Chapter 1: The Day We Met

Chapter Text

"Are you sure?!" "Yes.... I've been waiting for this day to come..." "But Queen-" "You are the maid, do your job, that is all I ask..." "Yes madam' I am at your service, Queen....."

~5 years before~

"Hey, are u ready for our date M' lady'?" Holding out his hand. "Why, yes I am Darling." Taking his hand, we soon walked into the restaurant. One of the finest around. Everything was perfect, the food was delicious, everything was cleaned and shiny, and the best part was that every time you go, it feels like a whole new experience.

"How did you manage to get reservations at this place?" I asked while he pulled out my chair for me to sit.

"I have my ways" Putting a smile on his face. "I will do whatever you want, whenever you want, and have the finest places serve you, and only for you."

"That flatters me. You do know that you don't have to do that right?"

"Yes, I know, but my love for you will only grow." As he sits down and signals the waiter to get some water.

--------------------

He never new that his love language was through gifts. It was always his reaction that made me laugh when ever I would mention it.

--------------------

"Why Thank you. This is lovely! Oh but I will tell you now... Giving gifts, as well, is my love language!" Putting on a smile, hoping he wouldn't notice the "as well" part.

Knowing that was a lie, she always loved to talk, she would talk about anything, but lied so the love of her life would truly love her back, she was willing to change...

The waiter came and put water on the table. He took a sip and said, "I'm glad about that. We now have one more thing we have in common."

"I would love to get to know you more before we get married..."
