So I’m late to the bandwagon but I’ve been a fan of the original Dishonored since 2012 and I’ve been playing Dishonored 2 (on my third playthrough now.)
I’ve been obsessed with the Outsider for a while and after DOTO came out and me being worried about our Bronze Age whale boy’s fate it spurred me to create my Dishonored OC that I pair with him.
In my world, he goes by the name Michael after being freed since his actual name is unpronounceable due to it being a dead language.
The first OC is named Hannah/Hans Vanberg. They’re non-binary and pansexual. They go by she/they pronouns. She’s from Whitecliff, Gristol and they’re an activist for marine life (they’re a marine biologist). She’s written several books and has been in multiple protests in hopes that it’ll annoy Emily Kaldwin enough to lay off killing whales. (Which she did in-game.)
(In my universe Emily made it to where only sick and old whales are killed.)
They help their sister-in-law manage the orphanage in Whitecliff and live on the top floor of the place in a studio-like apartment. She eventually gained the Outsider’s interest since they both feel the same about whales and he marked her. He’s also interested in how her actions will contribute to history. Hannah doesn’t use a lot of her abilities but she doesn’t ignore them either.
She may or may not have committed eco-terrorism at a whale processing factory.
Eventually, the Outsider and her grew close and they became intimate resulting in their daughter Lillian being conceived. She was a sickly infant but survived.

Description: Mid length orange hair usually kept down. Light tan skin with few freckles. Blue-green eyes. Usually dresses androgynously but will wear dresses. Five feet three inches in height. Lithe torso with toned legs. Scar on her right cheek coming from the corner of her mouth and reaches her cheekbone. Burn scars covering her left arm and parts of her left shoulder and left hip.
