This will be the first night Ryan and Sophie will be sleeping in separate bed since they made it official. For the past six months they have been taking turns sleeping between the loft and Sophie apartment. But After 24hrs of a hectic mission they both decided they need a night in their own beds to just relax and sleep.
Sophie situated herself in a comfortable spot on her coach with a wine glass place on the coffee table as she skips through her Netflix account to find a movie to watch. Her phone started to buzz but She hesitated a little before reaching for it because she knows it wasn’t Ryan because she stays with her until she falls asleep.
She looks at the screen and make a deep sigh when she realized it was Kate Kane Texting her
Kate: Hey Soph! I Cannot stop thinking about you and how things might have been only if I had stay in Gotham for you…. I really miss you soph! and I decided to stop my search to head back to Gotham. Hope I get to see you soon
Kate: I love you!
Sophie read the messages and rolled her eyes and place her phone back on the coffee table and then put on the Tv show Big Bang theory because she couldn’t sleep, and it wasn’t her type of show so she knows it would put her to bed quick. 20 minutes later she falls asleep on the coach with the blanket that has Ryan scent all over it.
Sophie wakes up with the sun shining on her face through the open blinds. “Ugh I thought I closed those last night” she said as she’s trying to raise her body from the coach. A sudden Sharpe pain hit in her in the back “DAMN”!! Why had I slept here!? She took her time and headed to the kitchen to turn on her coffee maker while she takes a shower.
Getting out the shower she grabs her to phone to message Ryan but instead she was greeted by a text from Ryan
Ryan: Morning babe, I really miss being in your arms this morning, but I hope you slept well.
Sophie smiles while she about to reply to Ryan.
Sophie: Morning Beautiful... aww I miss you being in my arms too and hope this doesn’t happen often because I can’t manage not waking up next to you.
Ryan: No, it won’t be
Sophie: you promise
Ryan: I promise babe😉
Ryan: The team is meeting in the Batcave in 20 Minutes for an urgent discussion!
Sophie: Ok I am on my way.
Everybody sits in Batcave talking and laughing while waiting on Sophie to arrive.
Mary: Hey Ryan! How was your first night without Sophie beside you?
Luke looks at them uncomfortably and said OK this conversation is not for me as he gets up from around the computers. “Just let me know when Sophie arrived so we can discuss the mission”
Both ladies look at him and laugh.
Ryan: Well, she stays and cuddle with me until I fall asleep so the only issue, I had was waking up to an empty side of the bed.
Mary: aww!! I am sure Sophie misses that as well!
Ryan: Yes, she does.
The elevator door pops open as Sophie walk out looking marvelous as usually. Sophie was walking in slow motion for Ryan because was all caught up in her thoughts….
Damn how lucky I am to have the most wonderful, caring, understanding and the most beautiful girlfriend in this world. Omg she will be the death of me
Sophie walks over place her hand around Ryan waist while Ryan places her hand around Sophie neck, they both lean into a kiss, Ryan Whispered. “I miss you” they kiss again, and Sophie whispered. “I miss to you too” as they about to kiss for the third time.
Mary Shout out “Guys!!! I’m still right here”. Sophie laughs and say Morning Mary!
Mary: I know you guys misses each other but we are here to discuss the current situation in Gotham so imma call Luke to get his ass back in here!
Ryan: Right! Right!
Sophie: Before we start, I have something to say as she looks at Ryan.
Luke: What! Can that wait until we are finish?
Sophie: Not really as she continues to stare at Ryan.
Ryan: What is it, Babe? As Ryan look up at Sophie
Sophie: umm!! I got a text from Kate last night.
Ryan: Why? With an attitude
Ryan gets caught in her thoughts. One night I decided to spend away from her, and the Ms. Kate decided to text my woman phone. What could she possibly want from Sophie, to get back together? To confess her love to her…. What?
Sophie: Rolled her eyes, she says she is coming back to Gotham soon.
Ryan heart started to beat a little faster that usually.
Ryan: So, if she is coming back to Gotham why do she feel the need to text you and let you know? She has Mary or Luke to let know but didn’t, but she texted you…. why you?
Sophie: I don’t Know Ryan!
Ryan: How can you not know Sophie!! You are the one she texted so she must have stated why she is coming back as Ryan look angry at Sophie.
Sophie Moved closer to Ryan and hold her hands as she said Babe it Doesn’t matter why she is coming back all I want you to know is that I am with you, and I only want you!!
Luke: Ok what exactly did she says in the Message as he look at both women. Did she find Bruce?
Sophie: Ummm!! Not exactly as She looks at Ryan then turn to Luke giving Luke those why would you ask that eye.
Ryan: Sophie!! He asks a question. Are you going to answer?
Sophie reaches for her phone in her back pocket open it and then started to read.

Ryan: SO, she loves you and want to see you when she gets back to Gotham, and you decided to omit those details because???
Sophie: Because it is irrelevant to me.
Ryan: Ok I see! With a very anger tone.
Luke and Mary Look at each and decided that conversation need only two person and that was Ryan and Sophie. They grab their stuffs and say we are going to get some coffee we will be back soon
Both ladies responded OK.
Sophie: Babe can you talk to me?
Ryan: There is nothing to talk about …Sophie.
Sophie: Babe we been down this road already and I told you when it comes to you, I will always choose you.
She is still in love with you Soph! Ryan says with tears in her eyes.
Ryan that does not matter to me because I am completely, spectacularly, and passionately in love with you. In my eyes, there is no way you are anything less that drop dead gorgeous. They said that love hurts, but from the moment that I fell in love with you, I have only felt Happiness said Sophie as she wipes the tears from Ryan face.
Ryan: I love you too…But I don’t like that she is still in love with you
Sophie sits down in one of the computer chairs and pull Ryan by her waist so she can sit in her lap. Ryan buries her face in Sophie neck while they sit there quietly for 5 minutes. Sophie kissed Ryan Temple and whispered “I love you and Nothing will changes that”
Before Ryan could reply to Sophie, the elevator door pop open with Kate Looking at them Shockingly.
