Fubuki, Ryo, and Yusuke have been best friends ever since they were in Duel Academy's middle school division.; They're the top students in their class getting the top grades and highest scores in both academic, athlete, and dueling among their classmates. As a result they're directly placed into Obelisk Blue dorm once they enrolled to Duel Academy's high school division.
Unlike many Obelisk students they're given special white coat to highlight their status as the most respectable top elite honors students among their Obelisk peers and the entire school. Apart from them being highly educated and talented people they're also well adored by the students for their good-looks, slender figure and tall height, especially among the female students to the point their fans created a fan club for them known as the 3 Obelisk Elites. However their are students who envy them for being good in everything and rumors circulating that the three become best friends because of their talent and status but that is not the case at all.
When the three first met in middle school they weren't initially close and were obviously strangers but Fubuki was the one who managed to get them close to each other and he is also the reason the three became best friends forever. Fubuki is the most sociable and friendly among the three who likes to crack jokes, Ryo appears to be more introverted, cold, and distant but if you become closer with him you get to see more of his warmer and friendly side and Yusuke is more awkward and timid among the three but is still pleasant to be around.
Yusuke became depressed after losing his parents but bonding with Fubuki and Ryo has given him a purpose to live to the point he starts to view them as his own family. He and Ryo at times find Fubuki annoying due to the brunette forcing them to do some perverted dares and even becoming a matchmaker when it comes to their love life such as setting them up with one of their fan girls without them knowing much to their dismay. But he is ultimately a helpful nice guy who will selflessly help his friends whenever they're in need without any ulterior motives and that is one of the main reason why he and Ryo liked and became his best friend not because of his talent or beauty. When it comes to Ryo, just like most of his classmates Yusuke initially taught Ryo as a hard to approach type but when he becomes closer with him he realize that both he and Ryo are birds of feather. They're both reserved and sane people among their classmates and are devoted to their studies and dueling, and they both get along well and feel comfortable with each other to the point they will study together at their secret hideout, the rooftop in order to escape from Fubuki's plan.
Now with graduation approaching the trio comes to realize that they actually start to consider each other more than friends and hope to tell each other their true feelings before they leave the island and walk on their separate roads.
Fubuki, Ryo and Yusuke have only one week left for their graduation and tomorrow will be their final class where they will be seated as best friends together for the final time. It was around 5 PM when Fubuki and Yusuke decide to spend more time with Ryo at his room before their final class starts tomorrow. The trio know they have only a week left for graduation and they decide to spend more time together so that they can graduate without any regrets before they walk on their separate roads next week to persuade their career.
They are confident that they will still see each other again and forever remain in touchwoods, but after they graduate they won't get to see each other on daily basis and will only meet on special occasion like during school reunion events or a planned hangout. Fubuki will persuade theatre and multimedia studies at Yale University in USA, Yusuke choose to study bio-technology at Duel University in Domino while Ryo choose to go to Pro league after he graduates.
''Man I can't believe tomorrow is our last class together''. Fubuki said as he sat back on the couch of Ryo's bedroom, ''Time sure has gone fast''. He looked around seeing Yusuke and Ryo seated around the room. Yusuke was sitting with him on the couch while Ryo was sitting on his bed with his legs crossed.
Yusuke sighed ''Indeed it is! I can't believe our graduation duel and exam results will be announced tomorrow, are you guys nervous?
"To be honest I would be lying if I say I wasn't''. Ryo replied frankly.
"Oh come on! You two are so boring can we talk about something else instead of exams, now everything has ended peacefully and I want to make the most out of it instead of worrying about our results''. Fubuki groaned and complained. Among the three he hates when his friends discuss with him about studies.
''You don't seem to be nervous?''. Ryo asked sarcastically as he chuckled a bit.
''Why would I! when I am confident that I would pass with flying colors''. Fubuki hissed
''Come on! Sometimes the results can be unpredictable, I am not confident if I will come first either''. Yusuke stated nonchalantly
''He's right'' Ryo added while totally agreeing to Yusuke.
