaid had convinced him to give him your guys address.
Maggie: What?
Mark: He had told the officer that you were his girlfriend. And that you were leaving Mickey for him.

(They both look at him and then look off.)

Maggie: I'd never Mickey at least not for the man who had been one of the reasons why My sister was being tormented by Roman Bridger.
Mark: Okay. Well I get the feeling he's gonna keep lying his ass off about you two.
Maggie: I love my husband.
Mark: I know you do.
Solbal: Mark!
Mark: Yeah.
Solbal: Kincaid wants to talk to Maggie.
Maggie: Noway in hell.

(They look at her and then down the wallway.)

Mark: You heard her.
Solbal: I did. Okay.

(She walks off to go talk to Kincaid. As Hannah walks back in with her discharge papers.)

Hannah: Here you go.
Maggie: Thank you.

(She smiles at her as Jill walks in with a change of clothes for her.)

Jill: Here you go.
Maggie: Thank you.
Jill: You're welcome. I'm glad you're okay.
Maggie: Thanks.
Jill: You're welcome.

(Then she turns and walks out of the room.)

Mickey: I'll be outside okay.
Maggie: Okay.

(He smiles at her as he kisses her head then pulls away from it.)

Mickey: I love you.
Maggie: I love you too.

(He turns and walks out of the room so she can get dressed.)

Minutes later.

(Maggie walks out of the room and over to her family.)

Maggie: Hey.
Mickey: Hey. You ready to go?
Maggie: Yeah. I am.
Solbal: Maggie!

(She turns and looks at her.)

Maggie: Let me guess.
Sobal: He's not dropping it.
Mark: If it will shut him up Mag's.
Maggie: Okay fine. Come with me.
Mickey: Yeah.

(They both walk off towards his room. As they get there Mickey stops short of the door and she walks into the room getting him to turn and look at her.)

Kincaid: Hey.
Maggie: Hi. What the hell do you want?
Kincaid: I've told you what I want.
Maggie: And I've are ready told you. Never going to happen. Doesn't matter what you do.
Kincaid: Oh come on Maggie. We all know you enjoyed it.
Maggie: You really think I enjoyed you forcing yourself onto me?
Kincaid: Yeah.
Maggie: Well I didn't. I've told you time and time again. I'm in love with my husband. I'm in love with Mickey.
Kincaid: Not what you were saying earlier.
Maggie: Why the hell would I enjoy having sex with a man who has been stalking me. Showing up to my work. Followed me home from work. Assaulting me in the parking garage of where I work. Please tell me Kincaid why the hell would I ever leave my husband for the likes of you?

(He looks at her and laughs off the shock. Then she turns to walk out of the room as he says something getting her to turn and look at him.)

Maggie: What you just say?
Kincaid: I Asked how would you feel if you were to find out one of your sisters isn't as protected as you might think?

(Maggie looks at him and knows he's bluffing given how she just talked Raven twenty minutes ago.)

Maggie: So your not getting your way. So you're gonna threaten the life of my sisters is that it?

(He laughs.)

Kincaid: Well then give me what I want. I want you and nothing happens to your sisters.
Maggie: You know I've dealt with people like you for years and not once have I had someone threaten my sister's in order to get what he wants.
Kincaid: Well if the threat towards your sisters isn't working. I wonder how Mark would feel if his ex went missing and the samething ended up happening to her again.

(Maggie looks at him and then back at Mark whose on the phone with his ex and she says she's fine.)

Maggie: You're unbelievable.
Kincaid: What?
Maggie: You can't have my sister back or have me. So you and try to threaten to do something to them. And when that doesn't work. You threaten to go after Mark's ex.
Kincaid: Yeah well. Maggie one of these days he's gonna screw up and your gonna end up leaving him.
Maggie: Even so. I'd never turn to you for comfort. Not after what you did to me.

(Then she turns and walks out as he starts screaming for her but she continues to walk away from him and back to her husband who smiles at her and plans on helping her try and get passed what Kincaid had done to her.

Three weeks later.

In New Jersey.

At the Cruz residence.

