adjustments to the toh universe: reader/oliver is 'the collector', canon universe the collector's much, much younger brother, being the same age as hunter. though he's younger, the canon universe the collector had died just before oliver came into existence, labelling him the new collector. belos did have to work with him, which wasn't hard, because he had the same love for games, but he was more interested in exploration. belos had promised to free him and bring him to the human realm. shadow!oliver appears to have hair peeking out from under his hood. whereas the original collector can only be freed by titans or titan blood, oliver can only be freed by grimwalkers. belos tried to keep him away from hunter because of this. hunter is the one to convince oliver to stop the draining spell by telling him he'd bring him to the human realm, but he also had to tell him that king wouldn't be going, as oliver is scared of titans. oliver and the original collector look nearly identical, the only difference being oliver's hair is dark brown and his eyes are green. they have the same facial markings and facial structure, and the same height. whereas the original collector uses he/him/they/them pronouns, oliver is a trans man and only uses he/him pronouns