Fubuki decide to ignore them and start talking about their school days that would make them feel nostalgic.
''Do you guys remember our first time coming to this island as freshman 3 years ago''. Fubuki said trying to change the subject.
''You were a big troublemaker during our 1st day as freshman's'' Yusuke reminded. "You poke fun at Chronos-sensei's appearance for cross-dressing and humiliate him during the welcome dinner.''
''Not to mention me and Yusuke would get into detention because of you''. Ryo added while narrowing his eyes towards Fubuki.
''Well I remember that, back when we were in our 2nd year I created some ruckus during Banner's Alchemy class and we three had to clean the entire classroom before we head back to our dorm''. Fubuki retorted.
''I still remember during our 1st year when Ryo cosplayed as Dark Magician during Duel Monsters Spirit Day, I took a embarrassing photo of him and wanted to sell it to his fan club''. Fubuki said sheepishly and then his borrows furrowed as he glared towards Ryo, ''But what he did was he chased after me for about 1 hour and broke my beautiful expensive camera.
''That's because you're the one who forced me to that to you, I never wanted to do it in the 1st place'' Ryo retorted.
"Every action has a reaction Fubuki''. Yusuke snickered towards him while Ryo nod completely agreeing with Yusuke. ''During our 2nd year you broke the curfew rules and went to the beach to romance with your fan girls, me and Ryo got worried that you showed up late than usual so when we went to pick you up, Principal Samejima caught us and the next day we three spent the whole day at Detention classroom writing 50 copies of worksheet''
''You even lied to Ran Kochou that I am in love with her and tried to set us up as a couple and aid her to become closer to me'' Ryo interjected.
''That happen during our 2nd year and Ryo I still won't forget how you taught Fubuki a harsh lesson by pushing him from the cliff and he fell into the sea water. GOSH! you can be scary at times''. Yusuke said as he laughed briefly while recalling what Ryo did to Fubuki that day.
''Yeah, I lost my patience because I couldn't tolerate with his matchmaker antics anymore and my least favorite memories are Fubuki troubling me and you''. Ryo said and he looked amused when he remembered pushing Fubuki from the cliff.
''After that I never troubled you two''. Fubuki hissed
"But when we came to our 3rd year you would start to trouble Asuka and now she can enjoy her school life peacefully without dealing with your antics''. Yusuke stated while saying the last sentence jokingly.
''I often pity her'' Ryo added jokingly.
''I still remembered when Chronos-sensei wanted to make we three as as idols during our 2nd year, me and Yusuke escaped to red dorm and stayed their for 2 months away from you Bucky''. Ryo stated while smirking.
''Then you challenge Ryo to an entertainment duel, if he wins we can give up being an idol but if you win we have to become idols. Ryo won and then we returned to the blue dorm.'' Yusuke added while giving a smirk.
''You have no idea how boring it was for me, while you guys were staying away from me''. Fubuki shrugged. ''You two are mean! Instead of talking about me being a troublemaker why don't we talk about our good times, like our filed trip to USA during our 1st year''.
''That was awesome, we were sent as the representatives of our class and took part in High School Duel Monsters tournament, we even broke the rules without the staff knowing and went to get Starbucks and then you embarrassed me and Ryo and forced us to take selfies with some American girls''. Yusuke snickered
''We are lucky that we didn't get caught''. Ryo added.
''That was an awesome experience and I am glad I got to meet those cute hot chicks. I wanted to pose with them as models''. Fubuki said in a flirty tone which made Ryo to face palm and Yusuke to sweat drop.
''Even though we will be graduating from next week'' Ryo quickly shot it, ''This won't be the last time we're dealing with Bucky's crazy antics'' Ryo chuckled for a moment before looking out the window. Fubuki immediately leapt to his feat, grabbing a pillow and began to whack the teal haired teen with it, and Yusuke followed him shortly and this would cause the three best friends to engage in a playful pillow fight.
Ryo is normally the serious type but he decide to make the most out of it and play with them before they leave the island next week so that he won't come to regret later.
