Summary
Against his will, Castiel Novak is committed by his brother Jimmy to the Keen Skye Psychiatric Care, run by the extremely corrupt Dr. Simmons and staffed with a majority of deviant, abusive caregivers. There he meets his new roommate, Dean Winchester, a long-term patient in the facility who's just happy to have a friend. But Dean's survival methods and his own abuse at the hands of his psychiatrist have Castiel questioning if this is truly the place that will get him the help he seemingly so desperately needs.
A Destiel AU where Dean isn't a hunter and Cas isn't an angel (and the mental health facility in question is pretty much evil).
