The last thing Juliette needs after getting her heart broken is having to put up with her parents.
She is driving around Savannah. Going to Ben crosses her mind, but she is afraid. Afraid he'll have the same reaction as Calliope when she tells him what's going on.
No Cal. No Ben. No Parents. Definitely no Elinor. Who is left?
"You can stay here as long as you want to."
That's the first thing Oliver tells Juliette after she pours her pain out.
"Thank you."
"You know. You are not the first vampire falling for a hunter. Still there is something that sets you apart from the other vampires. They became good after falling in love. You are not being good because of love but because that's what you believe in. Don't let go of what you believe in just because you lost your love, Jules."
Oliver places a kiss on Juliette's forehead then he leaves her alone in the living room.