The next day was the final day of class for the 3rd year seniors. Fubuki, Ryo, and Yusuke sat silently at their desk as they packed their books into their bags for the last time, their gaze occasionally shifting to the crowd of students gathering near the front of the classroom, watching as the Senior Classes final ranks were revealed. The trio then joined with the other students to see their final results which will be displayed in a large TV screen and they looked at it with curiosity. The results are revealed in ascending orders as expected by their classmates Fubuki, Yusuke and Ryo came 1st scoring 1000, they scored full marks in both written and practical exams. Their fellow classmate Seika Kohinata came 2nd place after them much to the surprise of their classmate.
Principal Samejima, standing at the podium before the screen, looked at the three genius elites. ''I would like to congratulate all the graduating 3rd year students who have made it to top 10''. He stated, addressing to all the gathering 3rd year students. ''As expected Fubuki Tenjoin, Yusuke Fujiwara, and Ryo Marufuji have taken the 1st place for the Senior class''. The assembled students applauded, turning to look back at them. The Obelisk Genius trio said nothing to them in reply and simply smiled proudly over their achievement. ''And that gives them the privilege of not only taking part in the Graduation Exhibition duel, but they can choose whoever they want as their final opponents.'' Samejima then paused to allow the three elites to choose their opponents.
Ryo then raised his hand and declared ''I choose to have Judai Yuki as my final opponent.''
Samejima then turned to ask Fubuki and Yusuke whom they will choose.
''Principal I want me, Ryo, and Yusuke to duel against 1st years Judai Yuki, my sister Asuka and Ryo's brother Sho Marufuji in a battle Royal duel as our final duel in this Academy''. Fubuki suggested and both Ryo and Yusuke nod since they find that idea to be nice.
''Then let it be so''. Samejima declared. ''The final match will be Ryo Marufuji, Yusuke Fujiwara, and Fubuki Tenjoin against 1st years Judai Yuki, Asuka Tenjoin, and Sho Marufuji.''
With classes officially over for the 3rd years, the Genius Trio spent their final week packing their belongings and busy building up their deck and strategies for their final duel while trying to make more time with each other before they part ways.
A week later graduation day for the 3rd years took place. Fubuki, Yusuke and Ryo woke up around 5 AM a bit earlier than usual. The trio got dressed in their cleaned Obelisk Blue uniform for their final day as students and even sprayed to much perfume all over their bodies in order to smell good for not just themselves but also for each other.
The entire school gathered at the auditorium for the graduation ceremony of the Senior 3rd year students. The auditorium looks similar to DA classroom but has more than 1000 seats which can accommodate the entire school's population. Samejima asked Chronos to announce the results of the Graduation Duel for the entire school, however the Obelisk headmaster sobbed since he doesn't want to see his favorite students graduate, and the other teachers are forced to drag him, which prompt Samejima to announce the results instead. Everyone except the staffs and 3rd year students are curious to know who came first.
''Well now its time I announce the results of the Graduation Duel in public''. Samejima declared and he then looked at the paper to read out the names.
''Ryo Marufuji''
''Fubuki Tenjoin''
''Yusuke Fujiwara''
The trio stood up from their seats when Samejima called out their names and went to the podium.
''Congratulation to you three for coming first. Since you three came first you are offered a replica of Yugi Muto's deck as a reward however since we have only 1 copy its going to be a tier among you three''. He said solemnly
''If that's the case then I shall pass''. Fubuki said gracefully
''Me too''. Yusuke added with a subtle smirk
''Me three''. Ryo added.
Samejima gasped in surprise that the top 3 honors students decide to decline his offer, ''Why is that?''
''As Duelist we build a strong bond with our deck and we feel our own deck is the strongest''. Yusuke said
''That's true our deck which we build with our own hard work and effort is part of us as Duelist, so we can't ditch it'' Fubuki added
''They're right, when I go to Pro I want to build my own identity rather than using a replica of a legendary Duelist's deck''. Ryo said while totally agreeing with Yusuke and Fubuki.
