By the time Izana regained his awareness of what was happening around him, it was too late. He got shot several times, by Kisaki. The moment he was falling to the ground, Kakucho grabbed him and fell with him. He got also shot, in his shoulder.
"Kakucho..? I-...It's too late for me, right?" His voice were so quiet and calm, even if he was dying right now.
"Izana, I-"
"Izana!" That were Mikey's voice. Izana looked to the right and saw his little brother, running to him. After their little "battle", Mikey needed to go a bit far from brother. That's why he ran to him now "I-Izana, please.." Izana found next to him Draken
"Mikey.. it will be okay. Just... don't think about me as a.... bad person, okay?" His voice were shaking, like his hand that Kakucho hold, while his vision vere blanking.
He knew that he will die soon.
He wasn't prepared for that now.
But he knew that he will die any time, any day, any month, any year.
He took one deep breath, but moments after that he began to cough up blood.
"I'm going to fucking kill him!" Mikey wanted to stood and go to Kisaki, but he couldn't when Draken wrapped his hands around him.
"Mikey! Don't be like him, it's his fault that.... happen, but you don't want to be like him, don't you?" Mikey looked at Draken and his eyes started to become glossy, tears build in his eyes.
He didn't wanted to be like Kisaki.
"Draken is right." Izana's barely audible voice rang out again "Don't be like him." A little smile appeared on his face.
Mikey hid in Draken's arms and cried out, he didn't hide it. It was the first and last time that Toman could see their leader in tears and despair. Draken just wrapped his arms around him, and hide face in his hair.
"Izana?"
He looked at Kakucho and smiled a bit, again. That broke Kakucho's heart.
"Yes?"
"Not now, maybe in next life we will get a chance, but-"
"I know what you want to say... but don't- don't said that loud..." Izana's voice shuttered, but he felt a little happy in that moment. Izana looked at Mikey, he were still crying in Draken's shoulder but Izana just said "Don't forget about me so fast" Mikey just looked at him and with tears in his eyes, with little hiccups, he smiled a little.
"I promise, I won't f-forget about you." Mikey's voice cracked so badly and that broke Draken's heart.
"You too, K-Kakucho..."
"I promise.."
And at the end of his sentence, Izana look up at the sky. The last few breaths left from him, he coughs up blood and his eyes shut forever.
It was the end of eight generation Black Dragon leader, Kurokawa Izana.
But it was a kindling to a new era, a new gang.