(Mark walks up to the house and knocks on it. As he's waiting for the door to open he can't help but feel useless as far as Maggie goes due to what Kincaid to her and they all know Kincaid is never going to give up on wanting to be with Maggie she's holding strong now. But it's only a matter time until Kincaid tries again. With the last three weeks Maggie's been having nightmares of her attack and has even begin to push Mickey away and it's making Mickey wonder if they're marriage will survive this. He can only hope.)

Mark: Fucken Kincaid.

(Then the door opens and the woman he hasn't seen since their break up eleven years ago.)

Mark: Hi.
Louisa: Hi.
Mark: Long time no see.

(She laughs at him as she walks out of the house and closes the door behind her.)

Louisa: Yeah. How are?
Mark: Hanging on by a thread.
Louisa: Uh-oh.
Mark: Yeah. She's been having nightmares. And I can see the toll it's taking on them.
Louisa: Kincaid!
Mark: Getting ready to go on trail for her assault.
Louisa: Good to hear.
Mark: I came here to ask you a favor.

(She looks at him and laughs.)

Louisa: I haven't seen you since we broke up and you moved back to California.
Mark: Actually i had moved to Gotham. Joined up with Crow Security.
Louisa: Oh.
Mark: How you doing?
Louisa: I've been trying to live my life the best way I can. Try not to remember what happened to me.
Mark: Sorry.
Louisa: It's fine.
Mark: I know it's been awhile since we last saw each other. But.
Louisa: Mark!
Mark: I'm not gonna force you into doing something you don't want too. God knows it's hard for me to talk about what happened to me.
Louisa: That's always the hard part.
Mark: We can always move on. But one thing always sticks with you.
Louisa: Yeah.
Mark: Anyway.
Louisa: Have you told anyone what happened to me?
Mark: No.
Louisa: Why not?
Mark: Figured you didn't want them to know.
Louisa: Well that's good to know.
Mark: I knew it wasn't my secret to tell.
Louisa: Mark it happened while we were together.
Mark: I know.
Louisa: Although I'm really grateful you didn't.
Mark: I never would of told anyone that secret.
Louisa: I know that.
Mark: Okay.
Louisa: So did you ever tell anyone how we saw each other again?

(Maek looks at her and laughs.)

Mark: What me saving your pretty ass from a giant man eatting Snake.

(Louisa looks at him and laughs.)

Louisa: Now wait a minute.
Mark: Or was it your naked pretty little ass?

(She looks at him and then looks off blushing.)

Louisa: Oh my god.
Mark: I'm sure he wouldn't of been to happy with what you two were thinking about doing in those woods.

(She looks off laughing.)

Louisa: You're an asshole.
Mark: I know.
Louisa: Leave it to you to make a joke like that.
Mark: I'm sorry.
Louisa: No your not.
Mark: No I really am.
Louisa: Okay.
Mark: How's Kelly doing?
Louisa: She's good. She got her eye sight back.
Mark: Oh wow. She still with her parents?

(Louisa smiles at him.)

Louisa: She's actually off at college. She comes home during holidays.
Mark: That's good to hear.
Louisa: It is.
Mark: Where she going to school?
Louisa: NYU Law.
Mark: Oh my god. Another professional lair. We're screwed.

(Louisa looks at him and starts beating on him getting him to laugh at her. He's able to grab her and she looks at him.)

Louisa: You're still an asshole.
Mark: I know.
Man: Louisa!

(She looks over at him and backs away from Mark who heard the voice and turned to look at him. Seeing his face. Mark turned and looked at his ex.)

Mark: I thought this jackass was dead.
Louisa: He was. Or so we all thought.
Mark: What?
Louisa: The snake missed him.

(Mark looks at him again and punches him sending him over then he walks over to him as he stands up and goes to take a swing at Mark. But he's quicker and puts his gun to his chin.)

Mark: Ever break her heart again. And I'll make you wish the snake had eaten you.

(Then he shoves him back as he walks off.)

Man: Okay it's clear he still doesn't like me.
Louisa: Gee I can't seem to figure out why.

(He looks at her and laughs as she walks back into the house. He follows her in and they both head to the bedroom where they start arguing and he back hands her sending her onto the bed and he quickly goes after her and tries to pull what Kincaid did to Maggie only unlike with Maggie while Louisa's screaming Mark had rushed back into the house and over to the bedroom as he got there he quickly kicked the door open and rushed in grabbing him off of Louisa and punched him sending over.)