Samejima felt touch with their heart of cards speech and he respects their decision and proceed with the ceremony
Samejima then called Fubuki to deliver the farewell speech for his fellow graduates and he gave a heartwarming emotional speech which made the entire school, especially their classmates emotional as they get the nostalgic of their school days including Ryo and Yusuke.
After the speech the entire 3rd year students gathered in podium to receive their diploma from Samejima. Ryo, Fubuki, Yusuke, and Seika all stood gracefully as they received their diploma's from the Principal of the Duel Academy.
After the ceremony the entire students all gathered in the Obelisk Blue Arena to watch the final duel between the three 3rd years Obelisk Blue Elites Fubuki, Yusuke, and Ryo VS 3 top students of 1st years Judai, Sho, and Asuka.
The 1st year's manage to easily overpower the 3rd year elites. Fubuki, Ryo, and Yusuke enjoy the duel despite nearly getting defeated by their opponents since its been a while they had a tough challenge like this but they eventually made a comeback and defeated their juniors.
Even though Judai, Sho, and Asuka lost they were satisfied with the outcome and were glad they were able to give everything they got and went to congratulate their seniors and Ryo is proud to see Sho has grown as a duelist.
After the duel the trio decide to have their final moment together at Lighthouse before returning to their dorm for party. It was evening and the trio was watching the red sky as the sunset on the horizon. The Lighthouse was their favorite hangout spot particularly for Ryo. They enjoy the calm and cool weather as they reminiscent their school days. The first time they met as freshman's in middle school and the day they came to this island as high schooler's, their duels, their adventure, bonds and the times they fought together.
They enjoy watching the ocean waves with their arms crossed and were silent about 20 min. Yusuke stood in between his friends, with Ryo standing by his right side and Fubuki left.
''Well looks like everything is over, I can't believe today is our last night in this island''. Fubuki stated while giving a sad smile and he is going to miss his school life and is feeling completely nostalgic.
"I am glad that everything ended peacefully''. Yusuke added while starting at the sea.
''Now that we've just graduated, from today onwards our youth has come to an end''. Ryo stated as he stares the sunset with a sad chuckle.
''Now we should look forward to our adulthood, and I wonder where is adulthood going to take us.'' Fubuki stated.
''Fubuki! Ryo! I have something important to tell you guys'' Yusuke spoke in a more emotional voice and a drop of tears fell from his eyes. And this prompt both of his best friends to turn and look at him.
''You both know my parents died when I was 8 and after I lost them I became depressed and I felt I had no purpose to live. I only had my uncle and Honest by my side as my family but still I grow obsessed with forgetting about my friends. However meeting you two changed my perspective towards bonds and friendship. Honest always convinced me that you both are my true companions who will never betray me and he proved to be true. For last 6 years you both have been by my side through thick and thin, and whenever I am depressed you both would often cheer me up......I have gradually come to view you both as my family and I love you both dearly''. He then bowed down towards them in gratitude ''So once again thank you so much you guys for your support.''
Fubuki then went to hug Yusuke and gently patted his back, ''Come on Yusuke! Me and Ryo will never leave your back, after all our bond is strong as family. We're grateful to meet you, even though from today onwards we three will walk on our separate roads, but we will still be connected through dueling and we will still remain in touchwood. But I must admit its not easy for me to leave you and Ryo after spending with you two for 6 years''.
Ryo then went to join the hug, ''Fubuki is right! To be honest due to my poor social skills, I never thought I would have amazing BFF like you two. If you need anything you can contact us anytime you won't and we will be there for you and again we will meet each other. We both love you a lot''
After having some emotional bonding at the lighthouse the trio head back to their dorm and gathered in Fubuki's room to exchange their gifts they brought for each other before heading down for the party.
Yusuke gifted Fubuki and Ryo a souvenir which has their 1st group photo they took during their 1st year of high school.
Ryo gifted Yusuke and Fubuki a gold pendent with has the shape of their starting name letter. The pendent reads R F Y BFF.
