“Well, well, well. If it isn’t Minato Yukina.”
The cat ear shaped headphones clue Yukina into why she had gotten a personal invitation to this live show. Initially, she hadn’t planned on coming, but since Ako wanted to come because she is a fan of the drummer, Yukina decided to accompany her.
She didn’t expect the unusual girl who offered to produce songs for Roselia and “take them to even greater heights” to be the one behind all of this.
“Enjoy witnessing the birth of the next Girls’ Band Generation.” With her head held high and arms crossed, Chu2 turns around and begins strutting away.
The girl with black and white pigtails doesn’t follow her, instead tilting her head and pointing behind Yukina. “Chu2-sama, the stage entrance is this way.”
The quick patter of Chu2’s sneakers against the floor tiles are accompanied by her friend’s muffled giggles as Chu2 passes Yukina without meeting the older woman’s eyes.
As Yukina watches the two girls turn the corner, a small smile appears on her face. Perhaps she should encourage Ako and Rinko to make friends with this ambitious pair of girls.
