I never knew one ice cream can cause a whole disaster. Trust me, if I did, then I would have never considered coming....
At the time when Adrien invited me to go to the movies with Kagami and Luka, of course I was happy when Adrien personally invited me in class, how could I ever say no to him, afterall?
See, I already planned it all out, a perfect night with Adrien at the movies, imagine how romantic it would be to watch a movie together, walking to the theaters at nightime. Picturing a perfect night, with Adrien and I holding hands would be the perfect plan on paper.
It was already nightime, and me, Kagami, Adrien and Luka were walking to the movie theaters. On the bridge, we stopped to see a familiar face. Andre, the well-known ice cream man around paris.
He waved, "Hello, would you like some ice cream today? Would Luka and Marinette like to share some icecream, or how about Adrien and Kagami." He said in a joyous tone.
Adrien looked behind at us nodding and smirking, "Would you guys like some ice cream before the movie starts? I could pay for all of us."
Kagami looked down at her feet, "Adrien, you know you don't have to do something so kind for us.... I can pay myself."
Luka turned to me and said, "How about I pay for Marinette and Adrien, you can pay for yourself and Kagami."
"Sure!" I told Luka, "No problem with that at all...." I felt a weird feeling. I guess Andre already saw how Adrien and Kagami would be a better match, considering how he thought they should share the ice cream. Then, Andre smiled. "I will make this icecream magic possible. First, Luka and Marinette."
" One scoop of orange ice cream for the doubt and sourness inside of you two. But once you see how great you two can be, your doubts will be completely gone!" He put one scoop on the ice cream and then he said, "One scoop of strawberry for the sweet side of both of you. Sharing all these good moments will reliaze the magic you have inside of both of you!"
He placed the strawberry scoop. Luka nodded and said, "Thank you," and before eating and sitting on the bench, Luka paid as he promised. We sat down, enjoying the ice cream flavors.
Then, Andre turned to Kagami and Adrien. I was for sure curious on what Andre thought of them, so I listened and watched while we ate. "Now you two, Adrien and Kagami, I will give one scoop of lemon ice cream for the sunshine in both of you. Both of you share something in common, you want to make others happy! but truly, both of you want to make eachother happy." Andre placed their lemon scoop.
"Another scoop of grape for what brings you together, both of you are complete oppisites." He paused when Kagami and Adrien smiled at each other, then continuing with, "Both of you will learn to listen to eachother and have fun. This is the magic between you two!"
"Thanks, Andre." Kagami grabbed the ice cream, and both of them joined us.
Once both of them settled, they both also shared their scoop of ice cream. Kagami looked at me, with a darker tone. "You and Luka seem to be the perfect match." Kagami started, "Why did you two breakup?"
Luka turned to me sighing, and I felt pressured to answer. I put the spoon in the ice cream, shrugging, "Well, uh, that's a different story! Right now, let's just enjoy our ice cream. In fact, me and Adri- I mean Luka, is perfect for me. Completly perfect, too perfect that I never broke up with him and.... because... I love him!" He stared at me, he looked shocked.
I totally messed that up..... "Marinette," Luka said, "Then... if you really do, It's just important to know for our future, why did you break up with me? Did you change your mind? If I did something wrong, I'll do my best to change it." I messed up, messed up, messed up... He thinks I meant what I just said..
Well, it's too late to lie now. I'd break his heart, and embarrass him! "I'm glad you two are together. You guys really a great couple," Adrien says, "Kagami's right"
Luka nodded and gave a small hug, "Well... do you wanna go on a date tommorow as well? I was thinking well, if we are back together, we should know eachother better."
... A date? "I-I of course! I totally agree with everything you justttt said, and in fact, your plan is so perfect, we need to do it. Super awesome and perfect. So we need to have a date tommorow! It is totally awesome that we are gonna have one...."
"Well then, I think we should go watch the movie now. We can discuss the date... well, tommorow, alright? Let's go to the movie now."