Fubuki gifted Ryo and Yusuke a prince military costume and he brought himself a blue custom, white for Ryo, and black for Yusuke. Both of them felt embarrassed when they realize Fubuki brought the custom for them to wear at the party.
''Don't tell me you're asking us to where these for the party?'' Ryo asked in a agitated tone
"off course! I am'' Fubuki replied and then did his usual pose with a wink and thumbs up which made his matured friends to again sweat dropped at his antics.
''Come on! Everyone is clad in their uniform's and it would be odd if we're the only ones to dress like that''. Yusuke snarled and his brows frowned as he took a close look to his custom.
''Exactly! I refuse to wear, because I don't like to see the others staring at me with this custom and I feel awkward''. Ryo hissed while agreeing with Yusuke.
''You three are boring as usual! I ask Principal Samejima and he allowed us wear them for the party, and its not compulsory for us to wear uniforms! After all today is our final night. Fubuki moaned.
''All right fine! But make sure you don't do anything embarrassing because me and Yusuke don't want to get humiliated by you on our last day ''.. Ryo warned while giving a death glare to him.
Yusuke sighed. ''Well guess we have no choice but to do your bidding''.
Both Yusuke and Ryo left Fubuki's room and head back to their respective rooms to change much to their dismay. They hoped that Fubuki wouldn't embarrass them on their final day, but Fubuki is Fubuki and he will never change. They can't get rid of his silly antics despite their protest.
Yusuke lifted the jacket and got a better look at it. It was a black top, gold trim lined the high neck collar. There were gold tassel shoulder pads on each shoulder with gold chains hanging on each shoulder pads. Finally the cuffs were the same light blue color as the sash, with gold stripes.
“This doesn't look bad,” he muttered. But thinking about Fubuki, he wondered if he is an expert in fashion since they have been BFF for 6 years he knows more about his and Ryo's taste.
Shaking his head, he set the jacket back on his bed and walked to his closet. Reaching in, he grabbed a towel and walked to the bathroom to shower. He want to go to his graduation party smelling full of fragance
Stepping out of his bathroom, dressed in his bathrobe, he froze in shock at seeing Fubuki and Ryo standing in the room. Fubuki was dressed in a blue top. It had gold trimming along the high neck collar and the gold zipper. There were also gold chains hanging from the same kind of shoulder pads on his and Ryo's top. He was in white pants with a red sash.

“What do you think?” Fubuki asked gleefully. Turning in a circle, he let Yusuke see the full thing. Holding up a hand, encased in a white glove, he gave Ryo and Yusuke a rose. “I must say this was Asuryn's idea not mine.”
“I think both you and your sister are crazy.” Yusuke said as he took the rose.
“Clearly she just hides it better.” Ryo added as he twirled the rose
“She can be cunning at times! She just wanted to exact revenge on me for taking a photo of her cosplaying as Harpie Lady during the Duel Monster's festival few months ago.” Fubuki muttered with a shudder. Brightening instantly, he looked at Yusuke. “So are you ready?”
Bringing the rose up, he smelled the petals and smiled. ''I just need to get changed.” He walked over to the bed, and pulled the towel from his shoulders to put it on his hair.
Ryo walked over and looked at the jacket. He smiled when Yusuke looked at him with a raised eyebrow. “I like it. It’s not as theatrical as mine, but it’s still nice.”
After that Yusuke went to the bathroom to change. He removed his robe pulled on one of his black shirts. Grabbing the jacket and Sliding it on, he zipped it up and noticed that he had a gold zipper as well. After that he came out of the bathroom adjusting his cuffs, and putting a blue sash he looked at his two best friends.
“Ready to see what they did?” he asked.
“You bet.” Fubuki said reaching over, he grabbed the rose and put it in the lapel on Yusuke’s and Ryo's top. Smiling, he looked at their red face and kissed them on their forehead. Pulling back, he grabbed their hands and pulled. “Let’s go, I want to see what these guys did.”
