Mary asked “ are you still having that dream Ryan?
Ryan replied “yes, every night, this woman appears and she always tells me that we know each other and that I should find my way back to her“
Ryan stared at the ceiling as the time ticked away, hearing Mary scribble notes in her notebook. The alarm goes off and Ryan sits up
Mary: Well, if she keeps popping up in your dreams, maybe you do know her from your past?......it's the end of our session.
Ryan schedules her next session with Dr Hamilton.
As she was walking out the door, a woman walked in but her face was covered with a mask.
She winks at Ryan and walks past her into another office. Ryan was intrigued, "who was that woman?" She thought to herself.
“Sophie you can’t blow your cover “ Luke said in her ear piece
Sophie replied, “will you relax she doesn’t even know me“
Luke leans back in his chair, “that was close call Soph. Just because she doesn’t know you, doesn’t mean she doesn’t know your face“
Sophie walks towards her desk, throwing her coat on the rack on the way
Sophie: Listen Luke, trust me I got this. I mean you were the one who got me in this position to begin with, appearing in people's dreams? People we know and people we don't. That's a risky concept in itself
Luke smiled and replied, “we only do this to connect people with their loved ones from the past or strangers they haven’t met yet. No harm done“
Sophie sits down in her chair, “Let’s hope it goes no further“
She cracks her fingers, opens her laptop and logs in.
Sophie: Are you there Luke?
She hears silence for a few seconds before Luke answers.
Luke: Yes I’m here Mary just came in
Sophie: Mary, can you fill us in on what Ryan told you?
Mary: No Sophie that’s not part of my job description, but the good thing is she still doesn’t know you or what you look like, so we're still good for now
Sophie shrugs her shoulders, ''Well that’s good to know. Do we have any other clients I can look into?"
Luke sends her some folders over whilst Mary returns to her office, she has another appointment in 10 minutes.
