Chapter Text

I don’t know how I got to this place. It was cold out, well it probably wasn’t that cold but being 6 inches tall. I wanted to go home, but I couldn’t I needed a place I could hide. I was starting to lose hope when I came across a door that had a big enough crack to go under. I slid under after a bit of struggle and as soon as I entered, I regretted my choice. There was a sound coming from every corner and there was a dark hallway that led to a dimly lit room with blue light coming from it. My legs start to shake as I go down the short hallway. I get down to the room and I see that the noise wasn’t a dog but a scratchy old record. I must have been distracted too long because before I knew it, I was being hoisted into the air by the back of my shirt. “Well, what do we have here…” my captor said with a smirk as he brought me up to his face. He had insanely blue hair and blue eyes that had a look of wonder and mischievousness in them, not a good combination. All I could do was struggle fruitlessly and say “l-let me go!”. “No, I don’t think I will and I have the perfect place for you…” he says and walks over to a birdcage and opens it up with one hand practically throwing me onto the hard surface. I back as far into the cadge as possible and watch fearfully as he brings a chair over to the table that the birdcage is on and sits, putting his head in his hand as he watches me. All I could do is stare up at him waiting for something to happen. “you got a name pint-sized?” he asks me not caring one but about how terrified I am at the moment. I don’t answer and look a the bottom of the cage. Then I hear an almost deafening sound that turns out to be him snapping his fingers. “listen now and listen good, your going to obey me and if you don’t there will be consequences To remind you what happens if you don’t listen. I ask you again, what’s your name?” I know that the consequences won’t be worth it so I tell him. “Alina, m-my names Alina” at this he smiles a bit “good you have a brain, I’m Hades God of the underworld, though you probably already know that” to this I nod while my legs are curled up to my chest. “What do you, God of the underworld want with me?” I ask being careful how I phrase things. “oh, I don’t know…I could plan experiments, dissection, or I could find my book on how to cook pint sized things like you” he says with a smirk making me go wide eyed and back farther into the corner. “I’m kidding! Can’t you take a joke?” hades says with what almost looks like a look of panic for a slight second. Little did I know how was lonely, but he wouldn’t admit that to me