The Obelisk Genius trio were walking out of the room and down the hallway. Voices could be heard from the grand ballroom. Standing on the top of the staircase, they looked down in awe. The entire room was lit up in a wbhite light. Steamers and banners hung from the ceiling. A long table was on one side of the room, filled with food and drinks. Circular tables were scattered around the room, people sitting at them. The room had an old elegant feel to it.
“Wow…” Yusuke trailed off. “I can’t believe it.”
“Yeah, they really went all out here,” Fubuki responded. He looked at them, and grinned. “Shall we?” He bowed with flourish.
“Please don’t.” Ryo muttered.
''Its embarrassing''. Yusuke added.
Grabbing his hand, Fubuki dragged Ryo and Yusuke down the stairs. Their group of friends looked up and smiled. Conversation seemed to still as the three top honors students made their way down the stairs. Ryo and Yusuke tried to kept their face from turning red at all the attention. As they were looking around a clicking sound, and a flash caught his attention. Blinking Ryo looked over and saw Seika with the camera as she lowered it with a small smile.
Yusuke's eyes widened as he looked at her. Something about the way she took the picture, and smiled so quietly… it felt like that happened before. Narrowing his eyes, he tried to think through the fog in his mind. Fubuki launched at Seika and she took off running.
“Seriously Seika?!” he called. ''I never expect this from you!''
“Its our last day so I want to take a picture of you three for memento, besides this is also payback Fubu-king for taking an embarrassing photo of me and your sister during the Duel Monster's Spirit Day !” she called back with a sadistic smile.
Everyone looked at Fubuki and Seika and had sweat running down their faces. Ryo shook his head , while Yusuke watched in amusement relieved that someone is finally their to give Fubuki a taste of his own medicine. They then made their way to Judai's group standing there. Sho looked excited to see his brother dressed in a white military prince outfit. As soon as Ryo was within reach with Yusuke, Sho lunged and wrapped his arms around his brother.
“Congratulations Ni-San and Fujiwara-san” Sho exclaimed. ''You both and Fubuki-san are looking handsome in this custom
Laughing, Ryo wrapped an arm around Sho’s shoulders. “Thanks Sho.”
While Yusuke gently shook hands with the little Marufuji.
Judai came up next. The brunette Osiris was grinning widely and shifted from foot to foot. Ryo smirked and opened his arms to both Judai and Yusuke, signaling it was alright for them to hug him as well. With an even wider smile, Judai and Yusuke moved close and gave Ryo a hug.
“Congratulations you both, I’m really glad to have met you guys this year, and I am going to miss you both and Fubuki-san a lot.” Judai pulled back and laughed when Pharaoh came out of nowhere jumping into Yusuke's arm.
''I am also glad I got to meet you Judai. Me, Ryo and Fubuki never expected an Osiris Red student like you to give us a thrilling challenge and you gave us a challenge which even our fellow Obelisk failed to give us''. Yusuke said with a smile as he ruffled Judai's hair
“Well next time when when duel each other I shall give my payback” Judai laughed. “Thanks for letting me hug you Kaiser. I seriously am glad to have gotten to know you three this year.”
“Same to you Judai.” Ryo smiled and patted his shoulder. ''I guess the next time we face each other it might be at the Pro Circuit''.
“This is mine and your sister's revenge for what you did to us at the festival! Now you understand how we felt for taking a pervert photo of us” Seika called as she ran past them.
“Hand it over now, Kohinata,” Fubuki shot back.
Ryo looked at them and shook his head. They were acting like kids and he had a stoned face. All their eyes went to Fubuki and Seika bickering and laughing like siblings.
''Well I am glad that Seika gave my brother a taste of his medicine after all I am the one who gave her this idea''.
Yusuke and Ryo turned to see Asuka, Misawa, and Chazz behind them
“Seriously, congrats Ryo and Yusuke-san. I can't believe you two and my Ni-san are graduating with each other this year. To top it off, thank you so much for acting as my older brother figure you two,” Asuka said. She smiled serenely at him.
“I didn’t do anything,” Ryo denied.