Mark: You really think you're a man when you try and rape your girlfriend Adrian?

(He gets up and charges Mark sending them both out into the Livingroom sending them both to the ground and he starts beating on him as Louisa remains on her bed trying not to lose it.)

Out in the livingroom.

(Adrian still beating on Mark as he's finally able to grab something as the front door flies open getting him to look up and they shoot him in the head sending him backwards. As he goes back Mark turns to see who it is and laughs at him.)

Mack: Reagan!
Danny: You are right?
Mark: Peachie.

(He gets up and runs off into Louisa's room.)

Mark: Louisa!

(She looks up at him as he runs in and she gets up.)

Louisa: Mark!

(He walks over to her as she quickly hugs him.)

Mark: You're okay.
Louisa: I know.

(He pulls away from her as she looks at the people in the doorway.)

Mark: New York's finest.

(She laughs at him as they walk out of the room.)

Mark: Where's Tito?
Louisa: Adrian lied to the police and said he had punched him and pressed charges.

(Mark nods his head at her.)

Mark: Well with him dead those charges aren't there anymore.
Louisa: I sure hope so.

(They walk out of the house.)

The following day.

Back in Los Angeles.

At Sidney's cottage.

In the livingroom.

(Sidney's sitting down on the couch as the front door opens and she looks up at Mark.)

Sidney: Oh my god.
Mark: I'm okay.
Sidney: What the hell happened?
Louisa: My boyfriend from before Mark turned up alive and well.
Sidney: Adrian is alive?
Mark: Was.
Sidney: Was?
Mark: Danny and his partner showed up and shot him in the head.
Sidney: You get checked out?
Mark: Yeah. Danny's wife looked me and her over.
Sidney: Okay. What's going on?
Louisa: Mark came to see me. And to see if I could talk to your sister about what had happened to her.
Sidney: Know what she's going through?
Louisa: I do. Don't get mad at Mark he never wanted to tell anyone about what had happened to me.
Sidney: I won't be mad. I'm sure whatever it is he hasn't told me there's a reason for that.
Louisa: There is and I'm grateful he hasn't said anything.
Sidney: Whatever happened to you isn't any of my business.
Louisa: I know.
Mark: You mind if she stays here with us?
Sidney: No of course not.
Mark: Okay.
Sidney: Where's?
Louisa: My father passed away acouple of years ago and Adrian lied about my brother punching him and he got arrested.
Sidney: What?
Louisa: We thought because he's dead. Tito would be released but.
Sidney: He's still there.
Louisa: Yeah. Erin said she'd try and get the charges dropped but. She's not making any promises.
Sidney: I'm sorry.
Louisa: It's okay. He's dead and I feel safe.
Mark: Babe he tried to rape her.

(Sidney looks at him and then to her.)

Sidney: Now I am glad he's dead.
Mark: Yeah.
Sidney: You got any change of clothes?
Louisa: Yeah.
Sidney: I'll show her to the guest bedroom.
Mark: Okay.

(She kisses him then pulls away from him as someone walks into the house and sees Mark there.)

Mark: Hey Kirby.
Kirby: Hey. Whose this?
Mark: This is my ex girlfriend Louisa Cruz.

(Kirby walks over to her and shakes her hand.)

Kirby: Hi.
Louisa: Hi.
Kirby: Mark talks about you a lot.
Louisa: All lies I'm sure?
Kirby: No all good. He just never said you were so hot.

(Mark looks at her along with Sidney who looks off laughing at the blush coming across her face.)

Mark: Oh my god.

(Their still laughing as his phone goes off. He grabs it out to see who it is and he answers it.)

Mark: Hey Erin what's up?

(Louisa turns and looks at him.)

Erin: Hey. I just talked to the DA'S office in Louisa's hometown and he said that even with Adrian dead.
Mark: Tito's gonna be still in jail.
Erin: I'm sorry Mark.
Mark: No it's fine.
Erin: I can tell it's not.
Mark: It's not.
Erin: We'll keep looking into it.
Mark: Okay. Thank you Erin.
Erin: You're welcome.

(Then he hangs up with her and looks at his ex.)

Louisa: What?
Mark: Even Adrian is dead.
Louisa: No. Mark.
Mark: New Jersey DA'S office isn't dropping the charges against your brother.