''Thank's Asuka ''. Yusuke replied
Asuka shook her head and laughed. “No you both did, even if both don’t realize it. So if you guy need anything, and you can’t find my brother… you come to me.”
''That's sweet of you Asuka but I seriously didn't expect you to have a crazy side''. Yusuke said to her while giving her a smile of gratitude.
''I just want a payback from my brother''. Asuka retorted and she then glared towards Seika who is getting chased by Fubuki. ''So me and Seika teamed up to teach him a lesson just like how you and Ryo used to do during your last two years''.
“Congratulation's to you two for your graduation''. Chazz said.
“Thanks Chazz,” Yusuke and Ryo responded in unison with a small smile.
“It’s been an honor to get to know you guys this year,” Misawa said.
“I expect to see amazing things from you guys, including you Misawa” Ryo responded.
“I heard about your test scores, that’s impressive. You sure are a true genius” Yusuke praised the Ra Genius
Misawa went wide eyed and a faint flush stained his cheeks at the praise. Smiling, he shook Ryo and Yusuke's hand and walked to get something to eat from the buffet table. Asuka laughed and after nodding to the five still standing there followed behind him.
Fubuki came up, and glared at Seika as she slid next to Ryo with a smile. Yusuke elbowed him, and shook his head. Pharaoh let out a loud meow, and the tension was broken. Everyone laughed and looked at one another.
The sound of tapping on glass caught the attention of everyone in the room. They turned and saw Principal Samejima standing with Chronos in the center of the room. Both men had smiles on their faces and they held up their glasses.
“I would like to congratulate all the graduates in this room,” Samejima announced in his usual booming voice. “I am so proud of each and everyone of you. To have seen you all grow from freshmen to where you are now. Since today is your last night in this Academy Graduates! I want all of you to live and enjoy this moment with fullest . So I raise my glass to you all, enjoy the night and the rest of your lives.”
Everyone raised the glasses they took. The rest of the night went by in a blur. Everyone was eating, drinking soda and enjoying themselves.
The next day all the graduates are set to leave the island and Ryo, Yusuke, and Fubuki were waiting at the docks for their ship to arrive and they and most of their classmates are clad in their school uniform while few of them are dressed in their casual clothes.
The Genius trio were having a conversation with Judai, Asuka, and Sho before their ship arrived
This will be their final boat ride together as students and it just feels like yesterday they came to this island as freshman's.
Before the ship arrived the trio bid a bittersweet goobye to their opponents whom they dueled yesterday.
After boarding their ship, they arrived at Domino Seaport after traveling for 6 hours and before heading back to their home and began their career the trio exchanged bittersweet group hug. ''I am going to miss you guys'' Fubuki said.
''Me too and also your crazy idea's''. Ryo said the last part jokingly while giving a bittersweet smile.
''But we will still be in touch. This isn't the end of us but a new beginning''. Yusuke said with a determined look while Fubuki and Yusuke nod.
''Maybe I will get a goobye kiss? Fubuki interjected while trying to make their moment a bit ligh-hearted.
Yusuke chuckled, rolling his eyes before kissing Fubuki's cheek in response and the brunette grinned happily in response. Ryo snorted rolling his eyes.
''Let me know how long will our relationship last''. Ryo whispered in Yusuke's ear, the latter snorted, chuckling as Fubuki frowned.
''What did he say?'' Fubuki asked frowning.
''That you will have to find out'', Ryo smirked before seeing his dad's car, ''And that will be my ticket to home, adieu''. He waved and walked towards his dad's vehicle.
''Not fair Yusuke what did he say to you''. Fubuki asked pleadingly
''You wanna know?'' Yusuke asked with a smirk.
''Yes''
''Well, its...'' Yusuke replied while ruffling Fubuki's hair. ''I will tell you next year at the reunion Bucky'' He took off.
''Hey'' Fubuki glared in annoyance as he began running before tripping off. ''Not fair"
Today their school life has already come to an end as they officially began their journey towards adulthood, walking their separate paths to persuade their career.
